This Joint is attached to Morgan's Cove (A speakeasy) which I decided to leave and grab some more drinks and some food. I had the world famous fish and chips, and the food was DELICIOUS! I enjoyed the food. Drinks...meh....not impressed. I'm very surprised being under the same entity as Morgan's Cove, that the beverage consistency was NOT the same, which I can't understand. The establishment as a whole is REALLY impressive! They have pool tables, arcades, digital golf and more. It would be a great spot to kick it if you had a large group of people. Service was average. Take your order, bring you your items, then on to the next person. I made it clear that I wasn't happy with the drinks and was suggested to try a different one, which I also didn't like. There was no discount, or removal offered for the items on my bill that I KINDLY explained that I didn't enjoy (nor that looking for) the offer would have been appreciated. Denied entry because my ID is out of state. I am 21. Almost 22. Completely legal. Apparently at Yeoman's, age only counts if your driver's license was issued in Florida. Bold policy for a bar in Tampa, a city full of college students, snowbirds, and visitors. Bartender acted like this was a normal thing instead of wildly embarrassing. If you don't accept valid government-issued IDs, maybe put that on the door so adults don't waste their time. Took my valid ID and my money somewhere that understands how birthdays work. Had a late Sunday dinner here. This is a really cool looking british restaurant/sports bar with a casual dining environment. The menu has all the typical food you expect for a British style restaurant with items like cottage pie, bangers and mash and so much more. Definitely something for everyone. Service for our dining was good. I had the fish & chips and was wowed by the generous fish portion that had a great fried coating that was crisp, not greasy and did not take away from the meaty piece of fish. My family both had burgers and they were cooked perfectly with good flavor. Yeoman's makes the best Brussel sprouts that are crispy outer and moist on the inside however, it is not wet all over with weird sauce like they do at Yard House. It's that crisp on the outside that I love. I get it without the tomatoes and no mayo. Next time I'll ask for no crispies as well. I like it just it plain, perfect amount of salty is just my favorite. This place is the best place for Brussel sprouts. I also like to get the breaded cod here I've never had it better anywhere. It tastes & looks like real fresh cod. It is not shiny or glossy like frozen cod. This is the real deal fresh breaded cod. This is a real legit British food. The service is spectacular especially for a downtown bar. This restaurant is very clean. All the staff are just super friendly and they don't rush you at all. Just very sweet wholesome people staffed here. The food here is way better than Yard House 10 out of 10. However, Yard House does have the best onion rings. That's the only thing that I get there with the beer cheese cause that's the only thing that's good there. The only thing I like at Yard House are the onion rings other than that I think the rest of the food is worse than going to Chili's. Yeoman's also has TV screens and the people that come here are not as sleazy as the ones that go to Yard House. Very different clientele thank goodness. This place does not give me the heebie-jeebies when I come in here. The men here are normal and they don't flock the girls like they do at Yard House ICK. Decent food and drinks. Lobster Mac n Cheese is certainly worth it and all of their other varieties. Made in house and certainly creamy and plenty of cheese pulls in store. I love their tenders here and their blackened chicken. I added this to my Wedge Salad that was MASSIVE for a great price point too. There is another side with Golf Suites Billiards and a bar. Service gets a bit latent as it's a huge restaurant with plenty of rooms for larger parties. All in all a great place for lunch. read more

Honestly a pretty solid place for bar food! The bar itself is open and spacious! Lots of TVs, games, and golf stimulators. Really nice layout and comfortable chairs. For food, we got fish and chips which were seasoned well and a good portion. The fries were ok but got kind of greasy underneath the fish unfortunately. Cole slaw was average. The Brussels were delicious lots of flavor and crunch. The texture was crispy/flaky and I loved the added crisps on top. The buffalo chicken Mac and cheese was also very solid. Yeoman's was the perfect place to watch Sunday football! With multiple TVs, you can enjoy and watch every game at one time. Service was great and the drinks were very reasonably priced. While I did not get food, people with me got pretzels, buffalo Mac and cheese and fried pickles. They all looked delicious. Yeoman's is not located near many other bars but it's the perfect place to spend the day. You can play pool, shuffle board and even rent one of the Topgolf Swing Suites. You can also head towards the back left of the bar and go to the speakeasy. The drinks are different and strong, but the vibes are dark and Halloween-like. It made the day even more fun! read more

Don't let the downtown location fool you. From the outside, it looks like a small pub. Once you walk in, it's a sprawling space filled with TV's, games and activities. VERY IMPRESSIVE. Great place to grab food and drinks. We came to check out the speakeasy, Morgan's Cove. It's in the same building and owned by the same company. Since we put our name on the waitlist we started by coming over to the bar for drinks. It wasn't busy at 6:45 pm on a Friday. I got the strawberry margarita and I wasn't a fan. It came in a water glass, which surprised me and I found it too sour. However we also came back after going to Morgan's Cove to eat dinner so that's why I'm giving it four stars. I was surprised by how cold the restaurant is so if you run cold like I do, bring a sweater. I got the French onion soup which was delicious. My husband got the short rib and we found it very good. I also got a passionfruit martini and liked it better than the margarita, although I'd probably still try something else next time. I tried my friends nachos and I like how they are on sturdy potato chips and have avocado pieces. They were delicious. Service was pretty slow, but we were enjoying each others company so it was fine. Parking is either