I tried to attend classes at different times throughout the day to get the feel of the crowd, different instructors, and variety of class flows. All classes go at a fairly quick pace so you will need to know your yoga poses or peek over at your neighbors. Don't worry, there are plenty of people in class. It ranged anywhere from 10 to 30 yogis. The Sculpt and Detox Flows are the best classes as they incorporate dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, and resistant bands. Fun stuff! The instructors are helpful, upbeat, and motivating. A cold, wet lavender towel is offered at the end of class and it is truly blissful after an hour of 100+ degree of hot, sweaty yoga. It is pricey at $150 per month or $25 per class but it really is worth it if you go a few times a week. It was so addicting that I went 12 times in 14 days. Just after two weeks, I felt leaner, stronger, and more carefree.

But one voice remains clear in my mind to this day, and that's Becky Klett's. Even now, having not seen her in years I still hear her reminding me to align my feet, rotate my hips and isometrically pull my legs together. Her unwavering focus on alignment and proper approach to difficult poses continues to help me in classes where other teachers fail to mention the dangers. This knowledge has kept me from ever physically hurting my body in a yoga class, and it's invaluable. I also like the light and unobtrusive spiritual touch that Becky brings to classes. Regardless of spiritual background, everyone would like to leave a yoga class feeling more centered, more calm, more focused. I always got that in her classes, and I always appreciated the effort she put into making a personal dedication to each class. While never needing them myself, I also saw her give appropriate adjustments for students with injuries or other physical issues. Yoga teachers abound these days; truly gifted ones are a rare gem.
