Very bad service. My family went in around 9:20 they close at 10. we had half an hour left. so first of all so many of the yogurt machines were out of yogurt or turned off. second of all when the little ones in my family tried getting toppings one of the young ladies started putting lids on and telling us they were going to "refill" and wouldnt let us get the toppings we wanted. there was only 1 spoon that everyone had to use to scoop all toppings, and when someone asked for more spoons so we could get out stuff easier, they said no. when one of my cousins tried asking for the spoon the lady grunted to herself and shoved the spoon into her hand. one of my other family members tried scooping boba one of the ladys grabbed the container and took it away before she could even get any. just overall bad service. wouldn't recommend this place. read more

Yogurtland is a very nice place to get frozen yogurt. The people who work there are very sweet and helpful. The place is also very cute and cozy. The yogurt is quite nice, but it is quite sweet, not a surprise since it's froyo ! The add-in's for the yogurt is also very good quality, the fruit is moderately fresh. I love Yogurtland and one of the reasons why is sampling the different flavors. This location discontinued sampling during the pandemic, but never brought it back and now says it's for our "safety," which is a bit hard to believe. If it's financial, just say so. Speaking of which, prices are very high, and they do not let you dish your own toppings, which means the staff can put on as much as they want, running the price higher. No complaints with the staff, who are just doing their job, but the unique policies of this location make it worth skipping for me. read more

2 stars for having all their yogurt machines working and a mostly clean place. Staff is still masked up and will scoop your toppings. If that's your thing you'll be happy. The no sample cups or being able to use the bathroom is frustrating though. Especially if you want to wash your hands after getting yogurt on them or you've just been shopping all day. If you want to smear the dirt or yogurt around your hands there's a thing of hand sanitizer by the cups. I wanted to sample their new flavors, boba milk tea and thai tea but I wasn't going to get a $9 cup of yogurt and discover I didn't like them. There are also very few inside chairs. 6 chairs, 7 tables, one bench. For those wondering, I did put a little of each in my cup to sample. I'm extremely disappointed with this location. First off, unless you know what flavor you want to get, coming here is a mistake. THERE ARE NO TESTER CUPS. The workers are nice, it's understandable that it's the owners decisions whether to have them or not but it's honestly ridiculous. The owners must be cheap. I was excited to find out this location had a sugar-free option, espresso. Then I was immediately disappointed that there were no tester cups. I will not be returning to this place the service is 100% rude and unfriendly. From the moment we walked in the service was unfriendly and not welcoming we use to live in this area and we were looking forward to coming here but after today I'm very disappointed when we got our yogurt with desserts we saw hairs and told the lady working upfront she said she didn't see anything and I had to pointed out to her then she made me feel like I was lying and did t allow me to make my own yogurt she gave me less than what I had paid. These girls working are so snobby like relax you work at a yogurt place maybe that's why they are miserable but that's no one's fault you should be more nice since you are in Redlands and are at a yogurt spot I swear I havent dealt with such shitty service in awhile and this place did it for me. I can understand the whole Covid situation especially if they have someone with a compromised immune system but when we came in my mom was asking "HELLO?" (In a nice tone just shouting because nobody was at the front) and the girl comes out asking "did you have a question!?" More so in a way that she wanted us to feel a little dumb considering she knew we were about to ask about the sample cups since we didn't notice the small signs. Maybe you can think of a way that employees serve you samples like at an ice cream place considering we can't get anything ourselves. I will say the energy has always felt a little off ever since Mountain Grove has been around. Maybe also play some fun tunes. read more

Not all Yogurtlands are the same. I came here wth friends before a movie and there was one person at the register helping someone. She was in a hurry and limited one sample cup per customer. When I went up to ask for one after my friend she told me rudely to hold on and she took her time to give me my cups. I went to try the honeydew flavor and it was half melted! What...then my friend went to fill her actual cup with strawberry yogurt and she showed me it landed in a goop. Melted again! Luckily I usually get the original which to me is perfectly tart and sweet, and that flavor was still cold. I went to pay and even though there was no one else in line she was in a hurry. My rewards card wouldn't pull up and she wanted to ring up my friends first and tried to push me to just put the points in later via the app. I didn't quite understand her since she was mumbling and speaking really fast but I repeated it back to make sure I heard correctly and she snootily said, "That's what I told you earlier." Worst part is..I got home to input the rewards and there is nowhere to do that on the app. Okay, I see how it is. This was my first visit to any Yogurtland and I had no idea what was going on, and more frustrating was that there was NO PRICING ANYWHERE. What kind of an operation is that? When I asked the register operator she finally told me it was 51 cents per ounce. When I asked her WHY there was no pricing on the walls, she just looked at me like a baby deer in the headlights. Come on...People want full transparency at all times. Of course we all pile in more in the serving cup that we can afford, but that is all part of the game plan......I had a tiny amount that was tasty, but cost me over $4..... Parking is a nightmare in that area as well. Not sure I will return, as the staff seemed not happy with their jobs, but the good thing is its location next to The Habbit. read more

This location is lacking a little bit. Though the location itself is clean and the machines are pretty well kept, some of the items at the toppings bar looked old and almost spoiled, gross. The service was decent compared to what others have mentioned but the location was empty. The parking is always a mess in this plaza for whatever reason so it's not necessarily the most convenient place to grab yogurt unless you're already around. read more

Went in today to get yogurt because the one in Redlands closed. Horrible experience not only was the owner rude she wasn't even helpful. My daughter asked for whipped cream when she took a bite it tasted funny. I tried it and explained to the owner the whipped cream was no good. She ask what do I expect? What do I want whipped cream to taste like? ( should have read reviews before coming here) I left the full cup on the counter told her to keep it. Never will I come back here.
