*Fire Dragon Roll and *Kill Bill Roll
    Alex K.

This might be my new favorite sushi restaurant in the area. I was very impressed with how delicious the rolls were. If you dine in, they have BOGO rolls so of course that's what I got. I had the Kill Bill and the Fire Dragon rolls. Would get both of them again as they were delicious. Our waiter was attentive and checked in with us regularly to make sure we were doing well. They also have one of those robot waiters that takes you to your seat. It's kinda weird but also neat at the same time, I'm not sure exactly how I feel about it. The inside was nice and looked like plenty of room but it was not very busy when I went. Looking forward to my next visit!

Came here for dinner on a Friday evening. Parking was easy and the inside was very large with many seating options. The robot took us to our table. Inside was fine, nothing special. They were very understaffed here and the service was not the fastest. Menu was large and had many options. I ordered the Singapore rice noodle. Entrees had spicy symbols by them but they weren't very spicy. The food lacked flavor here. The portions were a good size for ~$15. We were able to ask for a side of chili oil to bring some flavor into the dish. Overall I don't think I need to come back unless they make their service a little better and add some flavor to their food.

Arrived around 6 pm on a Saturday night and it was quiet night when we arrived but was getting busier before we left. We were seated immediately by a robot! Different but I was ok with that. The restaurant was very clean and it wasn't long before our server stopped to ask if we wanted drinks. The food was delicious. We orders the buy one get one roll deal and had 4 rolls between the two of us. All of them were delicious but my favorite was the spider roll. We had a mango tea and French martini made with vodka, pineapple juice and chambord. Very nice and not too sweet.

I decided to try YOHO Asian Bistro because I was working nearby. Despite the overall rating number, there were enough positive from my fellow Yelpers that I felt I should try. I got my usual Hunan Chicken entree and placed the order online. The estimated time was 20 minutes, but I got an order ready text after about 10. The order came in a reusable type grocery bag, which was a very nice touch. The food was absolutely amazing! The best thing was the RED bell pepper and not the much cheaper green bell pepper I'm accustomed to at other places. Nice to see they spare no expense for the sake of the dish. The accompanying spring roll was crunchy on the outside with nice chewy veggies inside. Not much more I could have asked for from a Hunan Chicken dish. Well done YOHO. Now I want to try some sushi rolls next time!

Service was good and attentive, can't complain. The hibachi and crab rangoons were good. We also got 3 rolls, the best way to explain is MID, not good but not the worse. I would not come back for the sushi but will possibly be back for the rest of the menu.

3/19/23 - dined here again. Went here after church for dinner. This time as promised, we tried their other menu items. We decided to do an all Chinese cuisine night and ordered the Mongolian beef and stir fry shrimp with vegetables. We started with the soup. So glad they stuck to the standard recipe and not experimented with different ingredients (unlike P.F. Chang). The wontons were tasty and the broth was well flavored and clean. No weird funky flavors added in. The Mongolian beef dish was impressive! That smoky aroma not only filled our nostrils, but also whetted our appetites into a frenzy. And I have to say I think I prematurely gave P.F. Chang's version of this dish an A+ when this dish outran it by a country mile. A++. The mixed vegetables and shrimp dish sauce was simply delectable! And the shrimp was cooked perfectly. Each bite of it was juicy, succulent and the right amount of firmness. Neither were they mushy nor rubbery. I'm keeping the 4 s as is. A superb restaurant and is close to becoming one of our favorites in the Wake County area! We'll definitely come back!

Amazing place! Went here on a whim when my normal sushi place was closed and I couldn't be more pleased! I was so happy to see that they had Thai iced tea and even happier to know that it tasted amazing. We did the buy one get one free deal with the sushi rolls and they were so amazing and shareable! I also got the miso soup and was so happy with how it was, perfect amount of salt and flavor. Most places seem to have bland miso soup, so this was a nice change. The servers were so polite and great at keeping the table cleared away from trash, very timely and accommodating. This is definitely my new go-to sushi place!!

