The management at this location could be improved greatly. Upon walking in, all the yogurt dispensers were everywhere and out of place. When getting toppings from the employee, she claimed that they didn't haven't any of the things we asked for besides strawberries. The employee (Valeree) serving us was extremely rude and did not try to help the situation. The Manager (Natalia) was rude towards us as well. The overall experience was rushed and upsetting. I did receive my refund and will not be returning again. I'm a frequent customer of this location and enjoy having yogurtland for me and my child. But one day I went with my child and one of the girls were very unprofessional. She wouldn't make me or my child feel welcomed and that her focus was on us. She would frequently talk to others around her and made me and my child feel as if we didn't matter and our needs wasn't as important as her discussion and wouldn't allow me and my child to sit in the lobby one hour before closing. I usually have a great experience coming into this location but today I didn't. My husband and I came in and we were not greeted by any of the 3 girls that were working. There was one girl that was cleaning the yogurt machine. My husband had asked her if she could please move her bucket so he could get the flavor he wanted and she gave him a nasty look and moved her bucket with an attitude. I stopped by to grab a yogurt for my grandma who was sick, 3-4 of the flavors were out due to some machinery issues, the place was dirty, teenagers were pouring the yogurt on their hands and eating it and the staff was oblivious. First time at this location. Was greeted upon entering then given disposable gloves and asked what size cups I needed. I came in alone and was given a tray since I had more cups than I could hold. Place looked clean. There's a hand washing station towards the exit. The no sugar added selections were very minimal. When you're done you push your tray thru a window and they put on the toppings you want. Very smooth process. Will return. read more

It's been some years since I've been to this location but I still have the same appreciation for it. Service was punctual and excellent and the shop was very clean including the bathroom. Yesterday was National Ice Cream Day so of course I had to stop by my favorite place and pick up my favorite treat at a buy one get one free price. Everytime I would try to purchase a cone, most locations would be out so I was very impressed by the fact that they were available. I thought the cones were under the same deal but apparently not, so my husband and I ended up paying for his cone (well yelp did because I used my coupon for 5 ounces off which left us paying zilch). The cones are taste toasty and crispy but a bit bland, so make sure to feel it with things that would bring flavor in every bite. The perfect flavors to go with the cone in my opinion are Cheesecake and Key Lime Pie seeing that the cones have a cake like taste to them. As far as parking was a bit hectic but I believe it was due to it being a weekend and it almost seemed like everyone was hanging out. You would never not be able to find a parking spot, it just may not be as close as you would like it to be. read more

Terrible Service!! Cinthia was the one and her other coworker are very rude. Never again! I went with my little family and we had a little puppy and they said "is it a service dog" in a very rude way! The puppy is only a month and a half, and came up to us and said if that's not a service dog then you must wait outside and walked away. It's kind of hard to do wrong with yogurt given a chain like this one the yogurt is good like any other yogurtland but the cleanliness of this place is terrible both inside and out. It sucks cause this is the only yogurtland in South LA (that's not in an area like USC) and it's always packed with customers so I'm sure they're generating a good income. The owner should focus on may be hiring another employee or one that cares about appearance and cleanliness.
