My son and his girlfriend recently went to this Yogurtland for a date. They got their yogurt, paid for it, and sat down to enjoy it. After only about 30 minutes, they were approached by a man who appeared to be the manager or possibly the owner (he was not wearing a Yogurtland uniform) and were told they needed to leave. My son politely asked why they were being asked to leave since they weren't causing any problems or disturbing anyone. The only explanation he received was, "You are making me lose customers." No further reason was given. What makes this even more confusing is that my son and his girlfriend have been to this location many times before for dates and have never had any issues. A couple of hours later, I went to the store myself because I wanted to understand what had happened. If my son had done something inappropriate, I wanted to know about it. Unfortunately, I was unable to speak with the same manager. An employee took my name and phone number and said someone would call me back, but I never received a call. I actually waited an entire day before posting this review because I wanted to give the business the benefit of the doubt. I thought perhaps there had been some misunderstanding and that someone would follow up with me to explain what happened. However, no one ever contacted me. What is most frustrating is the lack of communication and transparency. I fully trust my son, and the fact that I never received a return call from management does not reflect well on this business. My son and his girlfriend were paying customers and should have been treated with the same respect as every other customer in the store. To this day, I still don't know why they were asked to leave. The entire situation felt very unprofessional and has left me with more questions than answers. read more

It is one of my favorite locations. The store is clean and the staff are always nice. We came in for the new Toy Story flavors. I did not like them as much as the lucky mint and strawberry. I like the mochi gummy which is very fun and delicious :) read more

4 stars for the yogurt flavors, 2 stars for the price. Almost $9 for a small bowl feels pretty excessive. At that point, why not just grab a whole tub of ice cream from the market for less? Sure there's a lot of toppings to choose from, but try not to go overboard or you'll be spending so much more. Also, the mango bits topping was sour. read more

I love yogurtland, especially this location has plenty of seating, spacious and comfortable. we always find a reason to get frozen yogurt. They have a good selection of flavors and toppings. It can get busy on weekends. If you're not a rewards member sign up, it's well worth it . The only thing I don't like is you do have to get the restroom key from the cashier which is weird because the place is so small and the bathroom is literally right there . it's not convenient for the customer when the busy day. read more

Last couple weeks we introduce yogurtland to our daughter. We usually get about same amount which is around 7 to 9. Usually cashier is younger person like student. On this day had older man darker complexion rang up $12. I was distracted and didn't realize til later. Also notice that the scale does not show weight. Disgusting to do this. Could be better. The yogurt from the machines was really liquidy and was practically already melted. For some reason, there were only the regular sized cups available even though the shop had just opened. I'm guessing they didn't feel like restocking them. We came for their promotion for the giant spoon which requires a $10 minimum purchase. The first cashier wasn't aware of how it worked and was making things very difficult. He almost made us spend $40 when they only required $10 minimum. Finally, he called someone over and they were able to help us check out and get our giant spoon. They didn't ask whether we had a rewards account or offer to input it into the machine. I had to ask them myself. The shop was clean though which makes sense since they just opened. I came in specifically for the marshmallow fluff topping, gummies, clusters and they didn't have it at all--even though it's one of the main reasons I come here. This place is clean and stays open until the very last minute! Much appreciated for a late night yogurt run. Fresh fruits, even strawberries at a time when strawberries prices are through the roof. Yogurtland is open during this pandemic. No samples right now and that is completely understandable.They provide hand sanitizer and require gloves for all guest. Their workers are also wearing gloves and mask. They keep the cups behind the counter now and hand them out individually per person. The rest is still self serve as long as you wear your gloves. I love this location they always have the flavor and toppings that I want and the topping station is always neat, clean, and fully stocked. It doesn't take much to please me I always go for the plain yogurt flavor and top it off with cheesecake bites, mochi, and fruity pebble. I love this combo it's flavorful, chewy, and crunchy. The employees consistently close early. I come hear regularly and never stay open to posted times. I went there Saturday 1/11/25 at 8:45pm and the place was closed down, dark. This is the fourth time this has happened in the last few months. I've been in the store and the employees are closing down while we are in the store, turn off certain lights, open sign, bringing in the umbrellas. There's always two or more machines down for cleaning. Toppings are not refilled daily. This location is very sorry compared to the Brookhurst location. I come here often and try to make the best of it as it's much closer to me than the Brookhurst location, but at this point I will not be returning. The place was dirty... The floors are sticky and the tables as well. None were wiped down. The restroom was worse. There was one guy working but after sitting inside eating my yogurt for awhile I saw the owner and a girl came out. Before coming I tried calling the phone to make sure they took Apple Pay but the phone just kept ringing. It's not like they're ever busy which it wasn't. This place is good! It was quiet, and not too packed when I went (~4:30 PM) and the cashier was nice. The whole process was easy and I was eating my frozen yogurt within 5 minutes of arriving. This is one of the best Yogurtland places and I basically go here a lot! I love all of the flavors that they got here and everybody is so friendly and nice. Also this place doesn't get as crowded as it does at the Brookhurst location and I really like that. They try to change their flavors such as every other Yogurtland does and they really do keep on top of things and Yogurtland prices are always reasonable and affordable. The cashier are nice and amazing. I also recommend joining their rewards programs because you get coupons and a birthday gift!! I kindly asked the lady at the register if there was any mochi topping and her response was, "No". I said, do you mind looking in the back? Start to finish a very disappointing experience. We were here on a Friday night around dinner time and not only was the place not well kept, but the flavor Plain Tart was out of order which is their most popular flavor and the only reason we both came. Despite us standing by the counter looking like we needed help, the male employee went to the back for quite a while and he didn't appear to be doing anything but wandering around slowly in the back. Eventually a female employee came out confirming they were out of Plain Tart. She made me quite uncomfortable trying to clean the exact containers I was reaching into to get toppings for a cup I was making to bring back to my boyfriend at home - can you just wait 30 seconds? Then when I was done just moments later ready to check-out, that female employee left again leaving me to wait for quite a while. There were no other customers in line and only 1 other in the store eating. Finally once we got help to checkout, the male worker didn't look me in the eye, tell me my total, or ask me if I wanted a lid, just shoved a spoon into the cup looking annoyed. Now I had to ask for a lid to put onto a cup with a dirty spoon in it.
