It added a unique local touch to the experience. I ordered the Ensalada Del Sol, which was generously sized and made with fresh ingredients. The chili-rubbed chicken was tender, and the food arrived quickly. My only concern was the consistency of the chicken. It was much saltier than expected and overpowered some of the other flavors in the salad. There also wasn't quite enough cilantro dressing for the flavor to come through. This was actually the second time I've experienced overly salty chicken here on the same salad, My bartender/server was friendly, attentive, and offered helpful drink recommendations.
