I really love this Yogurtland! It is in a busy shopping strip, and the parking lot can get busy but Yogurtland itself is almost always empty (at least when I have visited). I don't know if that is good sign for the business, but I welcome it since I never have to wait in line and can move around at my own leisurely pleasure picking out my flavors and toppings! The cashiers are always friendly and helpful and provide sample cups as soon as you enter. This is my go-to local Yogurtland. It's easily accessible with plenty of parking and there is almost always no wait time. The employees who I have come into contact with in the past have been pleasant and dutiful. However, today, I went into the empty shop 15 minutes prior to closing time and was definitely not a satisfied customer. When I asked "Do you have lechera?" he dismissively responded "No, we already put it away." You already put it away???? Prior to closing time???? And you don't offer to go get the small squeeze bottle from the fridge??? Instead, you make things awkward and just stare at me blankly. Holly helped out for the holiday, how fitting her name was during Christmas 2014. She was fun, filled with energy and friendly. For my son and I it was a very welcoming experience. What a dissapointment. Was there past Friday. Drove passed several Yogurtlands to get to this one because we liked rhe service and we bought the buy one get one free deal. It was a joke. My husband I got 2 small cups, mine was smaller than his and we spent over $10. It was supposed to be "buy one get one free" so each one of our cups was $10? Somehow I don't think so. My husband and I go here about every week sometimes twice a week, I guess we can be called regulars and I have not 1 complain about this location. Very helpful, friendly, and efficient. This location is always clean and if there have been occasions when the counter was messy it was the day of the buy one get one free when there was a stampede of people and the employees we not even given a chance to clean before people started snapping pictures. If your a regular you know what's typical and what's just being opportunistic to post a negative review or photos. Very pleased with the service and this will continue being our go to location. I haven't been to this location in months because the times I was here customer service was horrible I mean horrible. My previous experience was waiting at the counter waiting to pay for my yogurt and waiting for 5 minutes. And hearing someone in the back talking on the phone. A counter that's half empty of add ons. Love this place! It's very clean and well stocked. The staff are so nice and always offer you sample cups in case you feel like trying something new. Me and my boyfriend come here at least twice a week. If you come here even once a week, I would advise you to not pass up on their awesome rewards card. Its great because you get rewarded a free 3 or 4oz of yogurt on some visits :D I also love that they are one of the very few places that close late! June 5 I went for the $5 dollar Tuesday, the line was insanely long, ice cream starting melting while waiting in line yet there was only 1 cashier, a lady in a black shirt and she saw the line was still long but still ignore it while there was other worker that could help out on the cashier part .This was Absolutely horrible is there any manager running this place ?, I didn't get her name because she had no name tag, but I did address to her my dis satisfaction with the service.... nothing was said. My husband and I love Menchie's but ended up here because it was much closer, and what a HUGE mistake. We walk in and ask Jafent, the cashier, for a couple sample cups so we could sample the flavors but the cashier tells us they ran out, but offers no alternative. We walk over to at least read the flavors they have, and all the other customers are literally using their bare hands to catch frozen yogurt and lick it off their fingers! Not that I care what others do, but I do care what the frozen yogurt touched before it ended up in my cup. So I go and ask the Jafent (cashier) for a spoon to sample with (and for everyone else to sample with) so that we're not all eating fro-yo that has touched everyone else's hands, and he refuses to give me a a freaking spoon. Then, once we're all done and at the check out counter, my husband asked where the whip cream was, and Jafent, once again, said "we ran out". That was the last straw! We asked to speak to a manager and he claimed he was the manager and refused to give us his name. Then Jafant finally gave us his name and we got out of that terrible place! read more
