This location has become increasingly worse over the last couple of years. The employee turnover is high and their ability to pay attention and complete your order correctly is poor. Ordered three large yogurts on 2/6/19 and they were supposed to have "layered toppings". When I got to the window I could see that the new employee was putting a lid on one of the yogurt and there was no topping on top. Through the window, I asked him if the toppings were layered and his response was more of a grunt....then he placed the yogurt under the counter. So, I figured he caught his mistake and was correcting it. Nope! After filling a new cup, he brought the yogurt back and placed it into the bag. The girl that took the order asked me... "Did you want the yogurt layered or the way it normally comes?". I responded "layered please". Of course, the new employee put an unwanted topping all in the bottom, then covered it up with Yogurt and basically said, oh....what the hell. They are also very inconsistent on how full the cup is. Sometimes the cup is full.....sometimes it isn't at all. I wouldn't make such a big deal of it but the cost can be about $8 per yogurt. When two of the three yogurt are wrong, I feel like I got ripped off! They need some competition to wake up the owner(s)!! read more

This is the best yogurt place in town! My family and I always come here and get plentiful of help and smiles along the way! They have a variety of flavors all in an organized menu, which is perfect for me to figure out what I'd like to sample. My mother and father are from the Latin roots so they're not very well with English, but we are so kindly helped by the worker named Isaac. He helps my mom understand the board and asks her if she wants any samples, it makes it much easier for them! The only reason I give this place 4 stars is because of the long wait. We all must know that the summer time is always crazy for this place! Always has been, but there has been times where I waited 40 minutes on the inside line. It was worth it for the beautiful yogurts they made for us, and the genuine smiles we get from the workers! High Update: I still love this place! The people are always so helpful when I come throughout my days! They all say hi to me when they see me and it makes me feel great that they know my face! I love yogurt mills awake shakes! Every Monday and Wednesday I come through the drive through and get a small classic mocha awake shake with ice cubes blended in-try it, it makes the shake colder somehow and it's still amazing-with no whip. The worker that helps me has been the same girl for the past few weeks and I just recently learned her name-they have name tags, I'm just old-Rebecca and I now have a routine worked out! I pull up and tell her that it's me and she immediately goes to make my shake while I pull forward and get my money! It goes much faster that way. She is such a sweet girl and is always very polite! Every time I come, I leave her a tip! Today I felt as if that wasn't enough because money doesn't have as much power as words, so I decided to leave a review. Despite employing teens and young adults, the customer service is never a problem. The portions are always great, and the taste is perfect! I appreciate how they shuffle their flavors every few days - and seasonally - so there's always something new to try. Tip: every Wednesday they swirl root beer float flavor; yum! My only "complaint" would be the speed of service. As others have stated, whether you go inside or go through the drive-thru (which, contrary to popular belief, does NOT speed up your service time) it seems to always take much longer than it should. If you don't want to wait, go around late morning/early afternoon. Nobody is there. So 1 star off for speed, but Yogurt Mill always had, and will continue to have, my business. read more

This location is by far the best location for yogurt mill! It's always super clean and the customer service is amazing! I come here whenever I'm in the mood for a sweet treat, normally I got through the drive thru. I came last night and the line was fairly long but the service that Rebecca gave me was so worth it! She actually conversed with me instead of simply taking my card and giving me my yogurt, which I find so much more professional than someone ignoring me at the window. So thank you to the managers and owners who taught their workers how to treat customers correctly! I will definitely be coming here much more often! read more

I come here a lot and each time the service just gets better and better and of course they're yogurt is DELICIOUS! I have to say 2 of my favorites would have to be Marissa and Sierra, they always have big smiles on their faces and are always very helpful! Their leads and managers are PHENOMENAL and definitely show they know what their doing. They run a great team and everyone is just so welcoming when you walk in! The flavor's are different every day but there is always a great flavor for everyone! My favorite is the chocolate gorrila , my girls is the pomagritaville. she gets the child size which is perfect for her and i always get the small which is still quite alot of fro-yo they have a double drive thru which makes it convenient but it can get very busy, they are fully staffed though like 6 workers just for two windows. great place read more

best yogurt in town! i love how this place hires high schoolers, they give off this wonderful energy. sierra and isaac work really well together, as they made my yogurts full and beautiful. isaac recommended the irish mint flavor and sierra helped me pick the best toppings (thin mint cookies and oreos layered), and i wish they put it out more often, but no complaints other than that! definitely coming back to this place! read more

I came through the drive thru last week an was told that your cards and rewards weren't working and the person was being very unclear about it, so I asked to speak with someone else, and a girl named Becca (who I've spoken to and been served by previously) spoke to me and she explained to me what was going on and exactly what was happening. The convenience of a drive thru yogurt spot is UNMATCHED!! I've been going here for years but left today extra satisfied. I went thru earlier then I usually do and noticed there were only two young workers each working their own drive thru- very impressive. Nov 13 we received first class, five star service from Jacob. It was extremely busy. He helped each person a if they were the only one, including the drive thru. He remained friendly, positive, displayed no stress, even carried on a pleasant conversation while he worked. This young man is a very valuable employee. He truly knows customer service. read more

I love the variety they offer here. My wife and I have been going for years and are glad they are in our neighborhood. The teens that work here are very friendly and the prices very reasonable.