paid street parking or paid parking lot. Right here in Tampa. Yeomans is an Irish bar that is always booming with people. I was looking for fish and chips and they popped up on my yelp app. We had an order with fries and slaw. They split the plate which was nice but the fish was translucent so it was undercooked. COD is always a white flake fish when cooked right. They send another one out and it was perfect. Super good and plenty of cod. The fries and slaw were also very good. Our bartender, didn't get his name, was funny and happy to serve. Great job my friend. Now onto the food I ordered the fish and chips and the inside of the batter was gooey and undercooked. I did not enjoy that it was not good. No flavor whatsoever. The fries were good. This is the fab spot of Downtown workers, mainly County employees as it's right across the street. It's a great quick lunch or a great spot for Happy Hour. I have been here many many times - when it was first open and was a small location to now where they have expanded to a great "fun" room with different games ie; pool, darts, and even indoor golf. Parking is street parking or if you want park in the county garage - either way you're paying for parking. It's a British Pub and the decor is colorful, vibrant and showcases lots of pop/rock/cultural celebrities. The food is great. I love their wings, burgers and salads. I hear their fish and chips are beautifully cooked. All amazing! If you're going during lunch time, try to get there before 11:30 or just go later after 1 cuz it's going to be busy and the service wil be slower. During the Lightning games, it can be quite packed as well, as you can watch games or it's right next to Amalie Arena. My favorite thing on my plate was the brussels sprouts they were shockingly flavorful and had a perfect crunch. The next best thing was the chicken wings because they were very juicy big and not overly battered. i'm not sure what the loaded potato chip dish was, but it was topped with a jalapeño chicken salad and that was also very tasty. I do like the food a lot. The food is amazing. I've gone two separate times, and the philly Mac tasted like something from my childhood. The fish and chips tasted fresh and the batter was thin. I will say the fish and chips lunch portion is small but it was still incredibly filling. The wait time was shorter than expected. This is the routine - I can't believe I have not reviewed this yet! Yeomans is our Go-To joint before a hockey game- it's a few blocks away and super convenient and fun. They have HUGE area, 3 bars and drinks to go. Food- our go to is the crisp fish n chips, and blue cheese wedge - enough to share. Others are the shepherds pie, and the tuna app, sound odd to be at an English pub, buts it's good! Pretzels and cheese are also a hit. Sometimes we order take out, grab a few drinks and a green tea shot, eat and head to the game. Always a good environment- we have never had bad service. If your there to hang out they have pool, the golf simulator (plus other games in the simulator) and that other game with the sand like shuffle board but not? Anyway it's a hit with me. Me and my friend happen to come by here while being out downtown Tampa. We decided to go in to see what kind of food they offer. They had great music, range of all different drinks you can pick from. They also separate room that had its own bar and area that looks like you could play virtual golf or other games. We just went to get a burger and just relax from having a long night out. I had the truffle burger. It was pretty good and the truffle was throughout the whole burger. I wish they would add truffle oil to the fries that would've made it even better. My friend end up getting a shrimp dish and she said that it was cold. The waiter was nice and helpful. They had a lot of nice paintings throughout the restaurant. Recently visited downtown for dinner and of course everything was busy near water street and so we decided on Yeomans for food. Well when we got here they were incredibly busy as well so we choose to order a cheeseburger and philly steak Mac and cheese Togo It was really quick probably 20minutes which was nice, the burger was perfectly cooked and the fries held up well. Now the Mac & cheese was underwhelming and I know their Mac& Cheese is good because its my go to when I come here. But this time it was not very cheesy and the steak wasn't very flavorful. My brother and I were craving a spot with good wings and this spot did not disappoint. The server, Danielle, recommended that we get the wings with both the sauces and it was a great recommendation to say the least. We split the wings but I could have gotten them myself. The shepherds pie was also very good and my brother rated the chicken sandwich a 9/10, he just wish it had bacon and forgot to ask for it. Yeoman's is such an easy spot to stop at in Downtown Tampa. The food is pretty good and there's always plenty going on, with people watching, long tables available for bigger parties, sometimes live music, and the opportunity to go play some games in the Topgolf Swing Suite after your meal. We always start with the Piccadilly Spears, and they go so quickly that I didn't even capture a photo of them on this visit. Then, since we were dining in for brunch, I enjoyed the B.E.L.T. (bacon, egg, lettuce, and tomato sandwich) minus the bacon to make it vegetarian-friendly. The sandwich was massive and filling, so I got to take half of it home. Though I don't get a craving for the food here like some of my favorite places, it's definitely a tried and true spot and I can always count on being able to grab a table here at the last minute with friends (except on nights of Lightning games, as it gets very busy then). The service is pretty attentive. I've also had their salads, loaded chips (I believe they're called Churchill Crisps) minus the meat, and their grilled cheese varieties in the past. We were a large group of 20+, and we were able to reserve a large section of the restaurant (thank you to the restaurant staff for being flexible and accommodating to us throughout the planning process!). The food and drinks were great. It's your typical pub fare done well. The best part of the visit though was the connected top golf area! It's a really great setup at the place because it's both a restaurant/bar and a top golf game area. So, after the dinner, those who wanted to stay migrated over and had a blast at the top golf.
