There is plenty of parking available at this site. I went here today to see if I could score a Girl Power tee. As it so happened, the man himself Alvin was in store and had one extra tee on-hand! I grabbed it and was one happy camper. I'll be sporting this at this year's Comic Con in San Diego. Most of the current tees and other gear are available at the Boutique. I highly recommend checking it out!

L O C A T I O N Banana Republic Factory Store is located in Great Mall on the east side of the mall. I usually park at Marshalls and then walk to the right. I N S I D E Layout seems to mimic GAP considering they are part of the same company. Women's on the right side and men's on the left. Unfortunately the sale they had online for an extra 40% off was not applicable in store so we ended up doing a return of all the shirts I had and bought 3 of one type of shirt online and did a pick up in store. It was pretty instant. As soon as I entered the order, one of the store associates was about to fulfill our order when we just told him that it was in our hands. So we didn't wait at all as it wasn't a busy day. He packed up our shirts and then just verified my order with my ID and we were off. S E R V I C E Returns was seemless and easy. Ordering online and pick up was also very quick. Again it's also because it wasn't super busy when we did our order so it was instantaneous. O V E R A L L Not a bad place to go in store to pick up online orders for Banana Republic Factory. I've done so in the past. Sometimes the online prices are better that in the store and sometimes it's the opposite. It's definitely a gamble. Good customer service here. Glad it's close-ish to home for returns and exchanges.

Changing the price tag at the register after a customer has already made their selection is misleading, unprofessional, and creates a very disappointing shopping experience.
