Terrible experience today. The hours posted show 11:00 a.m. open time. My son and I showed up at 1145, door was locked. Waited a couple minutes and an employee showed up and unlocked the door. We got two small frozen yogurts. We put them on the scale and was told the price was $26.10. Obviously that price was wrong and I let the employee know, but they assured me it was right. I asked them to reweigh it, the new price was $22 and change. Still incorrect. I asked them to weigh it again, the new price was $18 and change. Extremely disappointing customer service. Her name was Shaya I believe she said . Every time I asked a question, it felt like I was inconveniencing the employee and ruining her day. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way, especially in customer service. What made the experience even more frustrating was that she seemed unwilling to apply my rewards toward my purchase, even though I was only buying one cup of yogurt and my total was $20.22. Instead of helping, the interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. Customers shouldn't feel uncomfortable asking questions or using the rewards they've earned. I asked for sample cups and she said they don't give it samples. That's a strike. Who doesn't give out samples anymore? Then I looked for sugar free options and there aren't any! Strike #2. Yogutland is located in a good area, the Mountain Grove Shopping Center. It's always clean inside and their selection of yogurt toppings are great. They have a good variety of toppings, fruit, sweets nuts etc. They have tables outside which is nice to sit at when the weather is good. We took our children out for frozen yogurt at the location in the Redlands Mountain Grove shopping center. Here is our experience... We asked if we could taste 1 flavor to confirm our 4 and 6 year old would like something new. Employee said no you cannot taste anything. That's fair, we can see how folks take advantage, we opted to play it safe with chocolate. While we were in line, our 6 year old needed to use the bathroom and we asked for the key and the employee said, we don't allow customers to use our public bathroom, please go to the burger place or Chipotle next door. Excuse me? We can't use your restroom? Nope. So now I'm standing here with frozen yogurt, paid, ran them to chipotle and came back into the shop to eat our dessert. We sit down and the employee comes jogging around the counter, you can't sit inside and need to go outside to eat. It was 100 degrees outside and we have young children, our frozen yogurt melted in 4-5 minutes. The disappointment experienced at Yogurtland is hard to describe. It comes with my lowest recommendation. It's unfortunate this small business does not prioritize customers and we came out of our way to come here and will not return unless thing dramatically change. Appreciate this yogartland for staying open until they close! Other locations always close early and don't have nearly half of the toppings they have at this location. They have a ton of spicy toppings and candy as well that I have never seen at any other location. The location is clean and I am always welcomed when I come in. You can also use the restroom before you make a purchase compared to other places in the plaza. I've been to at least a dozen different Yogurtland stores and this has to be the worst one ever. It's in a great location, near a lot of shops and food, but it's not well run or efficient at all. Such a waste of a great location. I'm actually surprised they let you pour your own yogurt because you can't do your own toppings and it's a hassle to try and get the employee to make it the way you want it. They're not very friendly and don't seem to care. And the fact that there's no sample cups is just ridiculous. I wouldn't come back to this one. There's a Cold Stone nearby. They also need to get tiny chocolate chips, other Yogurtlands have them. read more

And they skimp out on your orders or they're just too lazy. All my bowls were only half way filled, there's was very little granola, less that half a banana and couple of half slices of strawberry.and not as tasty as other locations. I would stay away from this location in citrus plaza and go to the one in downtown Redlands. The downtown Redlands location makes your bowl just how it's like in the pictures and they charge a dollar less, and for some reason theirs just taste way better. Today, I believe the owner or manager helped us because the poor girl behind the counter had a line and was also assisting a customer that walked in for a gift card. What I dislike about this location is that the workers put the toppings on your yogurt so you don't control how much or how little you want. The yogurt cup for my 5 year old, I asked her to put "very little, just a few m&ms" and she pours a whole spoonful. ok fine.. now it's my cup and I ask for cheesecake bites and again "just a little bit" and a whole spoonful and she was about to add a second helping before I said "no, stop". Since it's by the ounce, they're fine with adding as much as they want because you're gonna have to pay for it anyway! My family went in around 9:20 they close at 10. we had half an hour left. so first of all so many of the yogurt machines were out of yogurt or turned off. second of all when the little ones in my family tried getting toppings one of the young ladies started putting lids on and telling us they were going to "refill" and wouldnt let us get the toppings we wanted. there was only 1 spoon that everyone had to use to scoop all toppings, and when someone asked for more spoons so we could get out stuff easier, they said no. when one of my cousins tried asking for the spoon the lady grunted to herself and shoved the spoon into her hand. one of my other family members tried scooping boba one of the ladys grabbed the container and took it away before she could even get any. just overall bad service. wouldn't recommend this place. read more
