Great, fresh Levantine food. We (vegan and meat eating patrons) visited in the afternoon and ordered the veggie pita and steak pita. The guy helping us suggested the steak although the chicken was their most popular. The steak was very tender and flavorful. I heard the veggie pita also had great flavor. To drink we had the hibiscus lemonade and the mint iced tea with coconut foam. The lemonade was refreshing and definitely a unique menu item, but it left me wishing I had ordered an iced coffee. Service was fast and friendly. It's counter service and you can take a number to dine in--though there's limited indoor and outdoor seating. The ambiance is an air conditioned shop with nice natural lighting near Georgetown with plenty of shops to wander to nearby. They also have merch--like a Habibi bucket hat--that you can purchase to capture the vibe.
Breakfast pita was super yummy! I honestly was expecting double the portion based on the cost, so was a bit shocked to see only half the pita. After getting over that initial disappointment, the taste was great and offered a great deal of flavor. The labneh soft serve is fantastic. The addition of EVOO, sea salt and pomegranate drizzle was a great touch to the already flavorful and tart base. Also felt very refreshing on a sunny day.
I'm a little hesitant to write this review since everyone is crazy for Yellow but I honestly would give it 3.5 stars. I went on a rainy day to avoid waiting in a long line and probably still waited 10-15 minutes to order! It's a really small storefront and the inside was PACKED. You order at the counter on the left and wait at the counter on the right to pickup which gets very crowded. There's seating on both sides but with people waiting for their food and hovering to grab a table it is incredibly busy! I had no chance of getting a seat as a single diner and think they could really benefit from some barstools along the wall. I ordered the smoked amba chicken pita and the tahini brownie. My food took about 15 minutes to come out which was not bad at all. The pita was really good and the chicken was flavorful and tender. Really enjoyed the sumac onions as well. Solid food options but the overall customer experience was just not enjoyable! I would check out their Union Market location next time.
If you're coming here and not getting the Za'atar egg croissant, what are you doing? I totally understand why people are lining up here the moment this cafe opens because this is a breakfast banger. I also got the butterscotch ras el hanout cruffin because it looked too delicious. Unfortunately my stomach was not big enough to fit both comfortably, but it was delicious nonetheless.
Loveee coming here! Whenever people visit from out of state and want to go to DC, we bring them to Yellow. Heck, my boyfriend and I made a detour while cycling just to eat here mid-ride! Storefront is super cute, love the branding. Lines are usually always long and it gets packed, but service is quick. The best option is to have one person scout for seats while one person waits in line to order + grab the food.
Came here with a friend to do some work in a different setting. Definitely super crowded and can get very loud indoors. There's a lot of seating indoors but can be a little hard if you're looking for a quieter atmosphere. They also have a couple of seats outdoors. The pastries were almost barren/nearly sold out, but definitely saw and have had previously the chicken shawarma pita sandwich which was delicious! This time I ordered the Halawa Honey which was a bit too sweet, but it was a nice twist of flavor and you could taste the tahini. My friend ordered the Baklawa Mocha which was a little too icy and I felt had too much milk. It drowned out the other flavors which was a bit disappointing.
So honestly, this review is a little strange to write, as I went on the night (unbeknownst to all of us) that Yellow was doing their final "pizza" service for the foreseeable future. We had a late reservation, and when we got there, the server told us they were holding two pizza crusts just for us because THAT WAS ALL THEY HAD LEFT, never to be made again. So, it won't necessarily help a future visitor, but nonetheless, I am fairly sure everything you get here is darn near guaranteed to be 5-stars. The pizzas were phenomenal, but there was plenty we had that is going to be staying on the menu. All the different mezze we snacked on were wonderful, highlighted by the humble hummus. Which... not so humble here... was incredible. We dipped all our pizza crusts in it, which the menu highly recommended. The cucumber salad was alot a fresh highlight, with a bright dressing, lots of colorful inclusions to excite your eyes, and fresh veggies throughout. We didnt partake in dessert, but the bakery was still well stocked with choices even near the end of the day. I'm sure I'll be back to Yellow, and they'll be doing something different but amazing. Had a very good first experience here. Came around 2pm on a Sunday. Parking surprisingly easy. Counter service line was pretty quick. The wood fired pita was fantastic. The flavors inside paired very well, but the lamb itself, while tender, was pulled and didn't have enough to hold up to the rest of the ingredients. At times felt it was pulled beef it that makes sense. I'd love for the lamb to be almost kebab chunks for it to stand out a bit more. The hummus was very good and smoked trout dip tasty as well.
