I had the corn beef hash and eggs breakfast. Not good at all. In fact I would not even call it corn beef hash. It amounted to a layer of shredded potatoes followed by a layer of stringy corn beef. The egg whites were runny when I explicitly requested they be cooked. I selected hash brown potatoes not knowing that the "corn beef hash" was already shredded potatoes. So that's 2 servings of hash browns in 1 breakfast order! I didn't hardly eat any of it. The saving grace was the side of mixed fresh fruit and good service. However, that is not enough to take me back to that restaurant again. The senior price for that meal including coffee was $12. Recommendation: The cooks in that restaurant should be trained on how to make real corn beef hash and how to cook a non-runny egg white basted/ fried egg! read more

My friend and I go there often after meetings. Her special favorite is the chicken tortilla soup, says it's the best in town. I love their cream of broccoli soup - best in town! We usually get a bowl of soup and either a BLTA or chicken salad sandwich. All good choices. We're older, enjoy sitting and visiting after our meal and have never been rushed. Service has always been good. My family and I often go there after church as well. The wait is a little longer, but usually no more than 10, 15 minutes at most. Their chicken salad, small size, w/fried chicken chunks, lettuce, egg slices, etc. is very filling. I recommend substituting ranch dressing on the side for the one on the menu. read more

Truly my favorite place to dine and I have told many people about Yosemite Falls Clovis as well! The best staff ever! So very kind, welcoming and accommodating! The management is amazing! What a great manager they have. Their soups by the way are all home made and wonderful. I finally decided to have dessert! Their little pies are just delicious and so reasonable too. I went to Yosemite Falls Cafe in Clovis, CA with my mother, sister, and my small dog to eat a nice lunch in the outdoor dining area. We were the only customers sitting outside and my dog was sitting quietly inside his stroller. A waitress had been informed that my dog was not allowed in the ourdoor patio area and told us to put him on the otherside of the fence while we ate. Small and helpless that he is, we refused and left feeling very insulted from the heartless suggestion. The customers that were outside smiled and talked to him, so it was the manager that had the problem. Needless to say, we went to a very popular restaurant TGI Friday and ate in the outdoor dining area and spent over $200 in food, drinks, and dessert. The service was wonderful and they enjoyed my little quiet dog. Yosemite Falls Cafe is totally against dogs and my family and I refuse to go back. read more

Worst place ever! I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I was so excited to eat my breakfast when I opened to eat my food I see that the avocado I had requested for was brown? I called back to complain about my brown avocado and the manger told me sorry I can't give you your money back but I can give you a whole avocado instead. I told him no I want my money back. It's obvious your food isn't fresh because avocado doesn't go brown in 20 mins. It goes brown if it's been sitting out for more than an hour. Then his bitch ass had the fucking nerve to fucking hang up on me? Really bitch? I paid for my food so I expect it to be fresh. Do not eat her they have bad customer service. This local chain of restaurants started way over off Ashlan and 99 about 10 years ago. The food then was amazing! Then, they bought the old Peppermill location at Blackstone and Shaw and was still amazing. But last week I had the unfortunate occasion to eat at the East Shaw location in Clovis, way out east of Clovis Ave. GAG! I had the Asada Salad and it was gross. Although the greens were fresh and crisp, the dressing was way watered down, and the asada was cold and tasteless! Plus, the place is filthy. A long accumulation of dirt on the door to the men's room was foul! It looked like an old gas station restroom door! Same for the women's, and the front door hand a LONG accumulation of hand prints on the front door. How gross is THAT! Accumulated dust on the AC vents on the ceiling in the dining area, carpet was saturated with filth and dirt... seats torn and patched with duct tape... Plus, the pictures of Yosemite were old and faded, terrible photography... With a name like Yosemite Falls you'd think they'd take pride in their place! This location is a pit. The manager (Owners?) are obvious cheapskates; watering down salad dressing, never cleaning the place, using asada that was a day-old... and cold... This place is a prime candidate for Restaurant Impossible. I'm calling the health dept. read more

My parents both went in to the Yosemite Falls Cafe for breakfast in Clovis, California. My Mother ordered the Juevos Rancheros and my Father ordered sausage and eggs as well as having part of the Juevos Rancheros. All other meals, my family and myself had eaten together - I DID NOT get sick at all. Both of my parents had severe food poisoning with diarrhea and vomiting for hours until they needed to seek MEDICAL ATTENTION. Yosemite Falls was NOT forgiving and is refusing to pay medical costs. Along with their lack of compensation of medical costs, they didn't even offer to at least pay for the horrible poisoned meal my parents ate, or pay for the days work my parents had to miss because of the poisoning. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. read more
