I haven't had froyo in years, and was glad I gave Pinkberry a try. I ordered a small tropical mango and topped it with strawberries, mochi, and cheesecake bites. The yogurt was very yummy and reasonably priced, and the lady behind the counter served my friends and I fairly quickly.

I like the tartness and light nature of the frozen yogurt. It's a nice treat, especially since there aren't many Pinkberry locations left.

I enjoyed my visit to Pinkberry immensely!! I ordered the honeydew flavor with strawberry and mochi topping. The small is more than enough to fill me up, it's mildly tangy from the froyo flavor and so sweet from the fruit. Perfect sweet treat to have after having dinner at VF, the service is quick and you're able to eat while walking or sit down at the food court.

This Pinkberry has a little stand in the middle of Valley Fair. There usually is only one person working and the wait times aren't that long. They also sell teas as well. The worker is the one who would fill up the yogurt bowl and you would just pick the size. I ordered the honey lavender and the hazelnut chocolate frozen yogurt. I wish you can order more than two flavors per bowl. The frozen yogurt was smooth and fresh.

Loved this spot for many years! The kiosk in the mall is convenient and quick, servers are what you would expect in a mall lol. Flavors are delicious, but I always stick with the original tart. You have to get the chocolate crunchies as a topping (though it costs a little extra)!! So good. Right in the middle of the mall with plenty of seating for people watching.

Food is great, attentive staff. Great ambient lighting. I go here every now and then with the family. Go here at least 2ice a month

Daniella is so sweet and she is a great employee. I love this location on the second floor of the Valley fair mall and got three flavors. Chocolate hazelnut, green, apple and snickerdoodle. The best frozen yogurt ever.

I do enjoy that they're generous with samples, because I could probably be satisfied with just that. But I opted for a pomegranate and original tart swirl with mochi and chocolate crunch. The pomegranate flavor quickly overpowered the original. And the chocolate crunch overwhelmed the yogurt. Bad decisions on my part, but all the parts were tasty on their own. The real negative is the huge hole in my swirl. After paying $10 on froyo, it did feel like I got scammed.

I am from LA and I love Pinkberry. Moving up here I was super excited to get Pinkberry. However the Pinkberry at this location is insane. I bought a small yogurt with toppings for $8 (understandable) however I got the dark chocolate crisp balls as a topping and I got charged an extra $1.50...that is insane. I am not sure if the business here is stingy but no where in socal do they charge EXTRA for the dark chocolate crisp balls. Not only that the worker looked like she hated life. She didn't even smile at me and ignored all my thank yous. The business must be up charging to give money to their employees because I will not and did not tip for that behavior.

So good, love the mixed berry smoothie! Has hints of tart in the sweet and helps me satisfy my monthly fruit intake. It is $8.72 for the 16oz after taxes, but it is refreshing!

Quick service, yummy as usual, good portions. See my lovely tower of Crunch on the original froyo!!

Pinkberry always hits! Although it's on the pricey side for frozen yogurt, I always enjoy it. I got the medium size original tart with toppings and honestly it felt like a large. If you choose the toppings option, it includes 4. I got mochi, gummy bears, cheesecake bites, and mini chocolate balls for my toppings. The toppings on the cone isn't super worth though since they don't put much + a bunch of toppings were falling off my friend's cone.

Been going to Pinkberry since its original spot at Santana Row and it's always been good! FROYO FLAVORS: I've tried most of the flavors, but my go-to are the original and pomegranate. - Original: A very nice tartness that isn't the same as any other froyo shop I've tried. It tastes great alone and is also a great base flavor if you want to add toppings. - Pomegranate: A subtle sweet flavor that doesn't taste too artificial. - Ube honey (limited): A good strong ube flavor with a nice sweetness from the honey. I hope this flavor becomes a permanent flavor! LOCATION: Located basically in the center on the 2nd floor of Valley Fair with its own little stand!

We got the red bean and the strawberry flavors - the portions were very large for a bay-area reasonable price of less than $15 item. It was my first visit and honestly, I was a bit disappointed; while there were lots of fresh fruits, I found the flavor bland and not sweet enough - which may be someone's jam? I wished it had more condensed milk to give it a more creamy flavor. The shaved ice was beautiful and fluffy - i'd say this is the main draw that may bring me back to try new flavors. There is plenty of seating inside for tables of two or even small groups. Parking can be difficult since many popular establishments are in the same strip mall so plan ahead for parking time.

It was basically their falooda ice cream with some kulfi pieces mixed with some milk (not sure if it's regular milk vs evaporated milk). As the falooda ice cream mixed with the milk and kulfi pieces, it satisfied my falooda craving. The falooda ice cream had basil seeds and thin noodles mixed in a rose ice cream base. I only found the dessert to be a bit on the sweeter side, maybe because of the kulfi. The store had no other customers when we were there. The cashier let us take our time to decide what we wanted. Some staff were busy loading cups and other utensils (probably some new orders that came in). They have mostly indoor seating with two tables outside. The tables had a lot of clean napkins here and there. The seats look like they could use a wash due to stains. When we threw away our ice cream cups, the trash can was super sticky. Parking is in a shared lot with other stores and wasn't difficult for us. There were definitely cars coming and going. The ice cream shop is towards one corner of the strip mall.

I think we went on a day where they might've been short a few people, but we did wait over an hour for our order. From my observations there is a process for the tacos.
