I wanted something light but refreshing and got the passion fruit tea here. Service was quick and friendly server! There were tables inside and space if you wanted to study or hangout. The passion fruit tea was refreshing and yummy! Not too sweet since I lowered the sweetness levels. Would come here again to try other flavors!

Stopped by Yin Yang Tea about 30 minutes before closing, which I know can be a little inconvenient, but the employee working was still incredibly friendly and welcoming. The customer service was excellent, and they took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. Great service and a great experience overall, I'll definitely be back!

This spot is my favorite I've tried so far in the IE. The service is always incredibly fast and the boba and tea is always consistently fresh. The customer service is excellent and makes me feel like I'm family. If my order has ever been wrong, they always fix it. I'd also like to note how clean the shop is and the bathroom. I've been here many times and the ambiance is great for studying or working for a few hours. I'm bummed they're not going to be open late anymore-which was one of the reasons I was drawn to this shop in the first place. This is the first boba shop I've visited that reminds me of home and I'm so happy I found it! Hopefully they expand their hours again in the future!

Quiet with quite a few seats to sit around while you wait and enjoy your drink, as most people seem to get their drinks to go. I got their matcha cream with coconut juice (less sweet) - it surprisingly was more full-bodied and creamier than I thought once mixed well, which I really like! They did not stinge on the matcha either. My friends got the coco cloud, firecracker, and vietnamese coffee. They loved the coco cloud (bonus it looks so pretty!) and the firecracker but thought 100% sweet was a little too sweet. The Vietnamese coffee was on the very strong side, so be aware of the buzz. They do use powder in their drinks though, and I felt like there is less focus on the tea flavor and more on offering dessert-like drinks.

As if we needed more reasons to get boba every day of the week. Yin Yang Tea has a deal every day. Their prices are super fair, they have your basic milk tea and even sandwiches if you're looking for a quick lunch. The guy who took our order was super nice and seemed excited about getting us to try things we haven't seen before. I saw the Everything Tea, which literally contains all their possible toppings. Was I greedy? Maybe a little bit, but it was a great treat with all the different textures. As you look around the store, you find funny Labubu cookies and little memes around the area too. It has a good vibe here and it's fun to visit on specific days if you want their daily deals.

Yin Yang tea is a boba shop nestled in the heart of chino hills. We had lunch nearby and feeling thirsty so we stumbled across Yin Yang Tea. The place was quiet and organized. The staff is extremely friendly and personable. This place has a variety of tea and toppings. Cassie got the milk tea with brown sugar + boba and I got the Hong Kong milk tea + boba. Drinks came out quick! Within 5 minutes and are good quality drinks. We are fans!

Very nice cashier and bobarista. I asked her about coconut in the everything milk tea, and made sure to exclude the coconut! Everything milk tea - delicious! I think the popping bubbles adding a sour hit is a little questionable, aquired taste? But else it was good! My partner got a cookies and cream slush and he said it tasted too milky. He ended up tossing it out :( He also hated my drink too lol, but I liked my everything milk tea minus the sour hit of popping bubbles!

This is a small hole in the wall place but it's a neighborhood gem. The drinks are good and the staff friendly. They have daily drink specials Monday through Friday. This place is a bit hard to find. But once you know where it is, you would want to come back. They have various milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies, Vietnamese coffee, Thai teas... So many choices! You can adjust the sweetness level and amount of ice for your drink. You can add boba, lychee jelly, grass jelly, custard and other add-ons. One of my favorite here is the milk tea with everything (add-ons).

This is one of my FAVORITE boba tea shops. With the best discounts and promos!! Plus quality drinks of course. Totally underrated so if you're in the area please give this place a try! On weekends you can upgrade to a 32oz for free. On top of that they gave me an extra 10% off (for a promo when you sign up for texts). We ordered the Coconut Matcha Cream (with aiyu jelly) and the Sunset Passion (with lychee jelly). BOMB. Both are so good. This place has so many options on the menu-- something for everyone. The bobarista that served us was super sweet and kind. And the ambiance is a perfect study spot with free WiFi! They have board games and comfy chairs and tables.

