I got early bird tickets through Eventbrite. It's a week long event from 16-22 December from 5pm-8pm. Parking is in the lot next door at Steel Canyon HS. You can either walk over or take a tractor wagon ride. If you need handicap parking then email them for a parking permit. This lot is closer. It's neatly organized with different themes like candy land, North Pole, Christmas tree. It's a one way walkway along the path which gives a clear view to get nice photos. There are no shortage of volunteers who are in red vests, staff is green. I brought my tripod selfie stick but didn't use it because every corner you look, was a volunteer who was eager to snap a photo of you. Face painting and arts and craft. A photo with Santa is a suggested $10 donation. They accept Venmo. You get two 4x6 printed on the spot. There's entertainment like caroling. The entire time, I thought it was an album playing through the loud speaker. But it wasn't. It was a group performing. They are so good! There's a small food court area with vendors and food trucks that sell coffee, hot chocolate, tacos, churros, bacon wrapped hot dog. The port-a-potty are clean. Before the entrance, you can purchase light up head bands, necklaces, wands. One item is $10, two item is $15, three item $20. Remember it's going towards Noah Home. I really enjoyed all the light displays and theme. I wonder if it's the same each year or do they change up the theme. I would attend every year it was the latter.

Always well kept and the location is really convenient. Another bonus feature is the fact that the drive up units have motion censored lights, VERY convenient when needing to access your unit in the evenings. Now to mention the main highlights of this storage facility..... Brian and Miguel.(because let's face it, all storage units are basically made the same, but the difference comes in who manages them!) The guys that run this place are nothing short of amazing. Best customer service by far than any other storage facility I have used. (This includes next door where I was at for a couple years until switching over). Everyone has bad days, EXCEPT Miguel and Brian. Literally always the friendliest customer service, always doing checks around the facility, always addressing anything you bring to their attention promptly. Both gentleman go above and beyond and it does not go unnoticed! (I'm at my storage unit nearly everyday, so I can't help but to notice). The people who rent here are super respectful, there's never any obstruction to access my unit.(I've had this problem several times at other storage facilities). Would recommend this storage location 100% to anyone looking to store items. In fact, I have actually referred multiple people here. 10 out of 10 worth the value.

Their neighborhood has gone to crap since 2015. Has gotten even worst the past five years…read more Multiple people living in these homes. They treat their homes like a damn ADU. Their many stupid uber, Lyft, door dash vehicles set up so no one else has a space. They hog up the parking spaces, invite their multiple friends and trespass the community recreational facilities. Parties out loud in the backyard past 9pm, at times blowing fireworks. Some neighbors walking around smoking pot on the sidewalks, rec center and etc. Always trash on the streets and sidewalks. Many people that ruined this community don't even speak English or have any common sense as it seems. Drivers excessively driving in high rates of speed on the streets. Some nights people park in secluded areas to have sex, do drugs and/or sleep in the community for the night. There really is no point to having a welcome committee "security guards". They don't verify that people in the recreation area are trespassing or not. Though driving through it seems as a nice community. It isn't always that great.
