Felix is amazing! So happy to find a kind generous and knowledgeable bike shop nearby. Popped in to replace the tube in my tire and he ended up giving my bike a boost and clean up without even asking! He saw my bike hadn't seen the road in a bit and Felix showed so much care in fixing her right up. Replaced the tube, fixed me up, oiled all my brakes and gears, and sent me on my way. He takes a lot of care to service your bike, and seems to love what he does. He also had some great bikes for sale in his shop with amazing prices. I wanted to start commuting to work on bike. I was able to get a 10yr old giant road bike from a family member. It needed to be serviced and the shifters needed to be adjusted. I saw the good reviews to this local bike shop, and they lived up to the high reviews! Felix and Yeni serviced my bike to looking and riding pretty much brand new! All for a very good value! They were both very friendly and knowledgeable with what I needed and didn't push any unnecessary services or products! I'm glad that I have a local bike shop to go to! Where do I start. First of all it looks like they're closed all the time. There's no lights on, ever. I stopped in today on my bike. Just get a price on adjusting my brakes press back and maybe some new shoes and he basically yelled at me and said I'm busy. I said OK we don't have to do it right now. how much would it cost and again he basically yelled at me and said I'm busy and all this while the door is barely cracked and I'm on the sidewalk so he has the door barely cracked so I can see half of his Face like he's hiding something. I don't know what's going on with this bike shot man I'll never ever ever go back there again it was a very strange experience for that. I give it one stars and would give it zero stars if that was an option. The pictures that they show in their Google maps address find as the shop looks nothing like that. There's no happy customers in there. There's no lights on it's like a weird little bike dungeon with some troll back there, wrenching on bikes of who I have no idea. read more

Yeni and Felix are rockstars, they always come through and they're super friendly. I bought a used TREK a few months ago and had some trouble with staying in gear. They solved the issue and instead of charging me full price on everything they worked with me. Turned out my rear wheel rim/ quick release skewer was cooked.. They installed a new cassette and hooked me up with a beautiful new used rim they had in stock. Back in April of 2017, I stumbled upon this bicycle shop in the valley (Sylmar). I was searching for a hard to find Cinelli VigoRosa frame. I can't remember how I found them, but I did, and they were extremely accommodating to my work schedule, by staying open past their business hours so I can make it there after I got off of work. When I got there I was greeted by Yeni and Felix, lovely people. And their selection of bicycles, they have the top brands, like Cinelli, Bianchi, Giant, fuji, and others. They offer Layaway and are simply very accommodating. All in all, I am taking my business there each time I need something bicycle related. By the way, they were the only bicycle shop within Southern California that had the Cinelli VigoRosa frame AND size I was looking for. I took it off their hands in a heartbeat. Everything was very fairly priced and they also were so professional as well as friendly. They don't pressure you to buy anything at all. I went to get my back wheel inter tube and had no idea I needed to get lubricant for my chain.
