I purchased four 8-inch decorated Bundt cakes for a birthday event at the Magic Castle in Los Angeles and explained that I'd be transporting them a long distance in addition getting them inside the restaurant. Despite this, I was told cake bags are only provided to DoorDash customers, leaving me to transport multiple decorated cakes without proper protection. A simple bag would have made a big difference. Instead the lack of accommodation overshadowed what would have been a good experience . Would not recommend this location for important orders. read more

I haven't gotten this place by myself in so long, but knew I had to do it when I saw my fave oreo on the menu! I ordered a OREO® Cookies & Cream 10" Bundt Cake for a gift and a Bundtlet for myself. My (slight) sweet tooth could really only handle eating half of the bundtlet at a time, so the bundt cake is enough for a large group of people. The cake was moist, soft, and had chunks of oreo in it! The cheesecake cream was sweet, but perfect to split amongst each bite. Most definitely will be coming back! read more

No problem as I have had some good Bundt Cake experiences. Lizbeth behind the counter helped me and she was totally familiar with the new flavored cake. I decided to get two of the new Lemon Raspberry Bundt let. It was packed to go. At home the missus had nothing but super accolades for this new Lemon Raspberry and mentioned it was moist and lemony with just the right amount of icing. I arrived to pick up afterwards, but first someone said it is getting prepared and that person went inside after her 2 more people asked and they went inside, took 15 minutes in total, which is fine but later on someone, which a younger girl looked very grumpy and gave me package like giving me something for free, with an unpleasant look on her face, which I don't know for what because during going in or while I was waiting haven't even say a word or done anything. Hubby bought a gender reveal bundt cake to announce our baby's gender to his family and it was an absolute hit! The family loves the presentation of the cake, he chose lemon flavor which everyone appreciated because it wasn't overly sweet as your traditional cakes. He raved about their customer service from placing the order online to pick up. Overall the team was kind and efficient. When cutting into, note, there is a rattle toy revealing baby's gender. It was very cute how they labeled the cake "Bow? (pink ribbon) or Beau? (blue bow tie)", but our family guessed correctly the gender because they noted there was a lot more blue ribbon on the decoration, so this may be because the decorator had the gender on their mind subconsciously, or it was just pure coincidence. Either way, we had fun celebrating with our family and are happy we went with the bundt cake instead of breaking the bank with a custom gender reveal cake from a more expensive bakery. I needed a carrot cake pretty quick and it's just too dang hot to bake. So I checked around and nothing bunt cakes was the only sure thing in the area. I ordered the cake online and my pick up choice started a half an hour from my order time! That's amazing! I could choose size, cake, frosting, decorations! It was fast and easy. They only take online orders on the weekend but during the week you can call an order in. When we got there we waited in line and gave them the order information. Melinda helped us today when my daughter and I popped in for an after dinner treat. The store location is beautiful, spacious, and bright. Melinda greeted us with a big smile and welcome as we entered and patiently waited for us as we oohed and ahhed at all the flavors.
