That feeling never changes and it feels like a safe place to invite others to try some ice cream. If you come earlier and want to balance the sweetness with something bitter, they also serve coffee. The staff is wonderful and they treat you well. The ice cream or gelato flavors are a delight and there are some options. If you don't feel like walking outside with your dessert, they also have some seats inside. I once came with a group of 14 and we all managed to find seats, so you can make it work with what they have. Parking and holidays are probably the only thing that get in the way. Street parking is available, but you may have to park a few minutes away. I also remember this place being closed for a few days for religious reason, but there was no way to know until we went up to the storefront and read their note at the entrance.

I would first like to say that I am a huge fan of frozen yogurt and definitely have had my fair share of trying lots of places...this one does not make the cut AT ALL!!! First off, did we forget something called customer service? The people that work there clearly don't seem to like their jobs and just can't wait to get out of there or something. When you ask for a sample cup, it looks like they are doing you a favor by giving you one!! HELLO, I would like to try it before I pour a whole cup of it! Next, before you even get to the yogurt machines, you pass by the very messy topping section of their store. Why are crumbs all over and why does nobody take care of it when one topping falls into another? Ughh. OK moving on... The yogurt! Well the yogurt itself is good. It's the idea of me getting a litle bit of saliva and bacteria and I don't know what else from the yogurt that is NOT so good. There are people licking away and sucking their sample cups and then reusing them over and over again on every machine and like scraping it off to get as much as possible from the sample. Please just get another sample cup if you would like to try more.... oh wait, I forgot...apparently there is only a limit of 2! So I guess I have to keep reusing the sample cup if I want to try a few different flavors before making my choice. This place tastes OK. I have had some better froyo but the issue that I have with this place is only in cleanliness. I feel that the store is not always very clean and that's my concern. I've been to a couple frozen yogurt shops in the area but this would probably be my least favorite. They do change their flavors often and I do like to see what is new. But for cleaner and better service, I would rather drive up a few blocks and go to Tutti Frutti on Sherman way. There is also a Menchies opening up soon in the area, so we'll see how they are. read more

Me and my mom are always renewing the flavorers, when I'm coming here i see all the time a lot of people the customer service is very nice, they are very polite over here. It's always packed and i feel always good to come here. There is one girl that working over here her name is ema she's always helping and giving me small cups to taste the new candies and the new flavorers. Let me tell you.. this is my favorite dessert place ever.. I used to come here every other day. now maybe once every one or two weeks. Yolanda, Katherine, and Jasmine were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. I've passed by this place plenty of times and finally decided to try it out. Awesome place to go to if you're looking for a alternative to ice cream. In my opinion, it tastes better than ice cream. they have a large flavor options which is great. the place is not that big which makes it hard to find a place to sit. You can't really go wrong at Yogurtland. As always good flavors, good service and convenient. Why did I take out 2 stars? Well- it's kinda on a really busy intersection. That does make it very visible but I don't want to see a traffic jam when I am enjoying my yogurt with my girlfriend. Overall, it is a good place to hangout late at night. read more

Yogurtland is delicious! They have great flavors of yogurt, and amazing toppings! Theres even Ghiradelli chocolate sauce to put on top of your yogurt when youre done piling on the toppings. The service is okay, it's usually younger kids who don't care about customer service. I try and go here once a month! read more
