A few months ago my sister and I hosted a baby shower for our other sister and after looking around an options we decided to go with McLains. So while this one is marketed as a carrot cake, if you are from the south, it definitely leans toward hummingbird. Anyway, it was Absolutely amazing! At first, I was a little disappointed that it didn't have thicker cream cheese icing, but once I dug into the cake and tasted how sweet and moist it was, I decided more frosting would've been too much of a good thing.