Incredible and worth the wait and hype. They serve an assortment of yummy caffeine and non caffeine drinks as well as delicious pastry and savory options. Highlights: -the pita and hummus are so good, pricey yes but very delicious -the peanut dalgona was something I've never tried before and it was not too sweet (best compliment ever) To know: -line moves quickly, but there's limited seating both indoor and outdoor -you order at the counter then pick up your food before finding a seat
There's a massive line to this cafe for a reason. Although packed, inside the cafe was cute and lively. We thankfully got seating outside, but definitely lucky since there was a constant influx of excited customers. (So reserve or plan to come early if you'd like to sit and eat!) The peanut dalgona was perfectly sweet! I hoped for a bit of a stronger peanut flavor, but still a delicious coffee. We also had the cauliflower pita, corn labne, and baklawa-- which were all out-of-the-park flavorful!! My only regret is not getting a pack of the baklawa to take home. Would definitely recommend
Such a great place to grab a quick bite for a snack! I shared the burnt eggplant (not) pizza and it was perfect. It had such a smokey flavor to the eggplant and the red peppers gave it a nice tartness. It also came with the chili oil that I asked for on the side since the person I was with doesn't like the spice and it was a great addition for people who like it spicy. It had garlic in it so it was flavorful on top of being spicy. We also tried the tamarind tea and it was VERY sour so we added some sugar and it was perfect. The place is small so I recommend making reservations if you want to sit inside, but the tables outside are first come first serve so you can just order your food to-go.
Yellow had been on my radar for a while since its appearance in "Somebody Feed Phil." I knew, when watching that program, that the Breakfast Batatas were an inevitable part of my destiny. So after visiting family in DC, we made sure Yellow was a stop for us before heading to the airport to go home to L.A. To say we were not disappointed is to way oversimplify the joy we experienced eating the baked goods and batata. We loved everything and felt like we were truly indulging in unique treats, done so well, we'd have a hard time finding anything as good anywhere else. No reservations here - You get in the line to order and hopefully by the time you get your food, there'll be a table or space somewhere for you to eat it. (We got lucky.) The house-made pita and hummus...among the best we've head. The Orange Blossom Croissant (I mean I just want to eat those words, and the pastry itself lived up to that desire.) And of course the breakfast batatas, which we got a side of. These were truly a destination food, worthy of going out of your way to eat, and perhaps even build a trip to the D.C. area around just to make sure you experience them. THEY WERE SO GOOD! The drink options are unique too...I had the Halawa Latte to try and stick with the Levantine theme of the place. It was pretty good but tasted a bit more like a regular latte without too strong or noticeable halva element to it. I'd probably try something else to drink next time. The place was crowded, hard to find a seat, and there was quite a wait to get into the single bathroom...so plan your time accordingly so you don't stress if you need to be somewhere else. BUT DEFINITELY GO HERE. We'll be stopping in again next time we're in D.C.
We lucked out and arrived as they were opening and were just in time to grab a table. The space is small but cozy with a relaxed vibe. We started with the falafel jibne, and ordered the lahm bi ajeen (not) pizza, which came out quickly, was delicious, and perfect for sharing. The Mish Mish Spritz was just okay, and I'd probably try a different drink next time. read more
There is a line out the door and for good reason! The food here is top tier! We came for lunch and tried a bunch of the different sandwich pitas. We did the lamb shoulder, falafel, and chicken pita. I'd say the pork was my favorite, then the falafel, then the chicken. I never usually like falafel, but this one was so crispy and had such an evening seasoning blend inside. The pickled veggies and sauces mixed throughout every bite of all the pitas were so flavorful just wow! Packed in such a delightful punch of savory and tangy. The pita bread itself was such an amazing vessel for the protein and toppings like wow what a pillowy texture! Next time I must try the baklava! Definitely come here if you're in DC! read more
Yellow is an amazing bakery!! I was picking up bakery items to go. I got the blueberry + labne coffee cake, the za'atar croissant, the soujek + cheese bear claw, and the jammy egg shakshuka croissant. They were all SO delicious. The star of the show was the shakshuka croissant but I would re-buy everything. They all transported well too. The counter staff was so helpful as well! They helped me pick out the bakery items and were so sweet. I didn't sit inside since all of the items were to-go but they had lovely seating and a second seating area further in. I am definitely eager to come back and try the rest!! read more

