My husband and I ordered several dishes at this place. I told the guy taking the order that I could not do spicy and asked if any of the dishes I ordered were spicy. He said no. None of the items that we chose on the menu said that they were spicy. We avoided those that said they were. Vietnamese food is usually not spicy. That is why I like it so much. When we got the food home the lemongrass beef dish was loaded with jalapenos and red peppers. I tried a small bite and my mouth was on fire! Even the noodles were spicy. I called them back and told them that the dish was exactly what I had said I did not want and that I wanted a credit. At first he made it sound like it was my fault and I did not tell him but then he finally said it was his mistake. The pho soup had lots of grisly beef in it and seemed like it also was spicy. But, I could not tell because my mouth was still burning. The only thing I could eat was the spring rolls. They need to change their menus to be accurate and train their staff. I could not eat much of what we brought home. We won't be going back. read more

I'm a definitely regular for their bubble tea! They a wide selection of flavors as well as a choice of green, milk, and black tea and the bubbles are always a great consistency. They keep adding flavors as well - they have a new pumpkin spice flavor for fall! They have coffee and smoothies too, but I stick to my love for bubble tea. I rarely get their frozen yogurt, but I do appreciate the covers over each of the toppings. Seems cleaner than a lot of other toppings at frozen yogurt places that way. The staff is very courteous and friendly. I know taking the time to make bubble tea can be a bit of a hassle when you have a line of customers for frozen yogurt, but they always have a good attitude about it. Also thankful that they check to make sure the lid is completely sealed before handing it over! read more

Great frozen yogurt place, highly recommended!! You aren't limited to what you can get or do with your frozen yogurt. To make things better, if you aren't in the mood for frozen yogurt, they offer bubble tea. You get a large array of flavors and what seems to be a different flavor each month with the frozen yogurt. They offer a large selection of fresh cut fruit as well as sprinkles, candies and other sweets to aid in your frozen yogurt creation. You can also ask for a smoothy which they will blend for you. With the bubble tea, you get your choice green tea and milk tea and jelly or bubbles. You get a large choice of flavors as well which leaves you with many choices and combination with even blending flavors. Prices are low even if you stack on the toppings. 3 for a small bubble tea and 4 for a large. Frozen yogurt is self serve but bubble tea they will have to make for you. All the people who work there are very courteous and always greet you when you come in and always say good bye when you leave. If you have any questions on how the process works they always answer you with a smile and walk you through the process (very helpful in my opinion). read more

i'm only going to review this place on the bubble tea or boba side of the house because that's the only reason why we decided to go there and also because it's in frederick. i thought this place would have decent bubble tea based on the reviews but it was just a waste of time. i got the coffee flavor and my roommate got the taro flavor. i asked for my drink to be blended and the girl who was working said she could do it but it wouldn't taste right. i'm the customer and if i ask for it wouldn't you think the customer wants what the customer asks for?! whatever....anywhoo, i didn't get it blended. bad idea. the tapioca balls had a taste of jasmine extract and ruined the entire drink for the both of us. if you want yogurt at this place then yes you can get it here but if you want bubble tea, don't waste your time, go down to rockville to bubble tea cafe. it's worth the drive, it tastes a lot better and you get a bigger drink price for the same price as this place. read more

I'm not sure why this is the only place to get bubble tea within a 30 mile radius, but it does the job. Its equivalent to other "chain-type" bubble tea places. Just accept that it is not a Taiwanese cafe, and you'll be fine. I paid about $4.00 for a small, which is pretty standard. I had one of my usual flavors, Taro. They had about 8 varieties of frozen yogurt. I did not try it but I did appreciate that they had both tart and non-tart flavors (I hate tart frozen yogurt). read more

I tried their beef pho with well done brisket and spicy beef noodle soup (bun bo hue) and they are both excellent. The portion is large with lots of meats, authentic, and very flavorful. These Vietnamese soups are some of the best in Frederick and Germantown area. The spicy beef noodle soup is better than Luck Corner at Westview with deeper beef flavor! I also tried their shrimp and chicken rolls which are also very good. They are also huge with thick pieces of shrimp and chicken so definitely will fill you up! I love Vietnamese noodle soups so I have tried lots of Pho soups in the area and I am pleasantly surprised that this place is so good! I will be going to Yo Bubble very regularly. read more

It's a good place to grab a refreshing dessert after the BWW dinner. ;) For a place calling themselves 'yo bubble', you'd think they would have a lot more bubble flavors other than strawberry and mango, though. I frequent a competitor that has at least 4 bubble flavors. Overall, still a good a place for something sweet and light.....depending on how you end up loading up your cup. :) read more

I've only had the frozen yogurt there, which is decent with nice selections of flavors. They charge less per ounce than other similar shops (Yogi Castle, Sweet Frog). They have less selection of fresh toppings, but more of those juice bubble things than other places. My kids love those juice bubble things, but me, not so much. read more

This is my new favorite place for bubble tea. My husband and I love bubble tea and we always have to drive to Rockville to get some. I am happy we found this place and they are clean. Wow, finally refreshing and healthy frozen yogurt shop just opened in Urbana, MD. Been waiting for awhile to have a local hang out. Beautiful and clean decor. Great place to hang out with my friends after school. I get to serve myself frozen low fat yogurt with as many toppings as I wish. All the toppings are fresh everyday, I can can eat all the frozen yogurt I like and nobody cares. Even the passion fruit with bubbles is my favorite tea drink. O so YUMMY. Amazing place for bubble tea!! I go there so often the owner knows exactly what I like and its useally done by the time I get in the door!! Boring flavors, not many choices, the toppings were almost empty, rude employees and it wasn't even during a busy time. The girl at the counter said my son could only have three sample cups when he asked for four and my older son asked for two sample cups and he only got one. So rude and in sanitary because you don't want customers reusing sample cups! Too pricy for such crappy service and selection! read more

It's clean. I am, however, not impressed with the yogurt flavors available there. They are too plain and generic. There is no special or unique flavor availalbe. The bubble is just okay. I would prefer to have the pearl type used in bubble tea in most Asian cafe. read more
