    Manhattan Meatballs (3) $7.50
    Tracy H.

Being from New York, I had to try the traditional pepperoni pizza, and it did not disappoint. It reminded me of the pizza I grew up eating in Queens: simple, classic, and delicious. We started with the meatballs, which were just as good. The restaurant has a casual atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating. Greeted when we approached the counter and food came out quick. They also offer lunch specials and pizza by the slice, which is a great bonus. Great food and definitely a place I'd recommend.

All of the food here was phenomenal. We did not have anything bad. The service was great. Everyone was so nice! It's family owned. We will definitely be back.

Complimentary cookies for their grand opening.

"Time is money, money is power, power is pizza, and pizza is knowledge, let's go!" ― April Ludgate, Parks and Recreation February 1st and Yo Pauly's did their grand opening! 20% off on your whole order. It was busy but the service was still friendly. We ordered a six-piece fried ravioli appetizer and an 18" half-and-half of The Godfather (garlic ham, pepperoni, salami, mozzarella, sauce, pepperoncinis, olive oil, and fresh basil) and Whitestone Bridge ("white slice" with fresh garlic, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, fresh spinach, olive oil, and tomatoes). Such a great New York-style pizza. They're large and foldable and the hand-tossed crust with a crispy exterior and chewy interior was great. They have a balanced, slightly sweet tomato sauce. I actually used the marinara that came with the fried ravioli to dip my crust in. Two thumbs up, Yo Pauly's! Wishing you much success in your Chandler location.

24" half Hawaiian, half lasagna pizza

I love the pizza at the Yo Pauley's Scottsdale location so I was excited to hear they opened up a location in Chandler. It's easy to find in the Albertsons plaza, with very visible signage, ample parking and a nice patio for dining outdoors. We were able to get their gigantic 24" pizza. Apparently they only make a limited number of these a day so I was glad we got one. We had half Hawaiian and half lasagna pizza. We also shared a large antipasto salad. Service at the counter was very friendly and cheerful. The salad looked amazing and I enjoyed the mix of deli meat, cheese, veggies, olives, and herbs. Unfortunately we weren't given enough plates, silverware or any dressing to eat it with but it was resolved once we asked someone at the counter to get us the missing items. The 24" pizza is impressive! Each slice is probably the equivalent of 2-3 average slices of pizza. When it arrived it was so big we needed two metal pizza holders to place it on instead of one. We got it half Hawaiian and half lasagna. I suppose you could call it a hapa pizza! Both varieties were filled with toppings, had a perfect balance of cheese, topping and sauce, and had that lightly crisp thin crust that I always enjoy with NY style pizza. They also serve individual slices which is a very nice option for lunch or if you don't feel like ordering a whole pizza.

I first found Yo Pauly's in Scottsdale when the family was doing a staycation at Great Wolf Lodge. We've been huge fans ever since. So when I drove by the corner of Ray and McClintock and saw a Yo Pauly's sign inside the shopping center I gave out a 'what what what?' and then realized I was alone in the car. Well, the universe heard me and I was overjoyed. Several months later and it's now open and glorious. The same owners, menu and delicious food! I went during lunch hours for the first time and they do counter-service slices. The workers were ambitious to tell me all the pizzas. There were 8 different specialties and they all looks like winners. I don't remember the names of the slices I chose (all named after NY landmarks) but one was traditional slice w/ pepperoni and sliced sausage and the other was a white pizza with ever-so creamy ricotta and white sauce. You get 2 slices and drink for $9. They have other lunch deals too but I didn't see the calzones on the lunch menu...they are amazing at the Scottsdale location so I'm sure they are equally insane here. The interior is a little smaller than the other location, but it's well lit and they have modest decor on the walls. There's also a small shaded patio to the North side of the building. They have their usual NY memorabilia and several TVs to watch the games. I usually wait a week or so to write my Yelp reviews but the world needs to know Yo Pauly's Chandler location is open and anyone who loves pizza and pasta need to rush over and support it!