The reviews weren't kidding when they said there would be a line. We reached around 11 and yes the line was almost at the end of the block. Thankfully it moved quickly. Actually I was very surprised by how quickly and efficiently they were taking orders and making them. Kudos in terms of being ready for the crowd. We wanted 1-2 items and ended up with five because of their menu. We really enjoyed the speeha (lamb flatbread with a delicious garlic labneh), the jammy shakshuka croissant (flavorful), the deliciously moist pistachio bousbousa, and the hearty Smoked amba chicken pita. Would 10/10 order these again. Where it fell apart was the coffee (and this was the original reason we went here). Really wanted to try what they call a baklava mocha which is supposed to have roasted walnuts, rose, and orange blossom. Well, it tasted like nothing and if I absolutely had to assign a taste, I'd say like a watered down cleaning product. Instead of remaking it, I requested for the honey halawa latte which also tasted watered down but I scooped out and discarded all the ice and then it tasted more like coffee. I think there's something wrong with the ratio of espresso and flavors they're adding to their lattes and they may need to revisit their recipe. But just one star off for this fail because everything else was truly grand. read more
I was in town, working remote, and thought I'd come post up here for the morning with some delicious food and coffee, however, they do not offer wifi. There were several people working on their laptops, but I just felt a little confused about the vibe. Was it acceptable to work there? The Golden Date Latte was good-- but don't get it if you like chunks of dates in the bottom of your coffee. I'll try another coffee drink next time. And the breakfast egg pita was REALLY good. I still think about it, now a week or two later. I would come back here, but not to work. (And I think that's what they want). read more

