I have grown up going to Dairy Queen for ice cream treats and cakes and this is by farrrrrr the worst Dairy Queen I have ever seen! The employees were super nice, nothing against them. But I walked in on a 108degree day for it to be no cooler inside. I asked if their AC was broken, and the employee said "yes, for several months". These poor employees! The eating area just looked dirty and grimy, as well as the back where they prepare food. I used to get Dairy Queen cakes for my birthday when I was younger. These days, I come here to pick up Dilly Bars for my daughter. The app gives you some decent coupons if you order for pickup through it. Service inside is usually quick and prompt. The freezers in the front are a little hard to open but once you get them to open it's good to see everything is properly packed and not melted. I wish the inside was lit a bit more. It's really dark in the front of the store and feels like they are half-closed, half-open. read more

probably one of the nastiest dairy queen's you'll ever go to. first, it was hot and muggy inside. Second, tables were disgusting. some had water just on top of them and the seats were also wet. It is just a nasty place. they also had the back dirty where all the toppings were. read more

This small DQ located along Redlands Blvd can be easily missed. There is very limited seating inside but plenty outside. There is only 2 staff there. The service is not the best. There are no restrooms. The place was messy with napkins all over. The dessert was good but that's just standard DQ. I'm glad I used the app to save lots of money. read more

I thought I've written a review for this DQ before but apparently, I forgot. DQ is a place where you go when you don't want to just eat the ice cream you bought sitting in your freezer. Why? Because of the unique combinations that they create for their Blizzards. We found parking in front, which we were happy instead of parking behind the store. Only one customer was a head of us, which meant we would get our order pretty quickly. My son got the medium size Oreo fudge brownie, and I got the small size Salted caramel truffle off the New Blizzard menu. My son loved his order because they had two items he loves: Oreo cookies and chocolate fudge brownies with ice cream. I loved the caramel. As soon as we made our order, the line behind us suddenly grew. They have a small area at this location to eat, but we just took our orders to go. This was my first time eating Dairy Queen in years. I didn't even know they serve burgers and other hot food items at an affordable price. I had gotten a gift card for Christmas and ordered the two double cheeseburgers for $7. We also ordered to signature blizzards, and the total came out to around $19. It's been a long time since we've eaten fast food for two people for $19. The burgers were really delicious and the service was friendly and quick. I called before hand to make sure they were open because every time I drive by it looks like there's construction going on. The young lady who answered the phone was very friendly and sweet. This place was filthy! From the floors to the counters to the employees wearing their masks under their noses, it was clear this place is not careful or clean. It's disappointing for such a great landmark with classic treats we used to enjoy when we were young. Unfortunately we won't be comfortable going here again. So while it appears McDonald's doesn't seem to have their sundaes on their menu these days or maybe these locations (I've seen it on their menus in Baja); won't go there with their flurries (1000 calories? No please), DQ to me was always the best in cold treats. And yes they have high calorie menu options like banana split sundaes, but you can find one that works with you, like small, med & large sizes. This one doesn't have a drive thru though, but they weren't crowded (shocking on a hot day?) but it's spring time 2020, empty times that will soon be a thing of the past. This is the worst place ever to buy a blizzard from I might as well ordered a ice cream. The girl at the front handed me milky blizzards that were falling out of the cup and when I tried to tell her that it was too milky she said it wasn't and turned it upside down and ice cream fell out. She didn't offer to make another they just wiped the cup off from the melted ice cream on the sides.