Yo Pauly's! I pepper-only have eyes for you. Came today for their grand opening. 20% off your whole order? Yeah boooi! We ordered a six-piece fried ravioli appetizer and a 18" half-and-half of The Godfather (garlic ham, pepperoni, salami, mozzerella, sauce, pepperoncinis, olive oil, and fresh basil) and Whitestone Bridge (the "white slice" with fresh garlic, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, fresh spinach, olive oil, and tomatoes). The fried ravioli was a classic. Nothing extraordinary and I probably won't be getting it again. Then again, I normally don't order them but Joyce was in a pizza roll mode. The pizza though? Both The Godfather and Whitestone Bridge were amazing. They pass the fold test and held up in structural integrity. Great flavors, balanced marinara sauce, and no complaints whatsoever. This is the pizza you want to order when watching the Super Bowl next weekend when you're watching Seahawks vs. Patriots.

Yo Pauly's opened up in an old go-to pizza place we used to frequent regularly. We've heard that they have a Scottsdale location and are now coming to Chandler. The inside of the store and outside patio didn't really undergo much transformation, although it is cleaner and the patio seems to be organized in a way better, logical and more organized way. We were told dogs are welcome so that's a nice adjustment. We went in with no expectations but to order pizza and salad. We decided to go with two appetizers, the fried ravioli (5 piece) and the mozzarella sticks (6 piece). We felt both were a tad over fried, not greasy but just a tad overdone. They were served with their marinara sauce, which was ok...not a lot of flavor in our opinion. For pizza we decided to go with the 10" New Yorker and asked for an addition of chicken. Their pizza is served on a very thin crust and is foldable, like they do in NY! Overall, it was "ok". The toppings were a tad skimpy but the pizza was well cooked and that thin, crispy crust was good. Service was friendly and overall it took about 25 minutes for the order, which I asked for to go. Thanks for the experience Yo Pauly's!

Ordered for takeout, and pizza was ready in 20 minutes; friendly service. The restaurant looked clean and modern. I' ve tried a few NY pizza places in Arizona, and this was very good overall. Thin, crispy edge, just enough chew. I had pepperoni, sausage, and meatball; all very tasty. The sauce had a nice flavor but the pizza was a little dry for my taste overall. Next time I will order extra sauce. Might become my favorite for NY style.

I'm so happy there's a slice shop so close to the Ahwatukee area. We haven't had one since Vincent's and we badly needed it. Great lunch special. It's $9 for two slices and a soda. The Sicilian is underrated here. I'm a big fan of sals Gilbert pizza and the Sicilian here is pretty close to that. The chicken parm sandwich is better than the meal here in my opinion. I think because it doesn't have a ton of crunch to it, but that might improve over time so I'll try it again soon. Looking forward to trying a calzone and Stromboli next!

    Nice crisp

Great price on a couple smaller slices with soda. Glad to see someone in this space. I was a regular at the previous place until new owners took over and didn't keep up the quality. I'll give this place another try or two while my first visit was good it's not a hurry back place Service was great and after ordering they bring your tray meal to your table. Pretty good crust and sauce.

Came for their grand opening! 20% off the whole order. We wanted a whole pizza but was told at 6:30 it would be an hour and a half wait but they close at 8. We also wanted wings but were told they sold out- big bummer since we love their wings. But the pizza was SO Great! get the lasagna pizza!! Staff was also super sweet, will be back!

This may be the best Pizza in Chandler! The Calzones are top shelf and the cheesecake is killer! I'm about to call in another order right now...

ChatGPT recommended Yo Pauly's - did not disappoint!!

After 9 years in AZ, we finally found our pizza home. So cheesy, so good, with a perfectly foldable crust. We were watching Pizza Movie and the pizza looked amazing, so we asked ChatGPT where it was from. This was the first recommendation here in Chandler, so here we are. New, fresh, and super clean inside. While we were waiting, they even brought us garlic knots on the house, which was so, so sweet of them. Definitely don't recommend the movie, but it led us to some seriously good pizza 10 stars out of 5!!