I went to Yellow with a friend for a Tuesday evening dinner and it was a great spot to catch up. When we arrived around 5 it was pretty quiet, but it quickly filled up with a nice energy. The service was friendly and attentive throughout the evening. The food was fantastic and packed with flavor. We ordered the oysters, the crispy rice with lamb, lamb kabobs, and the pita. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The pita was warm and fluffy, the lamb dishes were seasoned perfectly, and the oysters had such a unique and delicious preparation. Overall it was a wonderful experience with great food, good service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely come back and recommend it for both a casual dinner and a night out with friends. read more

My friend hyped up the labne soft serve with baklava and pistachio and wow it very much lived up to the hype. The labne soft serve itself was rich and like a creamier version or frozen yogurt. I loved the baklava pieces inside that really added to the flavor. We also tried the seasonal (?) new item called Maryland crab (not) pizza and it was very interesting. We were not disappointed at all. The parsley and spices surprisingly complemented the corn and crab. The bread reminded me of naan texture and was delicious. Their customer service was lovely; answering all my questions and giving out 10/10 smiles :) read more

Yellow has been on my radar for years, especially after hearing Phil Rosenthal rave about their pitas. I finally stopped by on a Wednesday afternoon, which worked out perfectly, no line, and we were able to grab a table right away. I tried the halvah latte, which was just okay and didn't quite live up to expectations. However, the falafel pita was excellent, and I'd absolutely order it again. That said, I can't really imagine waiting in a long line for the food and drinks here. Still, I'd love to come back and explore more of the menu, especially the soft serve and the labneh croissant. read more
For my 500th, I wanted to go to some place unknown to me and getting good buzz. I do like the bakery-café approach, so Yellow got the nod. I enjoyed everything that I ate here, took home some baked goods, and adored them, too. Their lamb meat pie, called sfreeha, is excellent; the various food and spices combine just right, like a party in your mouth. I very much appreciate the steak pita sammie, which is NY strip cooked with a deft touch of green harissa and topped with mint. It's memorable. Being a hot day, I was parched, and the sumac lemonade was refreshing, stimulating. The line went out the door at times when I was there for lunch, but it moved along pretty good. The bakery items that I devoured later included orange blossom croissant, cardamon raspberry bun and an oversized everything bagel, which toasted up like a dream and is one of best bagels I've eaten--ever. This is the best new restaurant find for me in 2025. I'll be back for sure. read more
This was an impromptu drop in since I was in the area for lunch somewhere nearby. I'm rarely in Georgetown. So, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to see what all of the buzz is about here! I was greeted immediately and they were so patient with me being a first timer, esp during a busy lunch hour! They went over the menu with me on the popular items and which works best for certain appetites and food restrictions (vegetarian, etc). I ended up grabbing a raspberry morning bun, Lamb Awarma with pita bread upgrade, and a Morrocon Mint Iced Tea to drink. First off, the tea was absolutely phenomenal! Definitely refreshing and I almost ordered a second one to go! The lamb awarma hummus was divine and paired oh so well with the fragrant pita bread! So good! The pastry was soft, not too sweet, and hit the spot for a nice breakfast craving! It's Georgetown and parking on this street is always hectic, especially on the weekends. There is quite a bit of inside seating and some outside, too. They prefer you to be present with yourself as well as your surroundings and do not offer wifi, which I can appreciate! I am guilty of having my face glued to my phone. So, I respect the nod for patrons to disconnect over a cup of coffee or lunch. Pricing was pretty good and I will definitely be back again to try some of the recommended wood fired pitas, batata tots, and the jammy egg shakshuka croissant! Everything sounded amazing, honestly! Arguably some of the best hummus I've ever had! My friend got a pita and it looked so good, I wish I ordered that too. The ambiance is busy and it may be hard to find a seat inside but the service didn't feel too long. read more
We did dinner there for the first time - tried their (non) pizza menu. Service was great. We learned that you can order a vegan pizza which was off-menu & so yum! Batata Tots, Falafel Jibne (stuffed with cheese), Burnt Eggplant pizza with ground lamb, Pita Bread, Classic Hummus, Sfeeba (mini finger meat pies) were an absolute 5/5. Though everyone raves about their Olive Oil Cake (with pistachios), it was a little too sweet for our group - soaked in a lot more syrup than expected. They have casual cafe style indoor & outdoor seating. The wait was almost 1.5hrs for a table for 4 on a Wednesday night. read more
Beautiful interior and delicious coffee!! Stopped by Yellow for their speciality iced coffee and it didn't disappoint. I came on a weekday around the late morning and there was a bit of a line to order. The wait didn't take too long though, maybe like 10-15 minutes. I opted to try the coconut cardamom from their iced coffee selection. I enjoyed the coconut cold foam and the slight hint of cardamom. It was not overly sweet. There is some seating throughout Yellow but it is normally pretty filled up. read more

I absolutely love the pita here! We came here based off a friend's suggestion. It was pretty packed on a Sunday at 2:40pm despite it closing at 3pm so I knew it had to be good. We ordered a falafel pita which was so delicious. It was STUFFED with tasty falafel, veggies, yogurt, and other nutritious and healthy ingredients and everything blended together so well. We also ordered red shatta hummus with pita chips which was super flavorful. read more

I hear that breakfast is the way to go and they were correct. Opted for the recommended breakfast egg pita and it was scrumptious. Didn't know how great YELLOW is but now I'm a believer. Just as the guy in line who didn't think we'd make it before 11am as I hear the menu changes and there's a hard stop. A very nicely designed front store. The walls are bare but plenty of seating throughout for semi large groups. read more
The cafe itself is small and cozy, so you should expect a line and limited seating. My girlfriend I and went around noon, and we waited in line for about 20 minutes. All the seats were full when we first arrived but we were able to secure a table right as our order was placed. The hummus had a rich olive oil flavor and the pita chips were crunchy/seasoned generously with herbs. We got the baklava turmeric latte which was a unique flavor with an aesthetic latte art. The wrap was a nice size full of meat and veggies. Overall, nice experience! read more

Really yummy. Fluffy pita. Great sandwiches, especially the bbq lamb and I don't even like lamb. Hummus was also very good. I can see why there's a line on weekends read more
I visited on a Friday morning, so my review is based on the coffee drinks and pastries. Everything was delicious; I truly didn't have a bad bite! The coffee drinks had interesting and unique flavors I've never had in latte drinks before. Next trip here I personally don't think I'd get the coffee drinks again BUT the pastries are a different story. Everything was a hit with my group. Even the ones that didn't look as stand out as the others (i.e. the orange blossom croissant), was unassumingly the best tasting. The hint of orange flavor with a delicate glaze was amazing, and we finished that pastry first. We also loved the za'atar and labne croissant, which was a good savory to balance the sweets, and it was generously filled with labne. 10/10 pastries run in the morning! read more

