But as we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly young man at the counter. There were mostly teenagers in there mixed with a few adults. But it was clean, the froyo selection was perfect for me with t least 10 flavors to choice from if not more. The toppings bar was a So clean, freshly stocked, with a variety of choices. My hubby and I chose a medium cup and a mix of flavors with mix-ins. It was tasty, and fixed my sweet craving. To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding the ongoing lack of oversight and unacceptable conditions at the Yogurt Lounge location in 4S Ranch. After multiple visits, it has become clear that the issues at this store are not isolated incidents but a persistent pattern of negligence. The self‑serve sample station is consistently misused, with children taking excessive sample cups, returning repeatedly, and in some cases taking a plastic spoon and putting it in their bag so when the workers take the spoons away, they still have their spoons! This behavior occurs openly and regularly, yet staff members make no effort to intervene or enforce even the most basic standards of hygiene or order. The fact that this happens day after day without any employee stepping in is extremely concerning. What is even more troubling is the staff's complete lack of engagement. Employees remain behind the counter, distracted and disengaged, even when misuse of the sample station is happening directly in front of them. This level of inattentiveness is unacceptable for any food‑service establishment. It results in unnecessary product waste, creates an unprofessional environment, and raises legitimate health and safety concerns. At this point, the situation reflects a failure in both employee training and store management. Customers should not have to witness or report these issues for them to be addressed. It is the responsibility of the staff and leadership to maintain a clean, orderly, and sanitary environment, and that is clearly not happening. I expect that this matter will be taken seriously and that immediate corrective action will be implemented. Increased staff presence on the floor, enforcement of hygiene standards, and clear policies regarding sample usage are not optional; they are necessary for maintaining a safe and respectable business. This is really unacceptable, le and I don't like how the children come to the yogurt Lounge and just take ice cream without paying! I know him because my son is friends with him. I told my son to tell his friend to stop coming, and his friend said, "Sure," but then, 10 minutes later, he was at the yogurt lounge, spending 20 minutes eating ice cream! During times of late night sweet cravings, this is my "go-to" spot. There aren't many places open this late that have this grand selection of yogurt and toppings. They have all the usual yogurt flavors from chocolates to fruits. The toppings are plentiful and the variety is more than enough to fill your cup. The tall young man behind the counter (Reed) is one of the most professional and courteous teenagers I've met; and we're badly in need of those. He keeps the tables and floors clean and is quick to assist any customer that needs it. The Yogurt Lounge has many things going for it: selection, late night availability, cleanliness, and service. I got the original tart with Dole pineapple with almonds and was happy with the flavors. The yogurt taste and consistency was better than most and didn't taste so artificial. Not worth a second trip back. We went around 11:50 AM (50 minutes after opening) and the frozen yogurt machines still weren't ready. We ended up getting the Green Tea Shaved Ice and Açaí bowl. Both had no visual appeal and left something to be desired. The Green Tea Shaved Ice had minimum flavor and was drenched in condensed milk. The Açaí bowl was a pre-scooped frozen açaí in a plastic container, topped with non-fresh strawberries, bananas and blueberries. Blueberries were soft and wilted, bananas were browned, and strawberries were cut from at least the day before. We didn't end up finishing our dessert. read more

We've been here a few times now and have been happy with the consistency and taste of their frozen yogurt. They have a nice selection of yogurt types (tart, low fat, sorbet) and toppings (nuts, fruits and candies). Decided to get some froyo today around 2 pm. I was looking for sample cups to try some flavors but remembered that the last couple times I've been here, the cashiers just tell me I can use a spoon to taste-test. So I grab a spoon and try two flavors, and the manager comes out--who, by the way, did not greet us-- and rudely says to me, "you can't use a spoon, you have to fill up a cup." I was confused, because I've been here many times and they have said to sample with spoons, so I ask politely, "Oh okay, do you have sample cups? Can I have a sample?". He immediately goes "No, we don't have samples, you have to fill a cup and buy it." ... so, how am I supposed to know what flavor I wanted?? There's always new flavors each time, too, so it's not like I tried every single flavor already. The fact that this manager was rude and unfriendly made me really angry. I went to the donut place right next to this shop instead and bought a doughnut that was much better than anything I've ever had here. Smart move with the coupons, Yogurt Heaven. I dropped in with a coupon I've been hanging onto for a while now: Free yogurt up to $3.00. The gentleman inside was nice and answered our questions about their flavors, business and how long they'd been open. He gave us sample cups to try the flavors. We settled for peppermint mocha, cookies and cream and cake batter. Toppings we used were Fruity Pebbles, peanut butter cups, brownie bites, cheesecake bites and a drizzle of peanut butter. The yogurt was creamy and flavorful and the toppings were fresh; those brownies tasted homemade! They also have premium ice cream and fresh baked cookies you can have made into a sammich. Their yogurt sells for $0.47/ounce which is cheaper than some yogurt places and worth it. read more

This place looks like it used to be related to Yogurt Heaven so we thought we'd try it...but this is like it's ugly step sister. The logo is the same, but it reads Yogurt Lounge. Weren't greeted when we came in...and not while we did yogurt...and then not even when we were finished making our yogurts. Didn't think anyone was there! Stood for about 2-3 minutes waiting until a man came out and rang us up. The yogurt was good with good flavors, but the topping area was dirty, the tables and couches had yogurt on them, and looked like nothing had been cleaned in a while or repaired ever. My first time at Yogurt Heaven. I tried two different flavors, coconut and pistachio. Both had a "additive" taste. I chose a mixture of strawberry and vanilla. The taste was good - not great! I think I would drive to another yogurt shop where the yogurt is pulled by the staff, rather then do it yourself. Saw a child with his hands on the spout :-( Also - had to wait to pay. I was very disappointed after walking into Yogurt Lounge this afternoon... the self serve areas under the handles were covered in drippings, napkins on the floor, the yogurt add on topping area was covered with topping debris... it was an unappetizing mess! I will also add there was one young lady behind the counter that did acknowledge me as i came in... what she had to do is a good question as there were no other customers in the store. Love this new frozen yogurt store! The closest to Del Sur and 4S Ranch. They have a variety of flavors, I think 12 at a time, so there is always something the kids and I like. I was really happy when I found out that they changed the place from Sweet Things (previous yogurt place) to Yogurt Heaven! I've always been a fan of Yogurt Heaven because they offered a lot more flavors than Sweet Things did. Just like last night when I stopped by they added Pineapple Dole Whip. Which was really good! Tastes just like the one at Lapperts ice cream shop, and I also heard from a customer yesterday that it tasted just like the one at Disneyland. Not sure how long this flavor will stay because it seems like they change up the flavors every week or so. But I really hope they decide to keep it. I added lots of toppings to mine as well, one being the boba popping burst balls that are mango and strawberry which are my favorite because the popping and the liquid inside are fun to eat. The 2 flavors I got were Pineapple Dole Whip and Banana Flambé. And although they sound like a unusual pairing it was actually good because the tartness of the Pineapple Dole Whip went well together with the sweetness of the Banana flambé. I also liked how they offered other things on the menu as well, which I have yet to try but one of them being an ice cream sandwich. read more
