My friend and I recently had a very disappointing experience with costumer service that fell far below expectations. From the start, communication was poor-- no welcoming attitude or greetings, looked upset that they had customers. They were out of so many flavors and the quality of the toppings were not up to par. The employees were on their phones the whole time and were even on Snapchat taking pictures (the girl at the register). Once they started pre-closing no effort was put in and cleaning was questionable. Overall, this service did not live up to its promises and caused more stress than enjoyment. I went there to get Vanilla yogurt and that's what I thought I poured but it turns out it was coffee instead. I didn't know until I left this ratty place and started eating. I don't understand this place. Half the time the place either stinks, only has half the stock, or it's out of order, and the guy who comes and takes payment acts like it's an inconvenience that we just woke him up from his sleep or whatever he's doing in the back. I have been going to this store since it opened, but I think tonight was my last time. It used to be a clean yogurt shop with a great selection of flavors. They used to have fresh whipped cream, hot fudge, and little taster cups. The hot fudge, whipped cream, and little cups disappeared quite a while ago and too often now, the shop is dirty. Tonight there were only four flavors available and I think I will find a new place for frozen yogurt from now on. This place is clearly on the decline. read more

I took my family here this week and was pretty bummed when we bought our yogurt 10 min before closing and we were kicked out at 9 when they closed. We literally had 10 more min to finish and "Ryan" said we had to go. Crazy how there's a tip jar for doing the cashier, I buy 6 people yogurt and we are asked to leave . I have came here 3 times for a refund. This place has no management! The guy charged me for a my original order but told me that I needed to tap my card again. I come home and realized that I payed for the family in front of me and my own order. When I went back this sweet girl came to help me but she was no a shift leader or a manager, there was no one else on sight to help. She stared at the screen for 10 minutes before telling me she could not find my order. I asked to give my information to the manager and she told me the manager would call. Couple days go by no call, I call the store multiple times yet no answer and straight to voicemail. For having a phone number on the website seems like it goes to no use. I am a shift leader myself at another restaurant so I don't blame her because she has no experience and no boss on sight. I work 2-10 and it takes up most of my days I go in a couple weeks later because life is hectic. This guy named yuri was immediately rude to me when I came in and tried to explain the situation. when I would try to explain what happened he interrupted on multiple times, repeated himself like a robot. It came to the point that he was so rude that my friend needed to step in and explain things. When I asked for the manager or regional manager phone number I wasn't allowed to have it. Yet for weeks this place has told me the manager would call and give me a refund. I was overcharged $30 for a family in front of me that isn't fair!! In the two years we have lived in the local area we have nothing but consistent bad service. Tonight was no different. This is the last time we will frequent this store. The staff are lazy, cavalier and have no interest in any kind of customer service. I hope the owner sees this - Fire your staff. They had no interest in our family of four, a family of four behind us, or two girls behind them at 8.45pm when the stores closes at 9pm. There was hardly any frozen yoghurt, and the young worker was not interested in moving as he cleaned the frozen yoghurt areas to get out of the way of customers. Unfortunately I will be leaving a poor review. After SEVERAL visits to Yogurt Land I can no longer give the management and staff the benefit of the doubt on several issues that seem to be constant with the Menifee location. Every single visit we have experienced Filthy floors, trash receptacles, dining table bases, syrup dispensers, front doors, windows, sitting bench...etc. Close to zero customer service. We have had to raise our voices on several occasions to call a employee out from the back of store in order to get service or even just a question answered. With such a filthy establishment, one would think rather than hang out in the back, the employees could be out front greeting the customers while cleaning the dining area. Poor, poor management is the cause. Today we walked in for a yogurt and as usual... hot chocolate syrup is out. With the same flavored yogurt choices as in the past few months, we walked back out. I've completely lost interest in remaining a patron. On a positive note, I GOOGLED another location for frozen yogurt. We visited BLITZER'S PREMIUM FROZEN YOGURT. Loved it! Honestly a joke post Covid. My family and I decided to come get some frozen yogurt after dinner. Literally a few flavors working, and ones were working were low on mix. The two young ladies working were beyond rude. You literally have to hand them your cup of frozen yogurt so they can add the toppings for you.... Oh and they don't have many toppings either. Very clean and yummy place. My kids love coming to Yogurtland. This location in Menifee is very clean and well kept. I've observed how the employees keep everything stocked and clean during downtime. They have sample cups in the front near the register and encourage you to try out new flavors that you want to discover. Right now they have Kit Kat and Whoppers as some of their new flavors. I wasn't really a big fan of them, they taste like regular chocolate. Oh well, but hey, at least they're still pretty good. The seating area is also kept clean and the traffic moves fast in there so if it's full, you don't have to wait long for a seat. Make sure you sign up for their rewards program, you'll get free ounces of yogurt every now and then once you accumulate a certain amount. Free yogurt tastes even better, lol. read more