This is hands down my absolute favorite lunch spot in DC. It's perfect for a quick grab-and-go meal you can enjoy by the Georgetown waterfront, or you can dine in--the indoor space has a really cool, vibrant atmosphere. I always get the chicken shawarma, and recently tried the hot harissa version. Personally, I prefer the regular chicken shawarma, but both are solid. I've also had the tots with dipping sauce--so good--and the hummus is a must-try. The one downside is the line, which can get pretty long, but honestly, it's worth the wait. The food is on the pricier side (about $18 for a pita), but the portions are generous, so you're definitely getting your money's worth. read more
This place was absolutely phenomenal. Please note there are always lines here but it's worth it. My cousin and I waited about 15-20 minutes in line and were able to find a seat. The service is quick though once you get in line - just be sure you're ready by the time you are in front . It is always busy but there were seats everywhere. The ambiance overall is great though. Because I waited a while, I got many different items to try, including the chicken shawarma, baklava croissant, iced latte, potato tots and my cousin also got the hummus pitta to share. My favorite was the hummus and pita. The hummus and pita are so flavorful and reminds me of their other restaurant, Albi. read more

Smoked Mushroom pizza was topped with burnt onion cream, caciocavallo cheese, and a whipped ricotta that made for earthy, creamy, bites. Harissa pizza presented with well-balanced heat distribution and a complex flavor profile that one-ups the typical tomato sauce. Dough consistency noted as optimal with proper char and salt-sweet balance. Crust quality described as "delicious down to the last bite" with patient expressing regret at not ordering supplemental dipping sauces for enhanced crust consumption experience. Patron reports "we housed those pizzas down." Service- Staff demonstrated appropriate attentiveness despite time pressures and business for an average weeknight. Ambiance - Reports the following.: "A bit cramped". "Slightly loud". "A bit warm". "A lot of people" Assessment Superior pizza establishment with exceptional product quality and efficient service model. A delicious twist on Neapolitan pizzas and return trips are a must. Worth all the hype the general population of Washington, DC give it. Pretty good spot. Had to update because now I've been here for lunch AND dinner and I have strong opinions. TL;DR -- recommend this place for lunch, but not dinner. During lunchtime, you will find a line, because the wood-fired pita pockets are fire, especially the lamb. The batata (potato) tots are also amazing, but they are on the greasy and salty side--they come jam packed with flavor/seasonings, you don't really need the dip. I recommend trying a tub of one of the hummus or labnes to go. But I think their fried pita is a little too fried it's extra hard& crunchy, almost burnt, if you like that- otherwise get your own pita somewhere else. During dinner-- not too much of a line. We actually came for the pita pockets and realized it was a different menu at night aside from the not pizza (waahh). The (not pizza) was OK. They put a lot of sauce and topping, so the brick oven effect is a bit soggy--i will say that their crust/dough is great. Everything else on the menu just gets a 'meh' from me: crispy wings weren't crispy and the flavor was forgettable, the lamb meat pie was a mini pizza which was too soggy and hard to maneuver (also too large as a one person side but also not enough to share, although you can cut it in half as an app), the soujek arayes just a pita pocket with ground meat, but it's not as good or large as the lunch one, which is stuffed with other things. Cafe/Bakery: the coconut cardamom iced coffee was pretty good. The cookie and little Madeleine looking thing --they're way too pricy for how they taste. Both were pretty mid: dry, flavor underwhelming. Come here for lunch, for sure!! You won't regret waiting in line (it goes pretty fast) although you might not find a spot to sit and it's generally chaotic during the daytime weekend. I would love to try the ice cream/affogato next time. read more
great experience at yellow!!! we went on a saturday at 11am and yes, expect it to be super busy!!! BUT you can place an online pickup order and shop around until it's ready, then snag a table -- seating is limited but there are always people coming and going. the cafe is loud and somewhat chaotic but it's popular so this is expected. you must get the tots!!! the chai latte was rich and perfectly spiced. the lamb pita was super flavorful and the chicken pita is a can't-go-wrong option. they are pricey, but they are loaded with meat and very filling. already planning my next trip back! read more
Loved the breakfast egg pita!! Everything tasted so fresh and herbed and the egg was so soft and warm. So pleasantly surprised by all the flavor in a small pocket of pita. I only wish the pita was bigger so I could eat more of it :') Service was quick and friendly and the interior has plenty of seating! read more
Wow!!! Came here two days in a row! Tbe pita was excellent! We got the amba chicken and honey harissa chicken. If You like some spice get the harissa chicken but my favourite was the amba chicken! The sauce!!!!!! Tried the cardamom coffee with coconut cold foam, UNREAL! Came back the second day to get it again with the orange blossom croissant. DELICIOUS!!! read more
This place is alive. It's also a-line...filled with college students so a cool young crowd. Like all cafes it's great to socialize or work, but unlike all this one is Michelin rated. You have to try the stuffed pita or else you didn't actually go to yellow. We tried out the lamb pita and really enjoyed the complex flavor, it's pickled, savory, spicey all in the perfect balance. The Urfa-thing smoked fish sando did not hit quite the same spot, really it didn't hit much of any spot... It wasn't bad, but it didn't nearly live up to our expectations. Maybe if we paid the inflated three dollars to sauce it up . We also had the halawa honey latte for which the tahini flavor came through perfectly and paired so nicely with our orange blossom croissant. You overly excited to come back someday to try all the unique options, but we'll probably wait a little while because it's a touch pricey. Keep in mind there isn't quite as much seating if you're bringing a baby like we did, but we got really lucky that one of those corner, rounded, window spots opened up just in time. read more

