Best frozen yogurt In Chandler and I know that cause I've looked! I harshly judge yogurt shops on the taste of their mango/peach yogurts and this place has perfected the taste. I won't take away a star for this once concern/request. Peach and/or mango yogurt should always be available it's so delicious it's just mean not to have it. Went for the first time today and WOW what a treat. The place is CLEAN and welcoming! The fro yo is out of this world -- SO GOOD! The pop sorbet and the plain tart where my favs but the pomegranate was reallllly good to. I cannot stress enough how friendly and professional the staff were. I'm impressed! Since it was my first visit, it took me a while to decide on the favors & toppings, luckily the staff are very friendly. One of the employees, Kyle offered some help & he was super nice! Closing way earlier than closed time. We came all the way down even they were inside they closed 20 min earlier and did not open it

Delicious, but what gets me is the parents that allow their children to touch all of the ingredients. Staff, be more aware of this and don't be hesitant to chide parents. It's not sanitary. The design of the place is also poor in that people go back and forth for different flavors but there's a glass wall that prevents easy flow. read more

I like Yogurtland, however, the lines can get long and my yogurt melts by the time I get to the cash register. It's also difficult to fill your cup with yogurt because it is pure chaos in there! Customers are running around everywhere and can't make up their mind. I also hate how I don't know how much yogurt I am getting...it ends up costing more than I bargained for and more calories. Their topping are cut into huge pieces (probably to weigh more) and the topping bar is usually messy. Again, I will stick with other yogurt places. read more

i quite like this location better than the tempe one. there seems to be a lot more space and obviously a lot less asu students. its a bit more calm. same variety of flavors and toppings. i heard there is supposed to be a green tea flavor but i have yet to see it at either location...hopefully its not just a rumor. i'll be back. =) read more

Love love love Yogurtland! First off, it's nice being able to try all the flavors without getting those judgmental looks from employees! Pretty much unlimited samples. Next the toppings always look fresh, neat, and clean. The employees are so nice and have great attitudes. I'm an almond lover so there's been a couple times where I finish what's left in the shaker and they're so kind and quick about refilling it for me and the next guests. Plus their strawberry water is refreshing and yummy! Great place! read more

I have always enjoyed the frozen yogurt from Yogurtland, however this particular store, which I frequent fairly often, hardly ever has more than 1 tart flavor and/or the tart machine is usually broken. My last several visits have been disappointing. I have also noticed the quality of the chopped fruit has gone down. There used to be more variety and is was fresher. This is still the best tasking frozen yogurt, I would just call ahead of time and ask if any machines are broken. read more

When I first walked in, it took me a couple minutes to learn the format of how you should serve yourself. Immediately you face the biggest challenge of which flavor of yogurt to chose. There is flavor for everyone, from the indulgent to the more health-conscious. If you want, you can also mix several of the flavors if you cannot choose. One of the most important aspects is that not only can you chose how little or how much yogurt you fill in your cup, but you can chose as many toppings as you want. You pay by the weight here at Yogurtland, not the amount of toppings like other yogurt or ice cream shops. Consequently, paying by the weight makes you unsure of your final price until you pay at the register. The important thing is that regardless of your budget, you can still enjoy something here, but understand you must sacrifice the amount if you want to pay the lowest price. I have always been greeted warmly by the cashier who have kept everything well stocked from the toppings to the yogurt mix. Call me dorky, but I even liked the large plastic pink spoons that you receive. This place also has a free water dispenser if your cup tastes a little too rich. Anytime I've been here, it has been busy with people and families of all ages. Therefore, it can be extremely difficult to find a seat if you want to get comfortable and enjoy your cup. read more

Very disappointed with this place. The taste of the frozen yogurt was mediocre. Although there was a great variety, the flavors were quite artificial and didn't seem to meet their "tastes just like the real thing" slogan. The toppings also tasted very old. Friendly staff greets you once you walk in the door and offers you sample cups. Yogurt is excellent! My favorite is the taro and coconut yogurt and they are just out of this world! You can see them prep fresh fruit up in the front. The fruits are surprisingly sweet since no sugar is added. When I was getting rung up, the staff were very friendly and patient with me as I was looking for my wallet to pay. Will definitely visit again and this place is highly recommended.
