Just watched a customer stick his finger into the yogurt and then lick it to taste it. The poor girl working by herself didn't know what to do about the situation. Walked in at probably 8:54 and i didn't realize they closed at 9 but still the young gentlemen welcomed me and gave me a cup and didn't explain that the topping bar was closed. I went and got my frozen yogurt and went over to toppings for him to tell me it was closed. I feel like this should have been shared when i entered the bullring because i wouldn't have continue to get the frozen yogurt. I believe that they started cleaning earlier and didn't wanna get another spoon to serve me. I came before closing but until you close , you always should serve ur customers. read more

If I could give zero stars I would!!!! This place is terrible!!! All the employees working on Dec 4th closing shift should be FIRED!!! Very disrespectful staff!!!!! I came in the store with my family and an employee was mopping a very heavy amount of VERY soapy water onto the floor way before closing. After we politely asked the employee to stop she gave us an attitude and very rudely said "that's what mop signs are for". I had my 2 year old daughter with me in the store and I said " my daughter is 2 and has no idea what you are doing or what the sign means" SHE LAUGHED ARE YOU KIDDING ME. IF MY DAUGHTER FELL OR EVEN TRIPPED ON THAT FLOOR I WOULD HAVE CALLED THE COPS!!! The teenagers then told us to leave after we asked for a phone number to call and complain and they claimed to not even know their manager!!! Went to yogurt land last night with my grandson to get him a yogurt...while waiting I noticed the cashier (mind you) taking the money and touching the inside of every cup lid as she gave the lid to us and other customers without rubber gloves on as money, credit cards, and gift cards are dirty...I threw the lid away as we reached the door as there was no telling what could've been on her hands from the money....won't be going back as they're really over priced...I could've gotten 1 1/2 gallons of ice cream for what I spent there read more

My whole family enjoys this place and our 3 picky kids rarely agree on anything! My only complaint is a quarter of their topping bar seems to be cereal, where as at another location we used to live by had higher quality choices. read more

Last night I went in to get some hibiscus pear because it's my new favorite. I have an intolerance to gluten so I had to ask for my toppings fresh so there was no cross contamination. Mike (I think, he said he was the manager) had the greatest costumer service, was happy to help. Definitely coming back every time he's working! read more

Came here for the 1st time yesterday. The place is clean with a few spots to sit & eat. The fruit punch flavor is so good! My only complain here is that I stood at the register for almost 10 minutes before anyone came to ring me up. 2 employees were in the back doing idk what but if I wasn't an honest person I could have just walked out & not paid. Another employee came in to start his shift walked right by me said nothing & I was STILL waiting for someone to come out from the back. I waited a very long time. Tell your employees to make sure they are checking the front if they want to hangout in the back for the rest of their shift. Pretty rude of them to do that to a customer. read more

I normally enjoy this place very much. However, when I was in here tonight at 9:00 pm (Closing time is 9:30) the female with the pink hair walk out to the front on her phone, looked up at the group and rolled her eyes. She put her phone away and stacked all of the chairs as if she was trying to make a statement. She then proceeded to talk to her friends sitting in the front of the store while the male worker did everything on his own cleaning wise and customer service wise. As we were putting our toppings on our yogurt her friend said very loudly "Don't you just hate when all of these customers take their time when they come in at the last minute?" To which the girl lowly replied "F**k yeah I do". We left after paying and sat in our car to eat. While we were in the car we watched as she took her friends cups and filled them with toppings and handed them back, the most work I'd seen her do my entire time there, and continued to stand and talk and playing on her phone until closing. The poor guy working with her was left to do everything on his own even when other customers came in and she just rolled her eyes and continued. read more

Always yummy yogurt and flavors(: Two suggestions are more toppings and it seems around the hours 6-8 the yogurt is really low or totally out so maybe check on the machines more often? Other than that this place totally beats whimsical. It's super clean inside and that free strawberry water is so refreshing! read more

Came in again to see if this place was any better than my first time. Unfortunately it was not. I came in at 8:10. 50 minutes before their closing time of 9pm. I came in and was greeted very rudely. The worker had her mask down while I have to have one on and wear a glove lol. As I went to pour my yogurt one of the workers said "wow we get destroyed it's none stop around here" lol well it's not like your not at work or anything??? After I served my yogurt you have to give them your cup so they can put the toppings on??? I asked for a couple m&ms and the lady grabbed the biggest spoonful of m&ms and poured them in my cup? Okay cool I gotta pay for that now even though I only asked for a couple. Place is trash, save your money and go elsewhere. There was also an inch of water on the ground because employee was washing the floor an hour prior to closing and doesn't know how to squeeze the water out of the mop before you use it. read more

Service was horrible tall skinny guy with the dirty blonde hair and messed up roots was very rude gave me a dirty look when I said "excuse me" cause i didn't hear him say "that's it?". Made me upset I wouldn't go again just cause of the service being bad. read more

Customer service is extremely poor. I went in today, Thursday the 13th of February, 2020 and the employee working at the time was extremely rude and unprofessional. After seeming annoyed when asked about forgotten change from another customers purchase, he was very blunt and rude to me. As he gave me directions and instructions, he was very impolite. Constantly rude and short answered, the worker (named Uriel) seemed annoyed by me being there. After finishing my purchase, he was short answered and quick to leave the front and go to the back of the store, after bluntly saying "yeah, alright" after I thanked him and wished him a good day. Overall customer service seems to be extremely poor, and Uriel did not treat me or the customer before me with any respect or kindness. I don't think I will be coming back here anytime soon with customer service like this. Find a different yogurtland location, or a different yogurt store all together. read more
