That was very considerate. The price point for each item is on the high side, but the quantity is good. But of course it adds up in a hurry (another reason to see my tip about over ordering!) The food is really good and there are so many items on the menu, that I definitely recommend coming with a few people so you can try all the things you want without it being way too much food. There are a few waiters/waitresses and they all attentive. Even though one person takes the order, the other servers may bring your food, get you another drink, or clear things off of your table. This is also another restaurant I will definitely be back to and highly recommend, especially if you're looking for Dim Sum in Pines.

And after a 15-20 minute wait, we got a table. The restaurant had a crowd, so service was fast and furious. The table we got had spilled tea and the server simply sopped up the tea, using napkins and wiping the entire table with that pile of napkins, and then seated us. (What? No spray or fresh wipe?) We were hungry, sat, and grabbed a few of our favorite items from the rolling carts. We would give the dim sum a solid 7 out of 10, although we thought the rice paper wrapping on some of the items is a bit thicker than we like. Things like the sticky rice, which usually has chopped chicken, pork, shrimp, and Chinese sausage, basically had chopped meat and a little bit of sausage. The football-shaped fried taro dumplings were crispy and tasty but we did not like the filling. The rolling carts give the experience a more authentic feel. My meal cost $62.96, but the food quality and the owner's response were completely unacceptable. The waitress recommended the stir-fried conch ($34.99). It was tasteless and so chewy that it felt like eating rubber bands. The green vegetables served with it were extremely tough and almost impossible to chew. I explained the problem to the owner.
