Today I had the new surf and turf roll which has wagyu beef, red crab meat on top of guacamole. Now who would have thought guacamole and sushi would make a good relationship, well let me tell you there are great together. For my ramen I did the beef ramen, which is my go too. This is def one of my go too for ramen!!!!! In the past I have tied their sushi taco which are top tier!!!! Those this location is BYOB i have yet to do so.

The decor was awesome and I loved how it reminded me of Japan. The servers were also all very nice, and our food came quickly. I ordered: - Honey Lemon tea with honey boba (4/5) the tea was good but the boba itself was way too sweet. - Soy Garlic Chicken Wings (4/5) not bad - Shrimp Tempura Ramen (3/5) I loved the noodles but wish that there wasn't so much bamboo and thought the shrimp tempura was more breadcrumb than shrimp A friend also ordered the sushi tacos and mentioned the avocado was more like guacamole than real avocado -- otherwise she liked them. Also, one toilet in the women's bathroom was clogged and wouldn't flush, and the other toilet had pee all over the floor.

It was a Saturday night and it was fairly empty which was great since we got a seat quick! I had to start with a guava ice tea; anything guava I am ordering. I also got the shrimp bao buns that were the perfect combination of crispy and fluffy. The vegetable ramen with a side of shrimp tempura was my order and I ate every single bite. Not only is the food good, the restaurant is also decked out in anime which is cool. Parking is free as there's a lot in front. Would definitely come back and try more menu items!

My friend's Tonkatsu Ramen and my daughter's Miso Ramen had them slurping up goodness, while I devoured a medley of grilled skewered delights. While every stick was great, I super recommend their Bacon-Wrapped Quail Eggs. There was so much goodness that we had to take some leftovers home. The service was fin-tastic and the anime and manga murals set a magical fun vibe. Hook, line, and sinker--Rayaki is a reel catch! ;) NOTES/TIPS: **BYOB **Plenty of parking in a shared plaza lot. **Wheelchair-accessible. Clean restroom. **Easy ordering with a checklist-style menu.

Though despite several signs advertising sushi, was told they weren't serving sushi, which was a light disappointment. The ramen however, caught me off guard and was much more complex. It's a smooth chicken broth with chilli flakes and other seasonings to give it some depth. Additionally, the soft-boiled egg formed with the broths which added chunks of a creamy smoothness to break up the bite from the chilli flakes. Overall, I enjoyed it and would consider it an above average ramen, which is great considering it being nestled in the back of a mall food court. I definitely want to try the Curry Ramen next time as it sounds a bit more unusual. Ultimately, I would come back though I may try their standalone location for my next outing.

If you order it to go, it's packed super conveniently so you can combine the ingredients at home. The tornado potato is a crunchy fried treat presented in a fun format. I also like the pork buns, as the buns are soft and the pork is juicy and sauced nicely. On top of having delicious food, the staff here are so nice and make me feel welcome every time I order! This is definitely the best quick-service option at the Menlo Mall.
