Went to Yogurtland last Friday for the national froyo day BOGO. The line looked really long but it was moving pretty quickly - waited about 15 minutes before we were inside. Got a little of everything and the total ended up being about $14.50. Tropical flavors were tasty and refreshing! I liked the Alphonso Mango Tart and Toasted Coconut. I usually love chocolate but I found Yogurtland's chocolate options had a very icy texture, and I wasn't a fan of the other froyos. Overall, the BOGO was great value considering the fact that we essentially got two meals for ~$15. I would come back to Yogurtland when there's a deal and stick to the fruity options. read more

It's been a few years since the mysterious credit card charge that appeared in the middle of the night that resulted in a negative review from me. Since then, we have continued to come here occasionally, but keep a close eye on our credit card statements for any unexpected activity. This is always a fun experience. If you allow enough time between visits, there will be different flavors to choose from, though I always go for the chocolate options. The are plenty of toppings that also change from time to time, with both traditional stuff like chocolate chips and crushed Oreo cookies and Asian-themed selections like popping boba and lychee or mango jelly. So many possible permutations.... Pricing is by weight, and they will typically want to weigh up to 4 cups together and generate a single total price. In the past I've had my doubts as to whether they actually tare the scale to reflect the number of cups on there. Typically we've asked for each cup to be weighed and priced separately, partially because we also wanted to find out who was the biggest glutton in our group. Lately we've given them the benefit of the doubt and weighed them all at once. This place could use more indoor seating - they certainly have space for at least a few more tables and chairs. There is some shared outdoor seating, but on dark and rainy January evenings it's nice to enjoy one's froyo in a cozier setting. read more

Yogurtland is a national chain with self serve frozen yoghurts and sorbets (but no ice cream, as far as I know). It's priced per ounce and the cups hold more than you think so it's not unusual to pay more than you expected. There are five machines with two flavors each -- middle handle gives you a mix of both. The plain tart is pretty good -- it's clear it has added sugars but not coying sweet. The French vanilla tastes better and has no added sugar. However, it contains a larger amount of maltodextrin which has a high glycemic index, causing a spike in your blood sugar. Sorry, ruined the party. The Dutch chocolate tastes like frozen hot chocolate -- a sugary treat. This version has better ingredients than the vanillas. Coconut: no. I love coconut but this isn't it. Strawberry: the surprise of the bunch and my favorite. Tasted authentic (the staff says it's made with real strawberries) and not too sweet. Worth repeating. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the store was clean. Yogurtland is a decent option but I prefer ice cream. read more

This is my favorite Yogurtland! First of all, it is located next to the matcha place I like. There are tons of stores that I enjoy often here within the same plaza. Parking can be overwhelming as not all drivers coming here are confident with their driving skills and are terrible with parking! However, my toddler loves frozen yogurt and for the amount vs price, Yogurtland seems to give the best deal! It is self-served base on the size you want. Usually, my family and I get a medium size cup for two adults, one toddler and fill it up with several flavors. Prices range from $7.5-9. I love their fruity flavors that rotate often! I also enjoy their plain tart yogurt! Service is pretty good here as the workers tend to be ready in front of the register. It is generally quiet inside with some seats indoor and outdoor! Compared to the San Jose location, this one feels cleaner and tastes a whole lot better! read more

Mmm, another refreshing option for dessert in the summer, or if you're like me - all year round. They always have their flavors and toppings stocked and the yogurt has never tasted old or bad to me. I think the variety of flavors, over 10 for sure, are expansive enough. Little bit of something for everybody. You grab a bowl, dispense your yogurt flavors, then head to the counter for toppings and final weight. It's hard not to fill it to the top, but you can easily get the weight to total less than $10, but it averages $12 with toppings. It's nice a bright inside, but not too much seating. Thankfully there are tables generally outside in the plaza. It's a staple joint in the former Merlion plaza. I don't know what the plaza is called now, but the new management for the plaza has been fantastic. We've been here less than two weeks and we've been here twice. They don't do sample cups like how they did in the past. Probably from around Covid time. They had around 10 different original flavors and the mixed flavors in between. Since we couldn't taste, I just chose a flavor that we knew would be good. My daughter got strawberry and I got strawberry and pecans and pralines. There were other flavors like rocket pop popsicle, matcha, passion fruit, vanilla, chocolate, cookies and cream, etc. They had a variety of toppings also. My favorites are the mochi and cookie dough. I could just have those two items and be happy. My daughter wanted to try so many things. I think the first time she got strawberries, mochi, and chocolate chips. The strawberries were very sour so the next time she opted for bananas instead. She complained about the chocolate chips the first time but she got it again the second time so I guess it wasn't that bad. Overall we enjoyed our Yogurtland treats. We had a yogurtland in Hawaii but they all closed up. Maybe we will be able to visit one more time before heading back home. read more