We were very disappointed in our experience. My husband was excited about having the Osso Bucco and I was planning to have Branzino, but we were quickly informed that they were out of both! So then the server talked us into the Dover Sole, which we then ordered. A few minutes later, the manager came to inform us they were out of the Dover Sole so we would need to pick another entree . We also ordered bottle of wine and then informed they were out of that kind of wine. So I ordered the Chilean Seabass and my husband ordered risotto. My husband did enjoy his risotto. The Seabass was very disappointing. It was tough. I had to cut it with a knife. It was very bland! Then we decided to order dessert and we were immediately told they were out of the cannolis ,my husband's favorite. We did order the crêpes which were delicious and prepared at the table. My wife had the Sacchetti Porcini with truffle and it was light and perfectly balanced flavor. The pillows melted in your mouth. Will definitely have again. What We Ordered: - Cucumber Elderflower Spritz: I've been on a spritz kick since having one at the beginning of the year at Disney World. The perfect refreshing drink for a humid day after rain in July (2" in Apache Junction). Loved the cucumber and elderflower combination, and would definitely order again! - Shrimp Medina: The server recommended, and our favorite of the meal. The scampi butter with the heat of the red chili flakes was perfect. I'd honestly look to see if there is a pasta dish like this next time as that sounds like perfection. - La La Vodka: My friend ordered this, and said it was pretty good. She remarked how large it was and wish for a lunch portion that you could order half, but thankfully, we were heading back to her house after to be able to drop off leftovers. - Pasta Picante: This was recommended, but I wasn't all that fond of it. It was not really spicy, and I didn't like the sausage in the dish. It could have just been my preferences, but my friend ended up taking as leftovers her kids would enjoy. Overall, this place had both comfortable seating and comfort food. Italian is one of my favorite things to dine, and get that dopamine fix from pasta. I'll definitely return and explore another entree more suited to my preferences.

The heirloom tomato appetizer was tasted reall fresh and the sauce was good. I built my own pasta with uncle Arthur's sausage, mushroom truffle and the wide noodles. It was really good and a good serving size. I saw another table order the 5 foot long stada board and it looked really good, I'll have to try that next time. I skipped desserts but will have to try that next time as well. The decor was nice, service was prompt. Our server was attentive and always refilled waters when they were low. Sometimes parking out front can be a little hard but there's more parking in the back.

They had the fans and misters on so it was very comfortable. I chose my own dish and did Tony's steak meatballs with truffle mushroom sauce and strozzapreti pasta. The meatballs were 10/10, so yummy! It all was so good. The service was great and prompt despite our large group. They were even able to split the checks up for us. I went to the other side of the restaurant where they have gelato and other desserts. I got a couple of cannolis and they were delicious! I didn't try the gelato but they looked really good, I'll definitely try it next time!

Amy was attentive and absolutely amazing she truly made our experience even better! We ordered a little bit of everything: shrimp scampi, hot honey pizza, Monte Bianco pizza, margherita pizza, fettuccine Alfredo, the Godfather, and caprese. Everything was incredibly delicious. We even tried the desserts, and they were just as good! You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. We'll definitely be back!

I had a glass of the cabernet on HH ($10.50 for a 9 oz. pour) and thought it was very nice. We also had garlic knots, which were just ok for me. I like them softer and more buttery. I expected more tomatoes and stuff in the Diavolo Shrimp but the shrimp and broth went nicely with the crusty bread. I also got Margherita pizza, which wasn't my favorite but this is very much personal preference and I am very picky about pizza. Too much cheese and not the right cheese. But a nice amount of basil! My friends had the chicken parm and the short rib pasta and enjoyed them. They had a chocolate mousse as a dessert special which was tempting but alas I had over ordered already. Our server was attentive and friendly. All in all a nice neighborhood option with a varied menu for different preferences.

First, accommodating a party that large can't be easy, but the staff handled everything smoothly and provided great service throughout the meal. What stood out most to me was the food. I ordered the vegetarian pizza (with tomato sauce vs cheese to make it more vegan friendly). It was topped with artichokes, hearts of palm, and olives, and it was absolutely delicious!!! The flavors were well-balanced, and everything was seasoned perfectly. Between the excellent service and the outstanding food, this was a fantastic first experience. I'll definitely be returning!

We had bacon dates to start. These were tasty but not quite like we imagined. They were sweet and salty which was great. The blue cheese stuffing didn't quite jump out like we expected. For wine, my wife likes sweet wine. She tried the Riesling first, then the Moscato. Moscato was hands down her winner, it was sweeter. For me, I tried the Murphy Goode red blend and I enjoyed it a lot. Good balance, complexity, and smoothness. For the main course my wife had the Pasta Bolognese. It came with rigatoni noodles. The sauce was nice and thick and coated the noodles really well. It had a big robust flavor but wasn't overpowering. I had the Chicken Saltimbocca. The sauce was a bit on the sweet side for my preference due to what tasted like a bit of balsamic, but I still enjoyed it. The chicken was well cooked and tender. We tried a cannoli for dessert. The thing was huge! Shell was thick and crunchy. Filling was moderately sweet with a subtle brightness to it (like a touch of lemon). Ends were dipped in chopped pistachio.
