I got beef and broccoli, wonton soup and roasted pork fried rice. The soup was pretty good. I also liked the rice. It was fresh and flavorful. I was not a fan of the beef. It's been a while since I've ordered Chinese food, to my surprise this restaurant has a great menu and all I was craving. I ordered the chicken noodle soup, and egg roll and the house special rice. Everything arrived hot and the food was savory. I appreciated the scallions, the noodles and the tenderness of chicken. The house special rice was perfect: plenty of chicken, shrimp, veggies and flavorful. Everything was packed nicely and i even received two fortunate cookies! I don't really like Chinese food but #1 wok makes me love it!! my favorite thing to get is butter noodles plain with sesame chicken, and then mix them together. I could eat it every day!! I'm very particular about Chinese food but this place is one of the best. It's a small restaurant so don't expect to dine in, take out only. The food is always fresh. The quality of the food is not consistent. The food is bland and has no flavor. Most of the sauces are just thickened with cornstarch flurry but there is absolutely no depth of flavor. In addition, the service isn't friendly. Whoever answers the phone doesn't seem happy to be there or take orders for customers. I wish you could smell this picture. When I say this is the best Chinese food I have gotten in the Cooper City area, I so mean it. We moved to the area about two and a half years ago and I have tried at least 5 different places and this has been our favorite by far. We got two lunch specials for $6.95 each. One of them was General Tso's Chicken and the other was Pork Egg Foo Young. Both were delicious, with generous portions (only half the Egg Foo Young is pictured) and both came with soup and pork fried rice (which was also delicious). We also ordered Steamed Pork Dumplings (it came with 8) and they were so good, they barely lasted long enough to take the picture. The customer service was also great and they have solid Covid precautions in place (employees wearing masks, plexiglass, and pick up at the door). Such a nice hardworking family that runs this small takeout restaurant. But, the food is just ok. We had both the hot and sour soup and wonton soup. Neither was very tasty. The hot and sour was wayyyy tooo watery and the Wonton broth just wasn't flavorful. The egg rolls were just ok. We did like the sesame chicken and the boneless ribs, but the beef and broccoli and fried rice had very little taste. I'd say the best item we tried was the teriyaki beef sticks. Very flavorful. I've asked for fried rice without vegetables every time as my son likes this. Half the orders are complied with. Tonight the rice was full of whatever was left in the kitchen, it appears. The BBQ ribs were left over from another day, just extra sauce placed on them to cover their age. Only 3 of the order of 10 were edible. It's quite apparent that they will not waste food, as whatever is left over will go out in an order. When a customer gets home and discovers this ,it's too late. Awful Food. I had the unfortunate experience of take out of steamed chicken and broccoli from this restaurant. Immediately upon taking my first bite of their broccoli an extremely uncomfortable metallic taste spread throughout my entire mouth causing my mouth to swell. When we called The restaurant to complain they said "we sell a lot of broccoli today no one complained." What an imbecile! I have not had a call the health department in 20 years and I will have to call them on this restaurant. So I have ordered from this Chinese delivery establishment for a very long time and I have enjoyed many of their entrées. Tonight, like no other, I decided to have something different for a change. The old saying "stick to what you know" became true tonight. I decided to stray away from my usual Cashew Chicken dinner combo and try the Singapore Mei Fun. As described by the telephone ordertaker, a rice noodle entrée with chicken, shrimp, pork and veggies in a spicy curry sauce. Sounds good, right?!?! WELL, that was NOT the case. The order arrived within the quoted delivery time: A+. Ordertaker efficiency: A Food Quality: D (Kids Chix Lo Mein: A-; Wonton Soup: A+ handmade wantons were delish, well seasoned) The Singapore Mei Fun had only 6 tiny shrimp not even a decent amount chicken and pork. Vegetables, what veggies? I didn't see any!! And it appears that the noodle were cooked appropriately and instead of a curry sauce, as any self respecting Pan Asian would know how to make, the curry powder was dusted on the noodles. You can't really mess up Asian food, but in this case, it was horrifically jacked up. Disappointed that I was, called the restaurant and asked if I could get my regular dish, the Ordertaker said "No, no substition if we got the right order for you" "Ok, then!" I said to myself. I tried to reason with the young lady and she still stood her ground. She asked the owner if we could do a swap out, he also said no. Ok, then you would prefer to loose a loyal regular over one lowsy dish and practically they were willing to loose me. Food is delicious. The only thing about them is this, they don't budge and aren't really flexible with their service. I wanted a half order of chicken wings but the young lady kept on telling me "We can't change. You can't get half order,only eight." Don't put on your website that you deliver if you don't do deliveries thought I might've found some good Chinese food

My coworkers and I ordered about $40 worth of food today, and after unpacking the food we noticed that we did not receive two side orders of shrimp egg rolls. I called the restaurant to explain the we received one pork egg roll instead of the two shrimp egg rolls that we paid for. The lady over the phone then proceeded to tell me that I was wrong, she placed the egg rolls in the box herself, and that maybe someone in my office took it and ate it... I made her aware that we were not looking for credit just to make her aware of the error (possible that it went in to the wrong box ). She cut me off and continued to tell me that she placed the egg rolls in the box and someone here ate it... At this point even though I unpacked the box myself, and confirmed that the order was incomplete, it was not worth it & ridiculous to say the least, to argue over $3 worth of missing food. Instead we'll spend the next $40-$50 with a customer friendly restaurant. If you order food with this place, pray that the order is delivered to you correctly & at least luke warm. read more

Wow! So many negative reviews regarding customer service. Updating my review almost 4 years after the last one - still our favorite Chinese take-out! We find it consistently good. We've ordered for guests and they have enjoyed it. And I have found the customer service to consistently be DELIGHTFUL! I even screwed up my usual order once and the nice order taker recognized my voice, realized something was amiss from my norm, and took the initiative to prepare what I meant to order. I've ordered from this location on several occasions and found their food to be delightful. Although, my last visit (sometime in May 2014) was not the case. The order taker was was unfriendly to the point of, " I know my stuff does not stink!" I was use to, two, friendly, middle age women manning the lines. I have a large family, so I tend to place large orders. I think that is great for small business. The order taker was rude and rushed. I drove from one side of town to the other, and to my dismay, my order was a pile of CRAP! The location as always, had both doors wide open. Their was a young lady at the front counter. She was busy on the phone when I entered the location. While I waited for my order,. I glanced at the back and noticed an older, Asian women, cleaning a bucket full of raw chicken on the floor, with another bucket turned over for her to sit on. I should have clicked a picture and sent it to "The Dirty Dinning Report" at Chanel 10. No, instead I stood there in shame and held all my anxieties in. I still beat myself up to this day,lol. Okay, so back to the lecture at hand... I paid, and received my order. I reached home and started plating, only to realize she mixed my order up. I called to complain and she showed not one ounce of empathy. SHAME ON YOU! I paid a good amount for the food ordered and felt a little cheated. I advised her, "The unwillingness not to ensure customer satisfaction will cost you a place in the YELP Hall of Shame."
