I received a recommendation and contacted Genesis Detailing to have the coating applied. A day later, I was contacted by the owner Nick. He advised me that there were severe hard water spots on the entire passenger side and hood of the vehicle. Nick recommended I take it back to the dealer to have the issue resolved. I returned the car to the dealer who kept it for a week. When I got the car back, the water spotting was removed and I took it back to Genesis Detailing to have the coating applied. Had they not been so detailed in the process and recognized the issue, the spotting could've been a problem after the process was completed. The team at Genesis Detailing were professional, always kept me informed in the process, and my wife and I couldn't be more happier with the results. I was told the job would take 3-5 days, but it ended up taking THREE WEEKS with very little communication throughout the process. I had to message him a couple days before my wrap was supposed to be finished, to learn that he hadn't even gotten my vinyl delivered yet! he just had my car sitting outside his shop not touched for about 2 1/2 weeks... I called to ask about picking my car up because It was taking a lot longer than planned and I wasn't expecting the added expense of a longer car rental but he would not let me get my deposit back so I had to just wait for him.. When I finally got my car back, it was obvious that the work had been rushed despite the insane delay. The wrap had torn sections, parts that were overlapped, missing pieces that needed to be put back on my doors/trunk and areas where there was dirt under the wrap. After waiting so long and paying almost 3k I expected far better quality/care for my car. He also somehow broke my driver's side mirror (it doesn't adjust anymore) This entire experience was extremely disappointing, if I could do it over again I would not because it was not worth the stress or headache. I would recommend that this guy gets a booking system to keep his clients in order and to keep him from over booking and wasting people's time.

There was a quote that came back for a flat rate for a full detail of $189 & I booked right away. Evan was able to come out the next morning. He listened to all my concerns & walked around my vehicle with me to reassure me of any stains I see-would be the last time because he was going to get them out. A lot of embedded fur, dirt, sunscreen stains, dust, build up on the glass, etc. Jacob spent quite a lot of time to get all of it out and treating it (black seats of Tesla). The exterior had a lot of build up too since I was only taking car to touchless washes. I wanted to re-ceramic coat my car so I would going to be more willing to take care of it. Jacob explained the process to prep to for coating. He uses Gtechniq CSL (which is one of the better products when I did my research). He coated the car and wheels too. The car looked as new as it can be for a 8 year old Tesla. I'm happy with the results and service. I do appreciate the mobile service that Jacob provides. He can run his tools off a generator, though I didn't mind him using my electricity. He is responsive and answered my questions. He even told how to maintain my car and offered to demonstrate how to do so. His work is definitely worth the price!