I didn't know that the standard would be any less, but when I visited the Lake Elsinore location, that one was disgusting, but here at MENIFEE, you guys are doing a great job! I have came in on several occasions and if its not full of teens rough housing, hanging out gossiping by the register its just trashed . We were staying at a nearby hotel and my daughter was craving ice cream. Both the front desk at our hotel and one of the firemen staying there recommended this yogurtland and I am glad they did! Every Yogurtland is good but this one seems exceptionally managed. It was clean and the fruit (my favorite part) was all fresh. They had good covid protocols with gloves for customers. It was a Saturday night so there were lots of people there (another sign of how good this yogurtland must be) so they had a line form outside which went by pretty quickly. We usually only go here during the summer because my daughter loves the rocket pop. Last summer the whole experience was low so we didn't go again until today. Same low experience. It's 2:00, 100 degrees outside. No air conditioning on inside. Half of the frozen yogurt machines are either unavailable, empty or blinking low. One person working and definitely no service with a smile here. We asked him about the rocket pop being out and he went to the back for a while to work on it and it was on when he came back. Once again, half of the toppings were either unavailable or out. Most of the fruit containers were empty and we asked him if there was more fruit in the back and he said no. I find it very strange that a frozen yogurt establishment trying to run a successful business wouldn't provide what customers want: options! Guess we'll try again next summer but I can almost guarantee we'll have the same experience. read more

I've always loved Yogurtland when the whole yogurt shops became popular about 10 years ago. It was always one of my favorites since the flavors options are awesome, the toppings are great (they have mochi toppings!), and free strawberry water, who doesn't love that? I also like knowing that there are fat free options for my friends who aren't crazy about the idea of frozen yogurt and I love that the flavors change with the seasons. Best of all, I love that Yogurtland is always really clean and spotless, it makes us feel better about how the yogurt is made. read more

Since Covid, the staff & quality of yogurt has gone down tremendously!! No changes or new flavors. Caramel latte hasn't returned. Some of the flavors don't work. They're too frozen, no flavor. The floor is sticky & the staff doesn't seem to care. I love yogurtland and moved from fontana Sierra and the chino hills yogurtlanda were great. I have the app. Wont be returning! Well I have been going there since they opened ..... after the COVID lock down it was a tuff restart. But I gave them a couple more chances, it was better. Unfortunately as of today I think I will be going to the Murrieta one. The Menifee store today was filthy, their toppings were out of a lot... and it was messy around the serving stations and the floor was a disaster! I have never seen a place so dirty. I saw a sign that said they were short staffed and closing early...... however I find there is no excuse to not sweep for one second at least put it in a pile by where the employees go in so it's out of the way of customers. Disappointed to say the least, I hope they can find some strong good workers( the workers there were friendly ) but it takes more than that. read more

This review is not towards the employees, (kids) but more toward the lack of management, everytime i have visited the place, i have seen these kids deal with some sort of irate customer, I feel for these kids who work there having to deal with irate customers, with lack of direction or even how to deal with customers. I have heard customer ask to speak to managers, yet there is non onsite I don't understand how ownership exerts these kids to care about their business if they don't. Got to this location at 8:45 PM, well before their 9 PM closing time, but it felt like I was walking into a closed shop. The "open" light was off, and the staff was already in closing mode, blocking and cleaning the spickets. Just an uncomfortable ambiance thinking you're in a place that feels closed. Took my kids and niece here Friday after school, it was just us in there they had maybe 6-7 flavors they're promoting but only 4 was dispensing. The yogurt dispenser were filthy, the toppings counter looks like it hasn't been wipe down and the syrup dispenser was all crusted up. I won't be coming back. Apparently since Covid they stopped offering taster cups. I'd expect that then they haven't changed flavors for the last 2+ years because otherwise how do you know if you like or dislike a flavor? (But they did not remove their "ask for a sample cup" posted next to their flavors). But yet I can still select my own giant cup and use all the handles to self serve any of the flavors I choose. Then you hand your cup to the girls in the back who are masked and gloved and they lightly top with your choice of toppings. At the end I checked out and the girl handed me my spoon without gloves. There is just no consistency with their protocols and it's frustrating to be a self serving frozen yogurt business that is choosing what protocols they'd like to conveniently partake in. This location is one of my families favorite! Everyone is friendly and patient and the yogurt is delicious but the other day Sofia went above and beyond. She is the sweetest and paid attention to the small details, for example she made my daughter super happy with one of those extra large spoons! What happened to this location??? You guys USE to be great! Does this location have different owners than the Murrieta one? I'd rather drive 15 min down the freeway then come back to the Menifee location. You clearly don't listen to your customers ratings. You still have rude teenagers working there. I've seen plenty establishment that have many teenagers working there, that are polite and show great customer service. I work in customer service and the way employees treat customers starts at the top! Get better management in there with higher expectations. Walked in and the place is empty. I use to love going Yogurtland but after covid they have truly gone down hill. I have been to many and most of them run out of frozen yogurt. This time that I went they hardly had anything left. When I was trying to get yogurt the employee was nearly mopping my feet out of the way (how rude). As of now, you still aren't allowed to scoop your own toppings so the employees are the ones that do it.
