Haven't had frozen yogurt in years. We decided to get some on a snowy day. We entered a very clean store. Were greeted by friendly staff. I had my SD with me as per usual, and staff were friendly. There were many yogurt's to choose from. Yum. I chose Matcha Green Tea, & Plain Yogurt. So many toppings to choose from. I was very pleased. Also, the topping area was clean. They go by weight, so depending on how much you put into your cups, that is what you pay. For two large cups, and one small cup it was pricey (to me) $43 I'm not sure if that is the norm because again, I haven't been in about three years As for quality it was delicious. **So to wrap up- only reason not 5 stars is because I am unsure of price. I took my son to Yogurtland to celebrate his first day of school. We had a great experience and I have to say, I think Yogurtland is better than Menchies. It's cleaner, the yogurt tastes better, the topping selection is better, and they have nicer, more present staff. Next time we do froyo, we'll be back at Yogurtland for sure. read more

For what service are you wanting a tip? No one there when we arrived, had to wait for someone to emerge from the back to even pay and we carried it out to eat. Went back again yesterday. Still having the same issue with the yogurt not really tasting like anything but it's a serviceable vehicle for the toppings. Thought I'd share a more updated review of this location. The place was pretty busy on a Sunday afternoon. There was plenty of parking, the space looked clean, and the staff was very friendly. All the machines were working with 15+ flavors and all the toppings were well stocked. As of today the pricing here is 0.68 per ounce. They also have a water and napkins dispenser in the seating area. All in all this was good experience and I would definitely visit again. read more

I enjoy taking my kids to this place - BUT it's time for this location to step up their cleanliness game! Everything is sticky and layered in fingerprints! From the moment you go to open the door - the handles are covered in human goo - to checking out - the CC machine needs to be completely wiped down. All of the machines need a thorough bath and the restroom needs a hazmat team. It's unfortunate- because the quality of the frozen yogurt is really good - and quite tasty - but the store is filthy. I think our GPS goes beserk on us, but with our intuition we managed to find this place after running around in this part of neighborhood just to find YOGURT. I was here with Hubs on MONDAY JULY 25th 2011. 13:30hrs ish. I like YOGURT. I like YOGURT. Period. This Yogurt establishment is inviting. The peeps who works here are friendly and welcoming. We have some samples from the "unlimited" amount of little mini cups they handed to us. I decide for the Strawberry, while I think Hubs opt for the Chocolate. If I am not mistaken while we were there, since its SUMMER, they are featuring, SANRIO HELLO KITTY's Flavor and with HELLO KITTY's plastic spoons each Yogurt you purchase. It cost us, $8.92 for both Yogurt. If I am not mistaken, the person behind the counter, who does the cash register on that day is Malarie. I like the Yogurt I opt for while Hubs says, Yogurt is just a Yogurt. To him its just 3 stars. I cant deny, this place can be very busy while we were there. There are several seating areas outside this establishment. The place was indeed kept clean. We had our Yogurt eating in. Decided to try this place for the first time since moving over here. The froyo shop back in Destin had this amazing pomegranate flavor and I wanted to see if they had it here. There were three people working when my roommate and I entered. While standing in line I seen that half of the flavors had signs saying they were out and would be back soon, however it didn't say what flavor it was. They didn't have the flavor I was hoping for, but I got some lemonade flavor so the trip wouldn't be a total waist. (Spoiler alert, IT WAS!) My friend and I were at checkout (with no other customers in the store) so I figured I'd ask if pomegranate was one of the flavors that would be back soon. I was talking to the cashier and the guy that fixed my yogurt. They both said they weren't sure about it, but as I was telling them that's fine, not a big deal, the OLDER white woman (didn't catch her name, wish I had..) interrupted me, very RUDELY asking them (instead of me, while I'm standing RIGHT BESIDE HER) what I wanted. I decided to bite my tongue and repeat the question. Her response included her repeating FOUR TIMES , very LOUDLY that she's worked there for TEN YEARS and has NEVER heard of pomegranate as a flavor (while rolling her eyes, and acting as if it's the dumbest thing she's ever heard). I do give props to the young guy that was working there though. He tried to dial the tension back by saying that it would be cool if they did have it. My silly app thinks they aren't operational anymore, but I just called them, they are (thankfully) open, ready & willing for your patronage with smiles & delicious yogurt! I live in Lakewood and this location is probably the closest to me but I still have to "drive out of way" or be in this area to get my yogurt fix. That said, last week I stopped by and they were closed. They have a BIG sign that says "WERE OPEN" However they were not. It was 11:35am. I know the hours have changed a few times during the Pandemic but this is getting ridiculous. I looked up the number to call this location just incase something was said on their recording or just to see if I could speak with someone and no I didn't get anyone. It said they opened at 12 noon. That's not even what the site or their front door states of the correct time. Why bother even being open for a few hours a day and advertise the times wrong?? Close this location. Well, the first time I visited Yogurtland was on National Yogurt Day and they were giving out free fro-yo and any topping, so how could I possibly not vote for it favorably? But I do have to say I enjoy their flavor offerings more than some of the other fro-yo places. And the texture of the fro-yo is more hardened, like ice cream, which I preferred. We were excited when the local frozen yogurt store agreed to have host a fundraiser for the high school cheer-leading team. That excitement dissipated fast when we went to the cash register and said we were with the team. The clerk said that there was no fundraiser. When the manager was confronted with the email chain that contained the confirmation of time and date he begrudging said he would honor the commitment they had made to the high school kids. Then we went to pay and he introduced a requirement to have a printed flyer that was in none of the correspondence even though we had a digital copy of the flyer. There is a complete lack of customer service and integrity at this store. Always support stores that support they community. We had a disappointing experience at this location this evening. There was no fresh fruit prepped and the employees "working" were too busy eating from the topping station with their bare hands. We got to the register to pay and the guy working asked if I'd like to donate to the leukemia/lymphoma fund... yes, of course I would, my boyfriend also wanted to donate a dollar in cash to the fund but that dollar ended up in the tip jar. The staff is super friendly, they always have balloons for the kids, and you can have unlimited samples if you'd like. They changed out they change out the flavors option so there is always new favors to try. We highly suggest this Yogurtland as we have been to others and they are small. This place is hit or miss for me. I like a few key flavors (Red Velvet Cake Batter, Chocolate Milkshake), but I tend not to go as nuts over their "new" flavors when they come out. Does Oatmeal Raisin Cookie taste like an oatmeal raisin cookie? Sure. Do I want a whole bowl of it? No way, I'm overwhelmed by the time I get through the tiny little sample cup. Speaking of, it's awesome that when you walk in, they give you a stack of sample cups so you can try everything before you decide. Not so awesome? How when it's busy and you just want to get your regular dish, there are 1600 teenagers in line tasting every flavor 600 times. The toppings also keep me from giving this place a 4. I tend to go for the fattening chocolate stuff, so I have no complaints. The crushed up chocolate bars, etc, are just fine. But, my boyfriend tends to stick to the lighter yogurts and tops them with the fresh fruit, and on more than one occasion now, he's had to actually return his bowl due to pineapple being brown and rotten inside once he bit into it, or other fruits having actual mold on them. I still looking forward to going, but I don't get AS excited. I freakin' LOVE LOVE LOVE Yogurtland!!!!! Pretty much sums up my review. They have a wide variety of flavors and the flavors I gravitate to are Pistachio, Sweet Macadamia Nut, and coconut. Yes I love the "nut" flavors. The flavors are true flavors but not too overpowering or articifical. I eat yogurt without the fun stuff added on top. This place was really dirty, and no service whatsoever. The floor was filthy and the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in a couple days. The guy just sat behind the counter.