Location is a prime spot especially with so many good eateryies and stores within the plaza. Yogurtland was nicely up-kept with a lot of different flavor yogurts (machines were all working) and toppings. I was impressed by the attentive service given by Jaime and Justin (owner). I needed to buy a bunch of giftcards and there were system issues and a few hiccups but they figured it out. They were very polite and respectful. The Marketplace Plaza was pretty crowded at 7pm with all the food places and shops available. But I found parking, and walked over to the Yogurtland. Yogurtland @ Cupertino has the typical Yogurtland decor and features. It's pretty spacious, with a few small tables, and features 7 fro-yo machines with twist. So they offered 21 possible flavors! I made it a point to leave my comfort zone, and try some new flavors: - Matcha Strawberry - Strawberry Mango - Chocolate Hazelnut Lava On April 2, 2024, the price per ounce was 79 cents. They subtract 0.6 oz for the cup (tare) All three flavors were very good. No icy bite, smooth flavor, with a little chalky after taste. I found the Matcha Strawberry very interesting with it's earthy tone, and delightful strawberry flavor. The cashier was nice, but didn't say much. They've got a great topping bar. They have a lot of great options for yogurt flavors. They often change the flavors out. Good combination of tart and sweet. Indoor seating could use some work. I've been to this location multiple times. None of the employees there lack a simple skill of understanding how the register work. They keep asking me if I want to weigh all three of the items in one shot and I tell them it's not the same because of the cups. They keep insisting that the cops are free. Because since they're not charging for it, they say it's free. But essentially the cash register knows how to remove the weight of one cup at 0.6 Oz. I show them this on the bill and explain to them that if I put three cups it won't remove the weight of three. And they then still have a problem to understand what that means. So the fact that they are telling people to weigh more than one item and one shot is actually causing them to pay more for something they didn't need to. They have a new assortment of flavors and the inside is really nice and clean. my yogurt today was soo yummy. i got cookies n creme with lychee and mango jelly mixed in and honestly i just really love the texture of the jellies theyre so much fun to chew on. and with the brown yogurt it kind of looked like i was eating worms in dirt so i got to pretend i was a bird. honestly great experience 10/10. although i will say that when i was trying to take a picture of a mango jelly to share with fellow google maps reviews users it slipped out of my fingers and landed on the dashboard of my car which was a little gross :/ so i would recommend that if you end up going and getting the mango jelly just maybe dont try to take a picture of one in your fingers. i appreciate the sentiment but i already did it so its kind of unnecessary now. hope this helps! read more

I've been coming to this location for many years. No idea how much I pay per oz as it has changed over the years. The only consistent lately is the poor service. There are no samples so trying a new flavor is major hit or miss and you have a glob of something you don't enjoy in your cup. The service from the employees is always with an "I don't want to be here attitude" slow, and almost standoffish. My most recent interaction with this staff was at my last visit where the older Asian woman cashier was rushing my kid to put the cup on the weight after my kiddo licked it. I had to tell her the lick was not going to make a difference to the price but I digress. Ain't no one stealing yogurt from you! If the youngin wasn't so excited to devour the treat and was older they would have waited I can tell you that. Either way her whole attitude about it was very rude. We paid for our cups and sat down and ate it. Here's the thing - the Yogurt is good. Quality is great. You get as much as you want as it's self service. I never get toppings so I couldn't tell you if they are fresh or the area tidy cuz I skip right through it. As my SO went back in to get napkins the same old woman was giving my kiddo the death stare as if they were coming in to lick more yogurt of their cup. Service can benefit from some retraining on working with people of all backgrounds, ages, etc. With a large variety of cold desserts in that same plaza and close area there's a lot to compete with. The service is unwelcoming and takes too long for the simple transaction. Am I going to stop coming? No. An employees attitude and the experience they offer me will never deter me from enjoying what I like. Ever. read more

