It was pretty hectic because we went on National Frozen Yogurt Day (50% off) but the flavors and toppings were awesome! (So many sauces I've never seen at another froyo shop). This is a small frozen yogurt shop. I think it is a locally owned shop, but I don't know for sure. It is never crowded and I'm usually in and out within 5 minutes. The yogurt options are decent. They have a selection similar to Yogurtland, but the flavors aren't as unique or trendy. I really like this place because it makes late-night froyo stops quick and easy and that's how they should always be. read more

Yogurt factory is my favorite yogurt place in town- they are good about switching up the flavors, but also bringing back old flavors. I usually get the same thing almost every time, but from time to time I venture into a different flavor. I've never once been disappointed. The thing I like about yogurt factory the most is their great customer service. Every single time I'm there, the staff has been very kind and friendly. I swear they all have ownership in this place because there is a lot of pride in their job. I highly recommend this place! read more

Hit the spot! During my trip, they actually had vanilla. Some places get too creative and forget that there are a few people who still like to mix fruit or crumbled candy bar chunks with something simple. That was a plus. I also tried the peanut butter yogurt and double squeezed that bad boy in with the vanilla. MmMmm. I can stray away from vanilla every now and then ;) The girl that was working that night was sweet, cute and helpful. Helpful meaning she gave me a bunch of sample cups! haha. I only needed two, but it's nice to be welcomed to try as much as you need or like. Advice: Ask for an extra topping cup, you can fill it up and continue to top off your frozen treat when you get to the middle. read more

So many froyos, so little time... seems like everybody and their mothers are opening up a yogurt shop. They all look the same and taste the same, in my humble opinion. I think the only real difference is the price they charge, take Yogurt Factory for example, been there once and I really do like it. The place is clean, it's hip, they've got good service and a nice variety of flavors and toppings to choose from, but the real slim shady please stand up... the price is outstanding! For 2 people who eat an average amount of yogurt & toppings, a measly $3.25 per cup! Pretty affordable when you think about PInkberry charging $4-$5 for a small little cup that the workers make sure that there is a big hole in the middle of your yogurt swirl. Decided to stop here on my way home from dinner, as my cousins recommended it previously. I am seriously shocked by the high ratings for this place on Yelp! They had a small selection of yogurts, maybe 12, and just the usual flavors. I tried the Cake Batter & Chocolate, but neither tasted that great. There was also only a small selection of toppings. Maybe I am spoiled by the delicious yogurt shops in San Diego, who knows? I for sure will be trying a different place for fro-yo next time I am in the mood for something cold & sweet! read more

There are a million different yogurt chains it seems, these days, with the same concept: Grab a cup, fill it with as many different flavored of yogurt as your sweet-seeking heart desires, then top it with crap. All kinds of crap. Reese's crap, fresh fruit crap, chocolate chip crap, Fruity Pebble crap, marshmallow crap, etc. etc. I've been to several of the chains in the Midwest and East coast (Sweet Frog, Orange Leaf, etc.) so my review comes based on my overall experiences both there and here. In comparison, I was sorely disappointed with the variety of yogurt flavors. I didn't count how many there were, but between 5-10 was my best guess. Of those, two were the same flavor (cake batter) and one was sugar-free, the other was fat-free. There was no sherbet or anything to change it up. The yogurt i did have wasn't anything to write home about but wasn't awful. So...meh on the yogurt flavors? The sprinkle, candy, etc. toppings were disturbingly neat. So neat, I grabbed my 7 year-old's cup completely cramping her "I'll do it myself" freedom making her sound off the beginning of a siren wail before I silenced her with Mommy Death Glare. I didn't want to be "that mom" who let her heathens wreck the topping bar. I couldn't find the syrups...and then I finally saw them. Right in front of the smiling cashier. And all but the hot fudge were in these petite little squeeze bottles that made you feel like an ass if you wanted a Reese's topped cake batter yogurt sundae drowning in peanut butter. I like to pretend my spoon is a life preserver, saving the little Reese's pieces from a horrible drowning...Regretfully, this was tough to do in the small glob of peanut butter sauce I squeezed out quickly. Next to the syrup is fresh fruit...After I'd already heartily indulged in crap toppings. Topping a fat-feeding sundae with blueberries after smothering it in chocolate chips and Reese's makes as much sense as running on a treadmill and smoking a cigarette. With guilt, I passed. The outside seating area was nice and clean. The staff does a great job of keeping the place clean both inside and outside. I highly recommend it for those with OCD. The only downfall is that the yogurt selection just wasn't that great so it made the experience just so-so for me. There wasn't much that made it stand out from the garden variety yogurt shop, but I don't have much negative to say either. We would definitely return...with hopes that the yogurt selection is better next time. read more

Best frozen yogurt in town! Have tried them all, in Temecula and Murrieta and Wildomar, and this is, by far, the best. Great flavors, great toppings, and a very friendly and helpful staff. Best part is, that they take anyone's coupons, and have a punch card and spot on, so it seems like every time we go, it is 2 for 1. .39 cents an ounce, self serve froyo! I've been here a few times and each time they had different flavors. My winner last night? Something with the word Hawaiian in it LOL I just know it tasted like Shasta Fruit Punch and it was super delicious! The other flavors I had were good as well, but that flavor definitely stood out from the rest. They have a lot of toppings to choose from but my friend LOVES their cheesecake. What I like about their cheesecake is the fact that they actually keep it in a fridge in the back. Yes, you have to ask for it, but it stays fresh and firm. I usually see cheesecake bits out with the other toppings and they usually end up being soft and mushy. Anyway, the staff is really friendly and welcoming. It's in a great convenient spot. If there are two things women love, they are 1) yogurts, and 2) being skinny. Haven't you seen every commercial with a woman in it, ever? All of the advertisements on television feature a woman enjoying at least one of these things. That's why I go here every time I visit Temecula. The Yogurt Factory always has a Carbolite flavor, which has far less sugar than even the conventional no-sugar-added flavor. It may even have no sugar. I'm not sure; I'm too busy enjoying my yogurt-fueled figure! The ladies who own this place are amazing. They always remember me and are super sweet. In fact, all the employees seem happy and friendly. It's astounding because I grew up in Temecula and I don't remember ever being happy OR friendly while I lived there, but the town has changed so much since I was a kid. Our family favorite treat and Froyo spot! Everytime we tell our kids we will take them out for doing a good job on something, they ask if they can go to the Yogurt Factory. This place always has good flavors and constantly tries out new ones. I could go on and on about which are my favorite, but when you go just ask for some sample cups and you can sample every flavor on your own and choose which you like best. They also have a lot of great toppings, some that go great with certain froyo flavors so check them out before you choose your froyo. The mango balls (at least that's what we call them) are the best of the toppings and go great with everything. My tip: Layer your froyo. My last serving went like this from bottom of cup to top- Black cherry froyo with mango balls and chushed almonds, cake batter froyo with crushed butterfinger (made a little DQ blizzard type thing), raspberry foryo with almonds and kiwi. read more

My family and I visited The Yogurt Factory for the 1st time recently. It is kind of tucked away in a shopping center, but the place itself was nice and very clean. They had a good variety of frozen yogurt flavors and all of the flavors I sampled were very good! They also have a good variety of toppings to choose from. I love this yogurt place. I took my mother there and she loves it too. There was a large selection of flavours, but I've seen better. The thing that really won me over was how nice the girl working there was. She was so helpful and talkative. I love that she offered her opinion on the yogurt there. And she wasn't pretentious and condescending about it. Which is what I encounter with a lot of frozen yogurt-culture people.