I really really want to have some positive things to say, but I have nothing positive to say... This was just such a disappointing boba run. The lady working the front was also the same one making the drinks. I felt so bad she was overwhelmed with orders. However, she was very nice and I appreciated her input. I'll give one more star for having some games to play while you wait or while you enjoy your drinks. The drinks were quite the disappointment. The jasmine milk tea was very artificial/perfume-like. This is not quality tea. The boba (tapioca) was BLAND. It's the first time I've had boba and it be just bland. There's no brown sugar taste, nothing... Maybe we came on a bad night. The hot drink with 100% sweet tasted like it was 25% sweet. We ordered boba but they put in grass jelly, the lid even said boba on it... The dragonfruit/passionfruit drink tasted also very syrupy.. make sure you mix it thoroughly before drinking because there was a lot of syrup on the bottom. This place reminds me of a Lollicup, but not as good. Unfortunately I won't be back as it is not my cup of tea, but feel free to try and see for yourself!

I'm not sure why this place has such high reviews. Maybe I was just unlucky. Went last night Tuesday (4/30) and two kids (probably teens) were working. They were busy making drinks and didn't acknowledge my bf and I as we waited at the cashier desk for probably a good 10 minutes before being greeted. I ordered a cookies and cream (which was on the top 10 list) and my bf ordered a banana milk tea. It was our first time trying this place and we figured it can't be hard to mess up cookies and cream. Waited a bit for the drinks but I was wrong. My cookies and cream had ZERO flavor. It literally was just blended ice. It would've been much more satisfying going to McDonald's and getting an oreo Mcflurry. Part of me wanted to go back and let the workers know there was zero flavor, but there was a long line and I figured they didn't know how to make the drink correctly anyhow. Tasted a sip of my bf's banana milk tea and it was a bunch of fake banana powder taste. Wouldn't go back if you like good quality boba places such as Omomo, Sunright, etc. The cookies and cream was below satisfying. Tossed it after taking a few sips to really confirm it had zero taste. This place is a hidden gem i dont know when they opened but im so happy i found them they have my favorite type of coffee, Vietnamese, and to top it off with ube cold foam or matcha cold foam makes it even more amazing, its a nice quiet place to relax and study plenty of room for people to chill after having breakfast or lunch. Found my new favoriate go to matcha! Matcha milk tea is exceptional!!! Coconut coffee is definitely a change, but it's a great change, especially if you're a coconut fan! Their coffee is importe, so you're getting great ingredients. Great place to chill and enjoy the delightful drink. Staff is amazing! Very patient witht every customer that comes in. They answer all your questions and guide you to the right drink for you. They have board games available. Give them a chance you won't regret it. I got the taro milk tea with boba and the flavor was just to my liking. Sometimes with taro, it can be powdery from being hydrated incorrectly but it wasn't like that--it wasn't too sweet but the boba was a weird texture. read more

Went here a few weeks ago and ordered the milk tea with boba and taro slush with boba. Unfortunately mine came out without boba but I wasn't charged for it and took it as a sign from the universe that I didn't need it since we went here while we were waiting for our table at HiroNori. Just make sure to either check your order on the screen or check your receipt to make sure your order is correct. Both were really good and we would have gone back for another round of drinks after but we were so full after dinner. Will definitely make another pit stop if we're in the area. read more

I love this place! It's a great place to study or catch up on your work! Their drinks are consistently tasty. Jonathan is a great worker. He is very personable and remembers your name and face. Cannot believe all the 5 star reviews for this boba shop. Boba is flavorless, the teas taste very artificial and powdery, music comes from a small little speaker on the side of the room, the light bulbs are dead. Can't believe they just opened their boba store a couple weeks ago but look like it's been abandoned for months. The workers are a real charm and was the only reason I decided to stay and try the drinks. Besides that I won't be back. The taro milk tea is so gross and leaves a weird after taste almost like butter milk? Also they put 3 seals on my drink. How am I supposed to puncture my straw into 3 seals??? Not only that, the seal wasn't even fully on the lid and spilled all over my car... very disappointing to lose my money on this disgusting powdery drink and now I need a car wash too.. read more

