This time I had the special of the day, Vietnamese meatballs with curly noodles I think it was called, YUM! Loved it. We loved this place! To start, the service was excellent. We were able to sit down and consider the menu and also ask the employee questions about the menu. He seemed excited to assist us which was so refreshing. Our drinks were delicious (peach iced tea and iced drip coffee). Pho is the best in south Florida. The shaken beef with rice is excellent as well; their sauce is the bomb to soak up all the rice.

Today was my second stop there for grab and go. They have this noodle dish with grilled pork that is life-changing. Wow! What a great addition to our neighborhood! I had the chicken pho and my husband had the rice noodle beef stew. We also tried a couple of appetizers that our server recommended... pork bun and a pork egg roll. They were both delicious. In one word Yuck'. I tried 3 different dishes, and each was horrible. The egg rolls were hard and tasteless. The Shaken beef was tough as leather hide'. My wife and I have been trying to find a Pho place that isn't ridiculously priced, and still had good food. Welp... we have finally FOUND IT! This place is AMAZING. The food is fresh and taste amazing, the price is more than fair for the amount of food you get. I also like that the restaurant doesn't take your card info over the phone and send the delivery drivers with a card reader. Delivery was quick, order was correct, and food was hot when it arrived. We will be ordering from here from now on!!! Take all my money and keep up the good work!! 11/17/21 UPDATE.. This is the probably the 4th or 5th time we have ordered from Yen's kitchen and.... It was still AMAZING. Every time we have ordered from here the food has been consistently fresh, awesome, with portion sizes spot on! However the size of the pork egg rolls have changed.. And they are EVEN BETTER. The size of them was pretty small before but now the quality vs value is up to par with the rest of the items on the menu (this was the only thing that wasn't perfect, but I'm nitpicking). This is by far the best Vietnamese restaurant in south Florida. They've earned a bunch of outstanding food awards in just three years of their existence. Their grandmother started the restaurant in Vietnam in 1992 and the restaurant is named after her. Her grandchildren, like Mon your waiter and order taker, have stepped in to continue her legacy. We opted for a late lunch and ordered the "Build your own pho bowl" using beef broth, fresh pho noodles, tofu, bean curd, and extra brisket. The steaming bowl of soup came with basil, cilantro, and mung beans on the side. We also ordered the Deconstructed Banh Mi which was served with a fresh baked role and in a hot cast iron dish was three kinds of meat in a sauce, two over easy eggs, and a fourth protein that you pick from a list of choices on the menu. It comes on the plate with pickled carrots and daikon, and jalapeño peppers. Truly yummy sandwich when all those things are stuffed in your sandwich. Just thinking about today''s lunch makes us want to come each week to get our fix. But let's keep it a secret so that we can always enjoy a nice quiet and relaxed experience and not have to wait to find an open table. read more

We were looking for a Vietnamese place for a quick dinner, as we ate from out of town, and found one. Our server Michael was personable and explained the differences in certain items on the menu. He was attentive and friendly. My husband and I both ordered the fresh summer rolls with shrimp. They were refreshing and delicious. We also ordered pho soups with the homemade noodles. I am never in Lake Worth, but I happened to be in the area and I spotted the sign driving by. For some reason I knew it was going to be good so I stopped back by on my way home to pick up dinner. I love the Bun, or rice noodle salad on their menu so I ordered one of those with shrimp. They staff was super nice and friendly. The restaurant is clean with a well stocked beverage cooler. I got home and split up the plate putting half in a container to take to work with me for lunch the next day. It was so fresh and delicious, the egg roll was perfectly crispy (the egg roll didn't make it out of their parking lot actually) and the addition of these sautéed onions which I had never seen before . Well long story short: the next day a pick me coworker took it upon herself to clean out our fridge before lunch () and THREW MY BUN AWAY! I was furious and knew what I had to do: Go back and buy two more. Hopefully this satisfies my craving but I think I'll make the trip from Broward to visit again. read more

The decor of the restaurant reminded me of my hometown in Da Nang. However, the main take away of this location was the FOOD.
