I had some expectations considering that most elites were raving about how good this place was. My first impression of this place was that wow this place must have been in the same spot for years with a lot of regulars. Interior seating seemed limited, but while we were there, there were consistent togo orders so the limited seating did not keep people away. Our server was welcoming, patient, and friendly. She was there a second before we needed her, she cleared our table before the next dishes arrived, and we didn't feel rushed but well cared for. We ordered the hamachi jalapeño, crab Rangoons, donkatsu ramen with pork belly, tuna, chutoro, and Otoro nigiri's. We also got matcha's for Togo. Two things that stood out to me, one, the prices were super cheap, and two the nigiri's tasted surprisingly good for their prices. Overall I was thinking that this must be a hidden gem in Pompano Beach area that not too many people know about despite the restaurant having been there for years. I wasn't too hungry today but my fiancee and I were already talking about coming back here to try some of their rolls next time. Yes I recommend this place to others!

That said, being from NJ surrounded by great Asian food, this place definitely lived up to the expectation. The crispy spicy tuna was probably one of the best I've ever had. Angry chicken was also delicious with great flavor. The shrimp fried rice, not pictured, was good and had chunks of shrimp. We would probably skip the beef bulgogi if we came back. Flavor was good but meat wasn't very tender. Service was okay. Overall, good experience. If we came back it would definitely be for happy hour.

Parking was easy, with a metered lot conveniently located across the street. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and requested outdoor seating so we could enjoy the waterfront views and watch the boats pass by. The atmosphere was relaxing, scenic, and definitely one of the highlights of the experience. Our server was friendly, attentive, and had a great personality. Table snacks was a small bowl of popcorn. To start, we ordered a Pearl Bourbon Smash and a Dragon Margarita. The Bourbon Smash was so good that we ordered a second one. The Margarita wasn't my favorite, but I finished it and followed it up with a Sensei Old Fashioned. For our entrees, we ordered the Korean BBQ Bulgogi and the Korean Steak Chimicurri (spelled that way on the menu, so I'm not sure if it was intentional). The Bulgogi portion was generous, and we really wanted to love it, but unfortunately the meat arrived cold. That was disappointing, especially after being told that everything is made from scratch. My husband's entree was served about 10 minutes before mine, which wasn't ideal. Generally, guests dining together should be served at the same time. I encouraged him to start eating so his meal wouldn't get cold, but unfortunately it already was. My steak arrived hot and was cooked slightly more than the medium temperature I requested, leaning closer to medium-well. Despite that, I still enjoyed it. It was served with jasmine rice and maduros, which complemented the dish nicely. Overall, we had a lovely dining experience. The waterfront setting, pleasant service, and enjoyable cocktails made for a great outing. We would definitely consider returning, especially to combine dinner with one of the boat tours. To top it off, our server gave us a bag of cotton candy. I felt like a kid. I haven't eaten cotton candy in years

The staff are always kind and welcoming, and you truly feel like you're transported to Thailand from how authentic the food tastes and the vibe in the restaurant. This time around there was barely any parking available in the shopping center but luckily there was only a wait of about 20-30 minutes. We were seated, greeted and served very quickly. This time around I came with a few friends and to start we had the papaya salad (not spicy {we forgot to add spice}), and the chicken wings. Both dishes were very fresh. As my main dish I ordered the Pad Woon Sen with shrimp and one of my friends ordered the Pad Thai with chicken (spicy). Both dishes were incredible and I would order them again. To drink I ordered a Thai iced tea which was rich and silky. And for dessert we shared an order of the mango sticky rice which was so flavorful and delicious.

The only thing I didn't like about it was them hurrying us out. As soon as we finished the food, the waitress asked us "nicely" to leave so they can service the other people waiting. We weren't planning on lingering, we hadn't even finished our drinks yet, so it felt a little rushed. When my friend decided to finish her wine before we got up., they stood around staring at us until we were uncomfortable. I will come back for the great Thai food. Just have to set my expectations that it's not a dinner experience.

I didn't know what to expect but by the time I was done I was already thinking of coming back. We ordered an array of food and everything was so good, it was impossible for me to choose a favorite. the Crispy Baby Back Ribs were the starters from the happy hour menu as we paired it with the margarita and espresso martini. The ribs had ample enough meat and glazed to perfection where I didn't feel cheated. The espresso martini was not too sweet and not overbearing with the espresso taste which for me felt really smooth going down and enjoyable. The tiger prawn was in this buttery type of sauce that was so succulent and juicy, my only complaint was that there wasn't more cause one is not enough by any means. This is one of the places where the outstanding food was matched by the superb hospitality. I believe I met the manager who checked on us multiple times, he was personable, professional and made us truly feel welcomed. Despite it being quiet at that time which provided a relaxed and intimate setting; I could easily envision having a group of friends there and still have a great time. I will absolutely be back multiple times in the near future.

We tried some of the specialty drinks on the drink menu - the Smokey old fashion, and lemon drop...they were so good! We had a variety of appetizers- edamame, tuna on crispy rice, shrimp, and pork gyozas. It all was so delicious! Then we shared the Waygu beef skewers which melted in your mouth...they were so tender and delicious! I'd seen photos of the ribs and was very excited to try them...they did not disappoint! We ate every little morsel of them and they were so good that we could have ordered another plate of them, but we were going back to our friends for cake. We met the Owner Lizzy she was super nice! Lizzy came over to talk to us about some of the different Rums Ukiah carries. She even brought two of the bottles over to show us (one from Puerto Rico and one from Japan) and brought glasses for us to taste them...they were so good! We loved this place and we definitely will be coming back!!!

The service was top notch. You can tell they care about their customers. I had the Tom Kha soup with shrimp as an appetizer. I was instantly impressed with the quality of the shrimp and the flavor of the soup was on point. I have had this at other places and the shrimp typically comes overcooked and rubbery. These were large tender, juicy shrimp and cooked perfectly. The sashimi was fresh and larger than usual. The wasabi was the only let down being grainy and not mixed enough. Maybe an off day. The restaurant doesn't have a bathroom. They allowed me to use the sink in the kitchen to wash my hands. When I walked in, I was honestly surprised that there was no one there during lunchtime. I sat by the window, and the first thing I noticed was a dead bug on the side of the window, which was a huge turnoff. The waiter came over and took my order. I got the spring rolls and the vegetable Pad Thai with no egg. The food was actually delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. One thing that disappointed me before ordering was that I was expecting a lunch menu because that's what I saw online, but there wasn't one available when I arrived. I ended up packing the rest of my meal to go and later had it for dinner the same day. Overall, the food was very good, but because of the cleanliness issue and the disappointment with the lunch menu, I don't think I'd go back.
