Blending Heath bars is so underrated. Chocolate cookies & cream with Reese's peanut butter cups was fantastic. Going Oreo is like getting a second blend in for free - don't tell anyone. There are two other very good ice cream spots in Princeton and a third new one that looks interesting but if you are getting just one don't miss out on Thomas Sweet.
