They are able to achieve that perfect balance of aromatic tea, subtle sweetness, and silky milk texture. I think Molly beats out heytea overall if you like more floral drinks. Heytea does have a slightly bigger menu with fun seasonal drinks. Places like heytea, Molly, and 3catea have also adopted the tiny straws for their milk tea drinks. I was skeptical at first but I am a true believer. The drinks DO taste better with it lol. It can get VERY crowded and the storefront is extremely tiny, so I recommend ordering ahead and picking up your order. I come here so often that I ended up getting the app, which makes it so convenient. You also earn rewards so the discounts add up! There is zero seating inside the store but you can enjoy the drinks elsewhere in the plaza on the scattered tables/chairs. Parking is free in the plaza underground and there are limited curbside loading zone spots off Atlantic blvd.

Thank you young man! My daughter wanted to try the Chagee DayDream Frozen Blended so that's what she got. I know she already got coffee, but there's always room for more. I was surprised the prices were so very reasonable. I thought their prices would be higher based on their high end tea name brand. Another WOW, I was impressed with the unique and exquisite flavor of the tea in my drink. It was quite delightful and addicting to say the least. I loved it! My daughter loved her blended drink, too. Most people just stand around the wall or outside while they wait for their drinks. Staff here is friendly and quick. They get their drinks out pretty quickly even though they're busy most of the time. My go to drinks at OMOMO is always their signature "OMOMO Matcha" and their Osmanthus Oolong. Personally, if you love matcha, their signature is a must try. Very refreshing, not too sweet with a sugar adjustment (50%) and on top of that, their boba is always easy to chew and very tasty. With over 50+ visits to OMOMO, my wife and I never had a bad experience with any drink.

I spent a minute looking at the menu while Jenny C stood there texting and eating French fries. When I was ready to order, she told me to use the kiosk. I asked, "I can't order with you?" She reluctantly took my order, but continued eating while I was speaking. I ordered two drinks, read everything slowly, and still had to repeat myself. After taking my order, she simply walked away, and I had to grab my own receipt. While waiting, I overheard another employee tell Jenny C to go make my drinks. When she finally did, one of the cups had osmanthus rice mochi smeared on the outside, which should have been cleaned before being handed to a customer. Management should review this transaction using the date, time, and order number above. This wasn't professional and reflected someone who clearly didn't want to be there. Whether it's a training or management issue, something needs to improve. I was actually planning to meet a friend here next week, but after this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because while the tea is pretty good, customer service is what keeps people coming back.
