They walked through the whole place with the dog and open food containers. I discretely pointed out to the employee about the dog and she couldn't have cared less. This lady with the dog asked the person what happened and she decided to come and confront me about me being an issue. I was literally having my frozen yogurt minding my business. She started saying that if I mess with her daughter I mess with her. I never said anything to them. If the store wasn't going to do anything, I wasn't going to escalate anything. This lady tried claiming it was a service animal and accused me of being uneducated. The dog was not acting as a service animal and did not have anything to show that it was a service animal. She came to my face and started pointing her finger at my face trying to start something. I remained calm while the lady who works here was in shock and not able to handle the situation. The lady eventually walked out since I was not engaging. I did not feel safe and I believe that the store shouldn't have told the person that I had said something about the dog. Based on this experience I do not feel like coming back especially not alone.

Everyone raved, like for weeks, about the ice cream, and even though I didn't order anything, I still took their word for it because they are absolute ice cream snobs. Fast forward to yesterday when we were in the neighborhood again. I found 15-minute parking right outside the shop and from the moment we opened the door, everything was the best. The place: adorable and clean, with free water and a stack of napkins next to the water cups. A super clean restroom, too. The samples: they didn't skimp, and metal, full-size sample spoons? A nice eco-friendly touch. The service: just lovely. The flavors: I never thought I'd like pineapple in my ice cream, but the pineapple upside down cake took me back to the kitchen of my childhood (it was one of my mom's specialties,) and the pineapple didn't interfere, wasn't weird or chewy...it just blended so well with all the other flavors and textures. Another winner: the blueberry cheesecake. Oh my gosh. Next time, I'm bringing the insulated bags and stocking up on some pints. This is some of the best ice cream around, I promise you.

This was definitely a summer flavor! They have parking near the front which is also shared with other businesses in the plaza. Not sure if she was having a bad day , but from the start she had this bad attitude and energy towards me. I gave her 3 orders of empanadas and asked her to give me 2 medium acai bowls. Gave her clear instructions what to have for 1st bowl and 2nd bowl, which she did but seemed frustrated? It was our first time here and i was asking her few questions and she was clearly annoyed also. Once we got to the step to put some different syrup drizzle for both cups, she mixed it up and made a mistake. I clarified again i wanted honey drizzle on mango and almond butter on acai, and she asked me with a attitude "so you dont want these bowls?" It almost felt like i wasted her time and work! Her attitude was the worst ive seen this year at any restaurant. I said yes because my girls dont eat peanut butter and we just want the right order, i wasnt upset rather confused. Once I asked her to remake the right order, her face turned dark and she was clearly upset. At the end she brought the cups, did not even apologize, gave me all the attitude, and gave me the bags and did not say anything... no thank you for coming, NO sorry there was a mistake, nothing. I felt really bad for the owner of this place because store seems to be new and running well but has a cancer in their store. The restaurant can have best price, best quality, best presentation but if you have horrible customer service oriented staff, they will run out of business. As a small business owner myself, I hope the owner(s) read this message Please retrain your staff and if they cannot embrace basic customer service skills, they shouldn't be working for you They will drive your store to ZERO In case if the owners are curious, the girl who assisted us had tattoos in her both arms. I didnt see any name tags, she had dark skin, maybe Asian, but had tattoos on her arms. Unfortunately this will be the first and last time coming. She asked my friend if she wanted any adjustments, and my friend replied, "No adjustments." When we received our drinks, my friend's coffee had no sugar. I brought it back to thecounter and waited while Vanessa finishedhelping another customer. Afterward, she walked away without acknowledging me, and Ihad to say "Excuse me" twice before sheresponded. When I explained the mistake, she said, "You said no sugar." I clarified that my coffee was the one that should have no sugar, while my friend's coffee was supposed to have no changes. She took the coffee back appearing irritated and spoke with the barista. The waythe situation was handled made me feel dismissed and uncomfortable. Mistakes happen, but I hope the staff, Vanessa, can communicate more clearly with customers and handle these situations with more courtesy and professionalism.