Visited for lunch on 12/2/2021 I walked in and ordered. My food was ready in 10 minutes. Very nice decor! The entrance was clean as well all as the dining area that I peaked around at while waiting on my food. I like how the staff has provided areas where they take to-go orders. Very unique! This food is so good to my soul! :-) I ordered the Kong Pao chicken extra spicy, fried rice, and spring rolls for lunch. This hit the spot for lunch! The chicken was so juicy (even thoroughly cooked) and evenly marinaded in the brown sauce. The vegetables were so tasty and had the right amount of crunch. I'm looking forward to coming back to try Hibachi chicken, the bento with Hibabi Salmon and the Korean ribs.

Hibachi Shrimp!! The shrimp is SO GOOD every time!!!

We have enjoyed Yoho since they opened! We live close by, and it's on our list of regulars. The Yoho Shrimp is great, with the shrimp cooked perfectly!! The sushi is the best around that I've found, but know that the Crunchy is my favorite. I don't care for sashimi. I love the fried rice, where the scrambled egg is cooked before the rice is added, so everything is not coated. I love the vegs in it and the onion and bean sprouts they add before they serve it. I used to get the green curry shrimp, which made me very happy, but they stopped serving it after COVID. Now I'm really digging on the hibachi shrimp, which is kind of like Kanki, but without the show. It has lots of vegs, and the shrimp are always cooked so perfectly that every time I eat one, it makes me stop and savor the deliciousness!! I have it with fried rice. Because I love their fried rice, as I might have mentioned. We always go at lunch, so I have no idea what their night life is like. At lunch, there is often just 1 server. Still, the service is good, the food is hot, we're checked on regularly, and the check is presented and followed up on in good time. The ambiance is piratey, sort of. A ship, with wood accents that mimic shipwood, and clouds on the ceiling. The server seems to be a landlubber though, lest you break out your best pirate and wonder why she doesn't respond in kind. We really like this place! Our son and his family like eating there when they're in town.

We dined in at YoHo Asian Bistro for lunch and had an okay experience. I started off with a Blue Moon and our table split an order of the crab wontons. Next it was the spicy tangerine chicken for my husband and the hibachi chicken with a ginger salad for me. The service and prices were really good but the food was lacking. It would not be my first choice for this type of cuisine.

    * Pink Lover Roll (10Pcs.)
    Chat C.

Went to this place for some sushi and fooood. Atmosphere was pirate themed. Cool. Didn't expect a Chinese/Japanese/Thai place to embody something so... not Asian hahaha! Lighting so soft, it could've been a date spot for the typical college student going on a tinder/hinge/grindr date. Anyways... about food. I got the pink lover roll (10 pieces) (description: Spicy tuna, shrimp tempura and avocado, wrapped with pink soy paper, served w. eel sauce, spicy mayo and wasabi kabayaki sauce). It was surprisingly good! I'd get this again. It is one of those random mixture of sauces that I enjoyed eating with the seafood. Kind of drowned out the tuna and shrimp but for some reason I didn't mind. and, their Szcheuan style beef (description: Sauteed with broccoli, red bell pepper and baby corn in spicy brown sauce). Won't get this again. Honestly, a lot of "szcheuan" "hunan" "Sa cha" styled dishes really are all interchangeable words for the same dang thing. I don't dig it. It's not personal, it's all the same everywhere I go. Flavors aren't so different and it's not for me. Bottom line: date spot for those who wants to talk about a Chinese/Japanese/Thai restaurant with a pirate themed space after going there. Sushi was good, their entrees are what you'd expect out of those hole in the wall places, and oh! Their bang bang shrimp was so small, I wouldn't get them either. Would I come back? Only time will tell.

Delicious food and great atmosphere! Swung by for lunch one day and dinner another and both times everything was delicious! The bento boxes are the perfect size and have a nice variety of things to try. The sushi rolls are made perfectly and are packed with flavor. The crunchy roll is definitely a favorite of mine now. The atmosphere was welcoming and a lot to look at around the restaurant. The booths a spacious and comfortable. Overall, wonderful experience and I'll definitely be returning.

