Last night, not even a week since I got my full set my index finger broke off and I had to glue it back on with nail glue. I got my nails done March 6, broke by March 12 -- 6 days. Probably won't be back. Everyone was nice but I need my nails to hold up at leaaaaaaaast a week before my nails start breaking and looking funky, we pay too much money for half ass jobs. Thanks but no thanks.

The owner/manager was super friendly and great. She did a great job on my regular pedicure which cost $35. The one disappointment was that I took my partner in for his first pedicure ever and just by observing his pedi compared to mine, it was very disappointing. I observed the young girl who finished in half the time of my pedi - his food scrub was 10 seconds and his massage may have been 15 seconds. I was so annoyed this had to be his first experience and he made a comment that for $35 plus tip, he'd rather do something else with his money. I'd definitely request the manager or someone with more experience to do your service. But overall, my pedi was good, I'm unsure if I'll return because it's hard to ask for only one person to work on you - they seem to share work depending on how many clients are there at the time.

I love Chi studio and I HIGHLY recommend as a girl that has been to the very best salons in LA and NYC .

The reviews were great, and booking online was easy. I accidentally booked the wrong service since I was transitioning from acrylics, but Olga caught it right away and worked with the front desk to make sure I wasn't overcharged which was so appreciated! The receptionist was also incredibly kind and welcoming. The salon is spotless, they offer you a drink when you arrive, and the service was excellent. I got an acrylic removal, hard gel manicure, and French tips. Olga was very detailed and checked in throughout to make sure I loved the shape and look. I'm so happy with the results and will definitely be back to see her and maybe even try their lash services next!

Listen, things happen, but I knew this wasn't an emergency...she had just told me it's a package delivery. She left me waiting for, I kid you not, ~5 minutes (probably longer but let's just say 5), no explanation, no nothing. When she comes back, I say that if it's an emergency then I can wait for another technician so she can handle whatever she needs. She apologies and goes back to my nails, thankfully she didn't get up again but the finished product was HORRENDOUS on top of everything! My nails are so scratched and dry! My feet have been through it the last couple of years (sports) and I wanted to get serious about caring for them properly, not just getting them painted. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. And thanks again for the massage therapist recommendation. Rest and recovery, here I come!

If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

Unexpected Charges and Lack of Transparency…read more I booked my appointment in person on Tuesday 7/15 because I wasn't sure what to select online for Gel-X removal. I trusted the front desk staff to guide me, and was quoted $80 for Gel-X, builder gel removal, and French tip. At my appointment on Friday 7/18, I was unexpectedly charged $110! I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.

Had concerns with my first gel-x experience. It was painful. The tech didn't listen to my requests…read more I did. I was unhappy with the service but still paid full price and tipped accordingly. I came back for a refill, and two days later was in some of the most pain I've ever been in due to a cuticle infection. I voiced concerns that my skin was being cut, but they were shrugged off. After coming into the salon to show them the infection, the front desk staff was polite and helpful advising they would reach out to the owner and share photos they took of the nail. Days passed and I followed up again via phone as I didn't hear back. The owner of the salon requested PHI pertaining to the infection, including what Rx I was on, in order to even consider a refund. Initially, a gift card for the amount spent on the service was offered in lieu of a refund. I mentioned I was not comfortable receiving another service, and received a call back letting me know the owner was willing to grant a refund. Overall, the back and forth took about a week and a half. I was new to the entire gelx process, and am posting this review to let anyone else looking to embark on that journey know they should ask questions and voice their concerns. There are seemingly many happy patrons, but this was my individual experience.

I used to be a very find or fond person of the ends nails but evidently since she went up in the world she doesn't treat her old clientele is the same I still love and adore her but I feel very much appreciate it when I go in and I spend my money and I don't respect the idea that while she's doing your nails to go to somebody else and then she wants to little girls I don't know what they're doing to wax your eyebrows you know I'm very secure about high wax I don't let anybody do it and she wants young girls I don't know what they're doing to do it but when she was working at other locations she was phenomenal she came up in the world and I guess money went to her head but I do send her love life and prosperity and I wish you the best of luck the last time I went to her I did not seek Anything promising from her because it was just negative energy read more

I liked the way this place looked from outside, but once I saw the Spa chairs (sofa chairs with buckets or bowls) and how close together the customers and nail techs were sitting and working, i had a bad feeling. She rushed through my appointment and did a horrible job. Generally, gel x last me a month, however, after a week my nails came off. On top of that, she didn't clean the cuticles and immediately glued and pressed the gel x on top of my real nails. Check my pics and don't recommend going here at all. read more

I got acrylics on my hands and big toes, and while filing with the drill the lady kept DIGGING into my nail bed. I was literally flinching the entire time because it hurt so bad. I also kept asking for the acrylic to be thinner, but every time I asked they acted annoyed, so eventually I just gave up. The nails ended up super thick and bulky anyway. I asked for a milky white color on both hands and feet and somehow left with NEON white instead... and by the second day they were already turning yellow. Then the payment situation annoyed me even more. I paid for my manicure and pedicure separately on two different cards. When I walked in, they told me the toes (INCLUDING acrylics on the big toes) would be $30, but when it was time to pay it suddenly became $40. At that point I was already over it, so I just said okay. For the first payment (manicure), I told them to add a $5 tip. Honestly I didn't even want to tip because the work was SO bad, but I was still trying to be nice and leave both ladies $5 each. Somehow she added $10 instead of $5 without even asking me to the pedicure charge. The experience and the work were both so disappointing that I didn't even want to go back and have them fix anything. BY THE WAY I literally got the nastiest little infection on the side of my nail where she cut me..... I got my nails done April 21st! It is now may 11th and this is the nail now (notice how the acrylic is off? I was too embarrassed to go to another salon to take it off so I had to do it myself)
