While the service provided by Danny when getting the piercing done over a month ago was great. Our downsizing follow up experience was disappointing. Long story short the manger changed our appt with Danny for downsizing because I made the wrong appt. Same price just wrong appt title. I made said appt. for a piercing rather than a downsizing BUT THERE IS NO downsize appt tab available online AND when I called to ask about it more than once NO ONE answered. I did what I thought was the next best thing considering it was the same price. my son was forced to be helped by someone I had no reference of. Had not done my search on him or even knew his name. This person downsized my son's piercing wrong. A few days later the piercing fell off my son's ear, making us panic. Turns out The person didn't tighten it enough. I made his apot.. With a person in mind for Stephanie to just change it and decide who will be helping him. That was not ok. And now we are dealing with a. Loose earring because I'm afraid to touch it and we haven't had an opportunity to go and get it tighten. Managers name Stephanie.

I've had tattoo removal on my tattoo before coming to Removery, a few sessions from a Dr in Beverly…read moreHills who did amazing and a few sessions from another Dr more locally to me who I loved but he moved out of state. My tattoo at this point was almost gone but I wanted a couple more sessions on it so I had to find a new place. I received Removery ads on my instagram account so I thought I would try them out. I completed my first session with removery and soon after I had black scarring/oxidization on my tattoo. The scarring/oxidization is so bad that anyone who saw it thought I got a new tattoo. I decided I would wait a few months to see if it would go away as sometimes it takes time for your body to clear. It did not go away. I went in to see the nurse who did the work and she said that its normal for a white section of a tattoo to oxidize and I would need more sessions. So basically she was telling me I would need to pay $350 a session for many more sessions just to get my tattoo to look the way it looked BEFORE she started on it. Clearly what happened was the nurse at removery used the wrong laser on my tattoo and she lasered an area that essentially didn't need it because there was nothing there. Like I said, I had two other places do many session on me and this did not happen at the other places. Now Im stuck with a really bad scar/tattoo that looks worse that I am going to need to pay to do sessions on just to return it back to where I started. I believe this removery nurse's lack of training and or experience caused this. What's worse is I have emailed Removery many times to kindly follow up and see what we can work out on this and no one has responded. (mind you this is to the same email address i have corresponded with them before on). I would not recommend going here for your tattoo removal. This is coming from someone who dislikes writing bad reviews. I feel like I tired everything I could to contact removery before coming here to no avail.

I'm currently getting multiple very thick, dark tattoos removed, and I love that my package includes unlimited appointments until they're completely gone. Even though the sessions can be pretty excruciating, Lili and Jessica always do their best to make me feel as comfortable as possible and check in throughout. What I appreciate most is how non-judgmental and supportive they are. No matter your reason for tattoo removal, they make you feel completely at ease. They're also super flexible with scheduling, which makes the whole process so much easier. I would absolutely recommend Removery--and especially Lili and Jessica--to anyone considering tattoo removal!

The service itself seemed fine, done by a nice female piercer who made the service quick and relatively painless. Flash forward 5 years, and my piercings have still never healed correctly. I'd gone into a piercing shop yesterday to have them taper my left piercing open, before I was able to get jewelry back in after taking them out for a procedure. I only had the jewelry out for two hours, max. The piercer told me that my nipples have never healed correctly because of how they were pierced. The placement was far too close to the base, which I've suspected all along since the right piercing had never stopped giving me issues. (Left one was the one that had closed up and had to be tapered open, interestingly enough.) The tattoo from a past-his-prime artist is one thing, it's just a funny story now. I kinda find the tattoo endearing, even. But a misplaced piercing on a super intimate area? From a female piercer as well who should have known her anatomy better? I don't live in the area anymore, so there's no point in me making the trek to come into your shop to get anything fixed. I'm just updating my review to communicate how upset I am that BOTH the services I got done at your shop got butchered. And it's literally caused me unnecessary pain and suffering. I now have to consider removing my nipple piercings and getting them redone correctly, if I ever want the issues I've had from them to go away. I've also been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and many other medical conditions since I got this piercing 5 years ago, so getting them redone or getting any tattoos or piercings at all isn't something I consider lightly- the pain and healing is different for me. That's all. Coming back to "chime in" because ya'll did me worse than I'd even previously realized.