I was very excited to try this place as it was near my area and rated very highly but was met with disappointment. I ordered a strawberry milk tea and received what tasted like nesquick. While one might argue what can you expect it's a strawberry milk tea, I have tried other places that genuinely tasted good. My friend ordered a rose milk tea and that also tasted like straight up milk and perfume. I love to support small businesses but I'm pretty let down with the quality of these drinks. Hi my name is Annie and I am the co-owner of Yin Yang Tea! I’m often asked why I opened a boba shop. Here is my boba love story. Growing up my parents never expressed how much they loved me or how proud they were of me. Like many Asian parents, my parents showed their love and affection through food instead. For me it was through boba. As a child, they got me boba for getting good grades or to cheer me up when I was sad. This was their silent but heartfelt way of saying “I’m proud of you” or “I love you.” I now know love can be found in small, everyday moments and sometimes words are unnecessary when actions speak so clearly from the heart. Boba to me is a reminder of the profound love my parents always had for me. Now when I see other parents getting boba with their kids, it brings me back to why I opened Yin Yang Tea in the first place. I hope to provide a space where everyone can share the same joy and affection with their loved ones over a cup of boba.

We decided to get smoothies instead since the acai seemed to be scooped from a premade tub. We got strawberry banana & a tropical smoothie. I got myself a green juice filled with veggies and fruits. We waited around 10 minutes for everything to be freshly blended and juiced. To my surprise, it was absolutely phenomenal! It was so fresh and just the right amount of sweetness. Overall, I would definitely come back. I'm not sure if I would try their acai bowls. It did look promising so maybe I will try it one day.

The interaction felt dismissive and rude, and I decided to leave without ordering. I've never felt so unwelcome as a paying customer. I'm sharing this because this type of behavior drives loyal customers away. Until this is addressed, I won't be returning.

I arrived at Chun Yang Tea (Chino) on Tuesday (around 3:21PM). Parking is very easy. The lot is HUGE! Chun Yang Tea (Chino) is a stall in the Eat Up Food Court inside the 99 Ranch Store. Customers primarily order at the self-service kiosk. Customers can also order at the counter, but Staff speaks limited English. Staff is very hardworking and professional. My drink took about one minute. FAST!! As mentioned, I absolutely adored the Osmanthus Honey Oolong Tea ($5.99 - 30% Sugar - Quarter Ice). I had to hold back the instinct to cry tears of joy. The tea flavor is prominent, fresh, and not burnt. The liquid is honey-like, thirst-quenching, and refreshing. I absolutely LOVE this drink. I had to immediately fight back the urge to purchase another. On ambiance, Chun Yang Tea (Chino) surprised me. It's located in a foodcourt, but the location felt clean, well-ventilated, and useful. I saw several flat screen TVs playing the baseball game with English captions. Upbeat, playful music chimed. And there's a Gender Neutral restroom several feet away. In addition, the location is spacious. There's over seven nearby tables. And there's two available electrical outlets nearby the stall. However, if I had to nitpick, there's a very faint scent of the Asian grocery store in the background. It's very faint, but it's noticeable. Parking is easy since it's in a large plaza for grocery store patrons. Instead of walking through the 99 ranch store entrance, I used their food hall door. I walked right inside and noticed they had 5 other food areas, though I don't recall any of them besides the bar. I walked up to the boba shop and there wasn't a cashier, only a kiosk. He made my drink fairly quickly and I was able to drink it while going grocery shopping. The green tea is decent and the boba had a good chewy consistency and size. The purple rice was very interesting and unique! It was my first time having a topping like it and it's exactly what it sounds like: rice in milk tea. Overall a decent boba spot. I need to come back to try other drinks. Nothing makes it memorable for me just yet, but I'm willing to come back to try it again!

I don't usually write reviews, but this place is a hard pass. When I walked in, the girl at the counter didn't even acknowledge me. No "hi," no greeting--just a blank stare like I was bothering her. I ordered a classic milk tea with boba, and somehow they managed to mess that up. It tasted like cheap powder mix, and the boba was stale and hard, like it had been sitting out all day. How do you ruin something so basic? To top it off, there was zero customer service. She handed me the drink without a word and disappeared into the back room.