Came here per my SIL's recommendation and we loved it! We came right before the lunch menu began so the breakfast items we wanted to try were all sold out. We were able to try a breakfast pita, and then get back in line to try the lunch items. We ordered batata potatoes and the steak pita sandwich. Everything tasted so well balanced and with just the right amount of that wood fired smoke. The sauce and herbs didn't overpower the quality of the ingredients. The coffee here was also really good which I genuinely did not expect it to be. The ambiance is a bit louder and tables set closer together. We were grateful to have snagged a larger table by the window, especially with our 3 month old with us. The line wasn't too crazy when we got there but there was definitely a steady flow of people coming in. The staff is good about reminding patrons to not be on their laptops which helps with table turnovers. There are some seats outside as well. As visitors from LA, we are so glad we got to try this place out! read more
We've stopped in at the Yellow in Navy Yard before so we decided to pick up breakfast/coffee at this one since we were in the neighborhood on this Sunday morning-ish. Our mistake was thinking it would be ok to just place a food order online then walk in and order coffee when we get there. The line was out the door when we got there but we were determined to get coffee so we waited while we let our food sit. To drink we got a Peanut Dalgona Iced Latte and a Coconut Cardamom Iced Coffee. Both of them were delicious, not too sweet. Loved the coconut cold foam on both of them. For food we got a Smoked Amba Chicken Pita, a BBQ Lamb Shoulder Pita, a twice baked Baklawa Croissant, and the Batata Tots. Every single thing we got was worth the wait in line. So much flavor in everything but the BBQ Lamb Shoulder was godly. The Batata Tots were the perfect side. I don't know the sauce it came with but it was beautiful. The Croissant was perfectly crispy and actually reminded me of the phyllo of a baklawa. Sure the line is huge, parking is bad, and its just straight up hectic inside but I cannot wait to come back here. I would love to be on time and try the actual breakfast. read more
Back again and this time I got the breakfast pita with eggs, 10/10! Brought my parents who were visiting and everyone loved their order. Crazily enough it was just as busy on a Monday morning as over the weekend so seating is still at a premium, but the food is worth it. read more

A spot that is famous for their coffee and spot for lunch! Wait was long because we came at peak time. Coffee was okay. I would try their food next time if I could. The croissant muffin was so yummy!!! I would definitely get that again! read more
Friday morning at around 10:00 am there was a line out the first of the two doors. We started with drip coffee (good and strong), and a za'atar croissant (OK but wouldn't order again), followed by an egg pita and Shakshuka (both delicious). I throughly enjoyed the food here! Even though it was a little bit of a wait and hard to find a seat, the food was delicious. The vibe of the restaurant was great and was shocked how many people you can fit in the store while also having a line out the door. I would recommend the lamb or beef shawarma. The flavors were very refreshing and inspired me to make some shawarma the next day at home. read more
Updating an old review because I came back again. The handheld pitas are so freaking good. I've tried both of the chicken options and was blown away by the flavor both times. The batatas are also so crispy and delicious, and I LOVE the garlic dip they come with. Just beware it's always super crowded here so try to come at an off hour if you don't want to wait or want to find a table inside. The interior is nice but can be a bit cramped (as I said it's always super crowded, which makes sense because the food and coffee is amazing). read more

Yes, they have a few items that are GF, even soft serves. I always get the Chicken Shawarma (without the pita). They unfortunately do NOT have GFO for pizzas.
Are there any stairs in Yellow The Cafe? Is it accessible?
I don't remember any stairs - I think it is pretty accessible .... forgive me if i'm wrong!
Do they serve halal meat?
No. Only the soujuk sausage. Staff confirmed all other meat is not halal.
