We went today to support for the Children's Hospital and get the free small cone. The line wasn't too bad and the staff were cranking the cones out we were in and out in like 6 minutes. Me and my kids decided to get the new mint dipped flavor, ehhh it's alright I would like a bit more mint! But that's just me! Ya know? It has been YEARS since I have set foot into a Dairy Queen. I feel that DQ used to be a staple in childhood, now I feel like they are far and few in between. They are kinda forgotten and left behind. I'm really not sure why either because my experience here was GREAT. What got me to come in today was that they had a special on their blizzards. $0.85 for a small blizzard, which was plenty, I'll probably grab a mini next time. The flavor I chose was Heath Bar. Heath bar blended into vanilla soft serve? A thousand times yes. Also, the way DQ blends the toppings and ice cream together? YES. I love the whipped texture. It was actually really busy, and there were only two workers but they managed their speed and service excellently. People were coming in groups and there were mobile orders, yet I received such nice and quick service. From the time I came in, got in line, ordered and had a blizzard in my hand, it couldn't have been more than 5-7 minutes. My number was called before I even found a seat! Also, this is a treat only location. Some DQs sell burgers and such, not this one I will for sure be returning to try many of their other flavors and of course the nostalgic Dilly Bars and Dipped Cones! read more

This was my first time coming to Dairy Queen. It was a great deal if you have the Dairy Queen app it's 85 cents for a small blizzard. The service was fast & employee cashier was really nice and friendly. The blizzards were delicious & have sweet flavor into the ice cream. The store was clean, spacious, and nice. Recently summer 2024 I stopped by hoping they could do banana split in a cup. Well, it's a blizzard eye of the storm meaning "Do Not Blend" well well well without hesitation all employees gladly do it for me..and they do it perfectly done. We decided to be on a quest for DQ in our zone. My kids dragged me all over that night and as it turns, out, we found a closer location to our home. The crew was attentive taking everyone's orders and serving everyone fast. The staff appeared to be all highschool kids but guess what? They were all pro's and taking great pride in serving everyone with good excellent service. It was a full house Saturday night. Front row parking and lots of birthday cakes ready to go. The is the spot where I'm taking a cheat day! I love a good old fashion DQ blizzard! There is always great parking, and it's generally not too busy. The team is always kind and do there best to get it to you quickly! The team is also very kind when closing up and don't shew you away when they are done for the night. Last week , I had a great service from a nice worker with pretty eyebrows at DQ here named Tommy. He did a great job, and was very patient on giving me options on what to get. Since it was my first time; I had a lot of unanswered questions that needed his attention. I ended up getting the Caramel Fudge cheesecake and a Root Beer Float . Very delicious! Really great customer service and store cleanliness. I had to pick up a cake for a family member's birthday and I contacted their store to see what they could do for me. One of their associates spent a lot of time discussing the different options there were and found a cake and size that matched what I needed. I picked up the Oreo Blizzard Cake with a personalization~ and it was perfect. Went perfectly with our occasion and the birthday boy loved the cake. Always appreciative of the great customer service and kindness they serve to their customers. This is why I always come back, even though this location is not that close to me! This is the second time our blizzards aren't even frozen you can't turn them upside down we went there for my daughters birthday on a Saturday night 8pm spent $60 there for melted crappy desserts and the place was very busy and all the workers seemed agitated like that's the last place they wanted to be so asking them to remake everything was out of the question because ultimately the ice cream being melted isn't the fault of the worker read more

I come here often (don't judge) yesterday I came in for four blizzards and an ice cream cake. They are always so nice and polite. But yesterday I had my 11 day old baby in his car seat to carry to, and with out asking the young man took my order to the car for me to help ! Now that's manors, I was sooo appreciative. I was a little worried on how I would carry it all but we needed a cake for dad and who can leave with out getting a treat ! But the young man just went and helped. Even wrote on the cake for me. I am so thankful. Great experience as always but this one needed mentioning. read more

Been here a handful of times hoping they would get new hires and a new manager. Geez, change your gloves periodically since your handling dirty cash and ice cream cups/cones. Hubby enjoys Dairy Queen. A lot. I don't know why, but it's definitely a comfort food for him. We had just finished dinner, he sat there for a bit, I asked what was wrong, and he said he wanted Dairy Queen. I checked the local ones in the area, found this one, and he drove. Good size parking lot in this shopping center. If you're coming from the east, when you get to the center, it's on the left side of the shopping center. Service was awesome. They worked well together, didn't make any mistakes with our order (or the other 15 customers that came by while we were there), was super-quick, and, overall, was a good team. Clientele wasn't bad, either. Definitely amusing when you see big, gruff guys that look like they could be part of Hell's Angels come in and order a ice cream cone. : ) So cute. Everything was clean in the store, and, while not the most updated Dairy Queen ever, it didn't look super-old or grungy. Nice. Consistency-wise, flavors were great on my Oreo blizzard, and hubby happily munched on his chocolate covered vanilla cone in a cup. If we have another craving and we're in the area, we'll be back. read more

5 stars for a young gentlemen name Reilley. We threw a last minute party for my daughter's friend and needed a cake ASAP. I called this establishment and had a few questions, Reilley answered the phone and was very nice, respectful, and informative from the start. He didn't make me feel like I was asking to many question, but mad me feel as if the party was just as important to him. He suggested cake size which was a perfect recommendation and assured us the cake would be ready upon arrival. We were in a rush, and as soon as we showed up to Dairy Queen Reilley had the cake ready to go... Not Dairy Queen is my new favorite place!!! The service was fabulous, especially on a Friday when hundreds of children get it!!! It was amazing!! The Royal Ultimate Choco Brownie Blizzard is a must have!!! You must go to Dairy Queen to get it!!! 10/10 would go every day!! So disappointed in the service I received here tonight. I ordered a cotton candy blizzard with extra cotton candy flavoring as the last time I came here it had hardly anything in it, mostly just vanilla. Got here like 15-20mins before close with several people ahead of me which was fine. But then when it was my turn to order they had ran out of ice cream. The young lady who was working says we need to make more ice cream and I asked if that took long she said yes. So I asked how long it would take. She says oh not long maybe like 3 or 4 mins but it's 10pm now with attitude. Not my fault there were several people before me. Anyways so she gets half way through making my order and asks can I make the rest with chocolate ice cream as she has already used half vanilla for my cotton candy blizzard. Obv I'm saying no. Who wants chocolate in a cotton candy blizzard??? She was annoyed when I declined. I get home and start eating it and it was not even the normal amount of cotton candy flavor it tasted mostly like vanilla even after I ordered extra and paid for extra flavoring so I wouldn't have this issue this time. I had Dairy Queen on a few occasions as I was on a business trip and staying in the area. My favorite was the Terrimayo hotdog which had terriyaki sauce, mayo, and seaweed. The butter & shoyu fries also smell and taste great. This is definitely something worth trying for those who are visiting the city. read more

Maybe there could be a compromise like, try up to 3 flavors only.
