Glad I don't have an allergy because there was little separation of one container to another. There appeared to be only one employee. She was behind the counter. When customers to be rung up, she was attentive and friendly. Another staff person would have been helpful as tables and chairs were sticky/dirty. I have been here in the past, though not for a couple of months. When I have been there before, a yogurt dispensers were full and operating, toppings were more varied and fresh (Heath bar bits are no longer carried, which is a disappointment). The place was busy, so maybe that is one reason why the tables and chairs were unkept. My friend and I got our yogurt, paid the tab, and didn't stick around long.

What I don't like is the small quantity of Zoyo put into the cup--it barely reaches half of the container (10 oz). I'm used to buying from Yogurtini where you either get the standard size (16 oz) or the large size (20 oz) container for an extra charge. It seems to be a better deal to buy the pre-packaged version that's filled to the top. I'd rather pay extra for a decent quantity than to be disappointed when seeing such a little bit.

However I always still have to wait at least 5-10 min at their pick up window until a worker acknowledges me when I'm picking up my online orders. So now I always add 10-15 min to their estimated time that they gave me so I know for sure they finished my order. Never had issues with my orders, it's always delicious everytime. So many flavors to choose from it's hard to pick sometimes. I love their cheesecake flavors, butter pecan, and cherry vanilla. Depending on my mood I order scoops of ice cream or milkshakes if I'm on the go. If you don't like ordering ahead online they have a walk up pick up window and drive thru and benches to sit outside with umbrellas. It's a great family friendly spot.

The new owners were rude, lazy, and they raised the cost. Then new owner took over, they've raised the price three times now. The water quality has gotten worse (it tastes plastic like), they got rid of the loyalty program, when I need help they're rude. The last straw was when they charged me $5.65 for 10 gallons of water AND charged me for using a debit card. Only after I told them I was never returning, the owner followed me to my truck and admitted to over charging me, saying he would only charge me $3.50. At that point it was too late, they have lost my business. I'll drive to California before I ever buy water from them again.