Went for Dessert Food - 5/5. The yogurt has excellent consistency with no crystals at all. The flavors are strong while not being too sweet with a slightly tart finish. While they were all delicious, the chocolate hazelnut lava cake was my favorite. I was afraid it would have an overpowering nutella flavor, but it was mainly sweet chocolate with hints of hazelnut. The creamy texture and tart finish really made for an excellent dessert. Service - 4/5. The process was an easy self-serve experience. There were plenty of topping options, but none really stood out for me. Cashier was quick and courteous. Value - 4/5. Even if you decide to "just get a little bit", you'll be surprised how quickly the weight adds up. At $0.75/oz, you'll easily reach $7-8 per person or more. I tried the pumpkin flavor and was really looking forward to it but it just didn't hit the spot. The brown butter cookie was good and the churro was excellent! This is a family favorite since I was a kid. It makes me so nostalgic to go inside now but I absolutely enjoy it. I always get the plain tart yogurt (sometimes the hibiscus and chocolate- don't hate the combo till you try it!) and coconut jelly! It is harder to go here in COVID-19 times but i really appreciated the self-sanitize station and that they required everyone to wear gloves inside (they provided it). The service is slow because the staff members will serve you, unlike the self service like before. I feel like it may be overkill since everyone is masked, sanitized, and gloved; nonetheless I do appreciate the safety and It is relieving. 10/10 got to go! read more

My favorite place to go for frozen yogurt! Every time I've gone, there's never been a wait and it's been an easy process. I love the vanilla flavor and enjoy getting sweet toppings such as cookie dough, yogurt chips, Biscoff Cookie crumble, and cherries. I also recently tried a new flavor they had - boba milk tea flavor! The flavor was very accurate and enjoyable. I haven't been here in such a long time! I forgot how many toppings they had! I love how they have so many different combinations of flavors sweet and plain! Lol they also have a very tangy yet sweet tangerine sorbet. Maybe it was a citrus orange? Whatever it was, I know it was sorbet and delicious! I got a combination of the sorbet, roasted coconut, and mango something? It was delicious! I got the mango popping Boba and another Boba as a topping as well! Came for the first time during the pandemic (gotta redeem the $5 off bday coupon!) At 12:30pm on a Monday - it was empty when I walked in. The staff member was sanitizing and wiping things down. I went to the counter - he gave me a disposable glove (to touch the handles) and asked how many cups I needed. (FYI- no tasting right now.) I made my selections (a little limited right now, but still had ones I enjoy! I got strawberry, pistachio, and bomb pop.). The froyo was rather soft today.. I guess he just refilled the machines so it didn't have as much time to freeze harder. Then the staff member took my cup to add my requested toppings (mochi and yogurt chips of course!). (I appreciated that they put up shields between the customers and the toppings to prevent germs!). Then he weighed my cups (another shield between us! :D). The scanning machine didn't work so I just held up my phone to give him my account code. And I paid through Apple Pay so I didn't have to touch the equipment. Easy peasy! What can I write that isn't already written. A great place to get frozen yogurt! Good variety, rarely a long line, and tables outside to eat. Even though there are tons of flavors, I keep reverting back to plain :-). For some reason that has the best flavor to me! Get a cup when you enter and try a bunch of flavors in there. The more you get the more you pay as it's weighed at the cashier. The only downside is they don't give sample cups anymore due to covid, but that's not their fault! Go enjoy! read more

Haven't been to Yorgurtland in years and a first visiting this particular location. A sign encourages customers to sanitize your hands then use a glove provided to use when dispensing your choice of frozen yogurt. The topping station is limited to the cashier behind the counter. I found their pandemic format to be great to keep the customers at ease. While the topic can be debated whether the precautions are helpful, at least they are doing something. Something is better than nothing. South Bay was heating up and this was a treat. I enjoyed having frozen yogurt here and would return. Glad to see they are still in business despite the challenges many establishments have faced. read more

Food: 5 star Service -4 star I love Yogurtland. However, this place has a nasty owner. A little bit of yogurt dropped on the scale. I felt bad and my kid was upset. The owner said "you should pay for that." She also added "I am doing this for you." Then grabbed our cup, walked to the machine, and added a tiny bit of yogurt. She cut the yogurt with our cup by rubbing it against the dispenser. Thought it was gross. She threw, almost, the cup at my wife and walked away without a word.
