Now that everything is opening up, I guess they are reverting back to self serve. They do have a sign that says to use hand sanitizer before getting a cup, which is nice. I was surprised they allow people to get their own toppings. When I touched the tongs to get brownie bites, they were sticky! The sprinkles container wasn't clean because you can see where customers probably got it too close to their yogurt and got some on the lid. I had to use my own hand sanitizer to clean my hands before paying because I didn't want to touch my phone after touching the sticky tongs. Just for sanitary purposes I would prefer if they went back to putting the toppings on for you or having hand sanitizer available at the register. I do like that this location has a nice variety of flavors to choose from. And they still don't have lids. read more

My dad was visiting, and we came to get ice cream to take home and eat later tonight. I live about 15 minutes away. We asked for a lid for the ice cream and the answer was "we're out of lids =)." Astounding as it is that they're out of lids, the employee did not express any concern about the inconvenience at all, nor offer any sort of solution (some type of jerry-rigged covering may have helped). Not to mention, the order-online ice creams in the freezer next to us had lids.... interesting. $15 was also surprisingly expensive for two ice creams. I guess I expected even more given that price point. I expect the basic items to be in stock and I expect friendlier and more helpful customer service. I got the matcha green tea, vanilla, & plain. This combo was delicious - I loved the matcha particularly as it tasted really authentically like matcha & not an artificially flavored matcha. I got it with fruity pebbles, a little brownie, yogurt chips, & a brownie bite. It was a good combo! We came around 9 PM and there was a good amount of people but we all were able to grab our yogurt super fast. We went here Friday, may 10 at 9:30pm. There was a young guy and a girl there and the store was completely closed and they told us the store was closed. It's supposed to close at 10pm. Tart with fruit toppings! There are plenty of good flavors but I always tend to stick to my original tart and pile it high with mangoes and lychees! It is worth trying their flavor of the month. The honey liked the salted caramel and pistachio. We tend not to share since we I like my tartness and he likes his unusual flavors. They do have sample cups, so don't be too shy too ask. They also have fruit infused water to wash the sweetness. Their yogurt is very creamy and the flavor does not overwhelm the taste buds. Get adventurous with your toppings, they have a good selection. I love this Yogurtland location!! It's so big and spacious and there's a 3 oz off deal if you check in on yelp! I love their pistachio and blueberry tart flavors! Also, they added captain crunch to their toppings.. GAME CHANGER. There's not a lot of indoor seating, so it is often busy and you're either walking with your frozen treat, or finding a seat on the Macy's stairs just to the north. Yelp check-in gets you a free three oz. in-person check in gets you at least three free sample cups of about one ounce each. Six of one, half a dozen of the other... or three.... um.. yeah, so like, yeah. There are a lot of restaurants in the area, and most of them require a brisk walk afterwards to aid with digestion and good health. Best bet: add frozen yogurt to your walk. I've been to YL's with more flavors, but this one is above average. Several folks didn't seem to understand how to actually get in line and wait their turn, but that's hardly YL's fault. read more

There are non-dairy, sugar-free options. My faves are Dutch Chocolate, Matcha Green Tea (tastes like Pocky Green Tea), Tahitian Vanilla. Parking here is kind of a beezy because it's mostly metered street parking. It's located on Lake Ave right next to Coffee Bean and there are a whole bunch of other restaurants there, so during the afternoon, it's hard to find parking. I suggest parking in the Macy's structure that's really close to there. I love yogurtland, but this location wasn't too great with their selections. I went last night when they had the new summer flavors (Maple Donut and peanut butter) which but are not good in my opinion. They don't even have some of the flavors that other locations do! They don't have dutch chocolate and matcha green tea which really disappointed me. Also, the consistency of each of the yogurts are not the same. Some are super creamy to the point where they are a little watery especially by the time you go through the line and actually eat your yogurt. They seem to have a lot of the toppings the other locations do. Maybe even more of the desserty chocolatey toppings. I assume that yogurtland flavors/toppings cater to the majority of the demographics in the area. However, the cleanliness and friendliness of the service is in tip top shape. This is actually one of my favorite Yogurtlands. The place isn't too big with some seating options (4-5 tables), but so far I've never had any problems grabbing a table. *knocks on wood* Service has been friendly each time and the staff members really work hard in keeping each yogurt station clean. Flavors here are typical just like any other Yogurtland locations. Sample cups are provided, sometimes upon entrance, and a few times I've had to ask for them, no biggie. I'll probably continue to keep on coming here. Parking is also a breeze in the parking structure behind, there's also the option of street parking for a small fee, similar to that of parking meters. read more

I really like the variety of yogurts they have and at 35 cents an ounce (including the toppings) what else can one ask for. One can choose from fresh fruit, dark chocolate, gummy bears, cookies, etc to place on top of their yogurt creation. Today I had strawberry yogurt with fresh strawberries, kiwi and dark chocolate (11.5 oz all for just $4.03) This place has been immaculately clean every time I've walked in. It doesn't have a "parking lot" but there is a parking structure nearby that's absolutely free so you don't have to pay for the metered parking on Lake. It's way easier to find parking here than the plaza where the Arcadia & Alhambra Yogurtlands are located. I also LOVE the fact that this Yogurtland has more seating than the other two yogurtlands nearby. Me and my friend come here after every meal to have dessert! My daughter and nephew loved the spoon door handles upon arriving at this location. Yogurt wise, we are big Yogurtland fans and the flavors along with toppings did not disappoint. The featured flavors were mud pie & a watermelon sorbet. I only tried the mud pie flavor & really enjoyed it, sweet but not overly sweet. Clean store, tables to sit and enjoy your yummy treat. My favorite Yogurtland creation is the green tea yogurt with the mochi and azuki bean toppings with condensed milk.