A nice perk of this spot is that it's just a stone's throw away from free and plentiful lot parking. I'd make a reservation if you plan to come here on a weekend for dinner. The place was bustling, with almost all the tables full. It's bright, airy and modern looking inside. Which makes it the perfect place for a date night or celebration spot. At the same time, it's not stuffy or overly fancy. The menu is comprehensive with Thai favorites like Pad Thai and Pad See Ew with a large number of Japanese and Sushi items on the back. My friends tried the Thai Spicy level and I will say it was pleasantly hot without burning your tongue off. I ordered the bento box and was really happy with the quality of the sashimi and nigiri. Everything was tasty, and the portions were more than satisfying. If I had to make a nit on something that I didn't love (it's hard!), I'd say that the rice texture wasn't my favorite. It was a little dry. But other than that, I would definitely consider it for another night out.

Holy!! We had expectations from all of the recommendations, but what a complete disappointment…read more First let's start with the only positive-- the waitress and her service was perfect. She was so kind and was the absolute best part of our visit. She gave a range recommendations, very professional, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the meal. We are coming from the Irvine, CA area so we VERY familiar with top tier Asian food and possibly that impacted our standards vs others in the review section. Now on to the rest, there were so many flies that I ended up having to smash them on the window with a napkin--just gross! Then, my son's food was not flavored well at all and had HAIR in his noodles! The Pad Thai was really bad! It was a lighter color first of all, so maybe they added an ingredient that isn't standard in traditional Pad Thai, but it did not make it better at all; I could barely stomach it. Then, there was a huge egg shell in the dish that somehow the cook let come out and served to us. The sweet and sour chicken portion was outrageously small for a dinner portion, and the dish was smothered with sauce but somehow the chicken was dry as if it was day old or several days old chicken. The cashew chicken, the same, dry chicken that was being covered up with the sauce and we had to chew a great deal. The sweet tea, it just tasted like they put a bunch of sugar packets in and was worse than a McDonald's sweet tea. Their white rice was not moist at all and we could've just done without it. Out of the sushi we ordered, the spicy tuna was good, but the rest was grocery store quality sushi and extremely small portion. In my opinion, people rave about this place because it is 'different' and plays into an upscale restaurant as you can see with their overpriced items. This place doesn't hold a candle to shopping center Thai fusion in California. I have lived in many states and am not a snotty Californian, but man oh man I can tell you this one is a fail. The only star for this visit goes to the waitress (she was a 5) but if I could give this a zero for the food, I would. Don't waste your time or money.

And while mixing my food I saw a little more than I requested for. Yup a cooked caterpillar wrapped around the broccoli. So, back to the restaurant I went with uneaten food from the whole order. When I arrived I asked for the manager. The girl at the counter asked why, I mentioned the hitchhiker and I don't know if it was disbelief or communication error but she wasn't understanding what I was saying. So I politely opened the container and pointed it out. She then proceeded to ask if I wanted it made over. I declined the offer and asked for a full refund because our meals were ruined and tainted. Then the manager came out and stated he would only refund the 'defective' meal and not the whole purchase. Which leads me to writing this negative review which I never thought I had to but I had to let others know to try at your own discretion. And please double check your food for any hitchhikers.

I ordered the Myra Fried Rice, which at $24 was kind of steep. I noticed lots of typos on the menu (Fried was written as Fied multiple times), so that's something that management should probably fix. Anyway, my wife got the Thai Beef Salad, which was a more palatable $15. The food arrived soon afterwards, and it was... OK. The rice had a nice texture to it but the chicken was super anemic - it looked like it had been boiled or something. The beef was decent, though. My wife really loved her salad, and I enjoyed the flavor of that way more than my own dish. To adjust the spice on my dish, the server brought over chili flakes like you'd get at a pizza joint (but in a nicer looking vessel). They did spice up my meal but I guess it struck me as a little strange. The portion size was decent but I ate most of it in one sitting. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience, but I'm not sure I would come back for $24 fried rice with bland chicken.
