If you just want to grab and go at a Paris Baguette and not looking to dine-in or want to go inside a busy cafe bakery, then this tiny store branch location is perfect for you at intersection of San Tomas Expressway & El Camino Real. This was my first visit to this location. Old and hidden, no seats or tables. It's just a tiny store with just as much to offer. It wouldn't be the best location if you're trying to order in bulk or for huge parties, but do order in advance if you do. Tiny store tiny inventory. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lady before me took over 10-15 minutes to ring up because she was ordering a whole bunch of things during morning rush hour/Thursday. It held the line up a bit. Overall, employee was working effectively as usual. Tiny store with patience. I had a medium sized pumpkin latte (cost me only $3 from the app rewards), a butter bread, hot dog pastry, and a plain croissant. Delicious as usual. I had a great experience chatting with another local lady waiting behind me. We really enjoyed the tiny store experience. For a small store, cakes looked even better here. I especially love the chocolate cake with penguins on the pond. Tempting. Perhaps I will come back after my vacation in two weeks from now. Paris baguette has always been one of my go to bakeries for birthday parties and celebrations, but their new chocolate mousse and sea salt caramel cake has simply won me over. This new flavor is beautifully balanced with chocolate caramel, and just the right hint of salt to take it to the next level. My first time trying Paris Baguette and am very impressed. This location is a bit small only for take out orders All pastries on display are so tempting, such a sinful indulgence. One star for the baked goods, the additional lack of stars are for the poor service on 04/11 @ 7:25pm- staff refused to accept exact cash payment and forced a tap transaction despite there being no signs posted and this never having happened at other locations. Staff advised management would reach out to explain on Monday and no call has been made back. Staff is very uninterested and lack of service training. Blatant disregard for consumer law. Complaint filed with the BBC and county. read more

I was impressed with my last visit when they allowed me to redeem 2 pastry freebies from my rewards points plus my birthday drink! I opted to try the savory croquettes for a change, instead of my go-to sweets. The curry was better than the crab (I'm pretty sure it was imitation crab). Came here to buy a cake for my friend's birthday. We wanted the snow bunny cake and ordered it for pick up, but they didn't have it at either of their local locations. I saw a new flavor I have not seen before. Pistachio strawberry. I bought it for my daughters birthday and all my guests said it tasted horrible like alcohol. I drove really far for it. Waste of my gas to go back and complain. And they didn't even offer to write anything on the cake or give any candles. Don't visit this shop if you're looking for a cafe sit down style. They are the smallest location with very small selection. It's probably as big as a pizza delivery place. I wanted to try a new location and boy was I disappointed. and I've never been disappointed by a cake from this brand. I've visited several locations throughout my area and have made this brand my go-to for all my cake celebrations. In fact for this birthday I bought 3 separate cakes from 3 separate locations (Branham Lane, Hostetter, and this location at San Tomas Expy/El Camino Real) just to satisfy my cravings. I spent close to $200 on their cakes just for this event. If you're near here put in a little more effort to try the other location on the same street #3561 at the corner of Lawrence/El Camino Real. That place is much bigger and nicer and is a cafe for you to sit. read more

Spanking new PB at the corner of San Tomas Expressway & El Camino Real. It is one of the smallest PB I've ever seen. The size of a two-car garage. The location, I think, was previously a small travel business and I'd literally see it renovated and transformed into a new PB in a matter of weeks. The staff are professional & friendly. Unfortunately, due to space constraints, sitting is limited to outside with 3 tables & six chairs. Also, unfortunate since store square footage is limited, the variety of pastries offered is also limited unlike the other location about a mile away by Lawrence Expressway in K-town. I hope this PB will consider adding a trash can and maybe add an outdoor station with napkin, beverage stirrer and sugar dispenser station for the convenience of customers sitting outside. read more

This Paris Baguette is one of the few places in the South Bay where you can buy ball-shaped chapssal donuts. These are similar to Chinese jian dui, but without the sesame seeds on the outside. Paris Baguette sells these under the name "sweet rice donuts". Most other Korean bakeries no longer sell these, opting to sell cheaper, flat-shaped donuts instead. The donut wasn't the best I've had, as it was a little light on the red bean filling. I would still return, as there are few other places where these donuts can be bought. I also tried the soboro (sold under the name "peanut crumb bread"). The peanut crumble was better than I was expecting, but the bread itself tasted a bit cheap. read more

I do not recommend this location. I bought the green tea strawberry cake and one piece of strawberries was actually moldy; see pics. FYI, the cake has strawberry fillings, so I wouldn't be able to tell if the filling also has moldy strawberry. I went back to the store and complain. The girl who worked there said she needed to contact her manager. 5-10 minutes later, she came back and said the manager didn't answer her calls or texts. I left her with my contact info hoping the manager would contact me. Exactly one week later, I still haven't heard back from anyone. Quality control is not there. This Paris Baguette location sits in a nice and quiet spot, but just visible enough where folks driving on El Camino Real can see and stop by to grab a quick coffee or snacks for the road. I like the good variety of bakery items in this store. You can always find something delicious although sometimes it's a bit of a hit-or-miss experience. I love their chocolate flavored bakery items which are creamy and fluffy. Their tiramisu tart is rich and decadent (pretty awesome). That said, their peanut crumb bread is quite a bit of disappointment. It's way too sweet for my taste and I can't taste much of the peanut flavor. It tastes more like a crunchy sweet bread to me. The muffins taste way too sweet and are loaded with sugar. I would have preferred a more subtle taste (not just loaded with sugar and oil). read more
