What a memorable, enjoyable, & scrumptious experience we had at Yosemite Falls Cafe! Came on a weekday, late afternoon, and got seated right away, with our pick of tables. All the food ordered was not only flavorful, but super fresh, and may I even say... plated with great care! Main faves from the table were: potato skins, plant based burger with sweet potato fries, chicken bowl, and the house salad- which is frankly a meal in itself with feta, apple slices, cranberries- you name it! Okay- best- melt in your mouth potato skins ever- fresh all the way-, and we opted for no bacon, but either way would be a win! The service was flawless, everything came out correctly, and with a smile. The booths are super comfy, and we loved being by a window. It's been a long time since I reviewed this place. I guess because it's always been consistent... until today. Two people got seated minutes after us in our servers section, yet they were eating before us. Our server was engaged in conversation with a table behind us. My wife asked if he could check on our food. He replied, "I got you." What?! He arrived minutes later with our food which was delicious and hot, but a long time coming. He immediately returned to the table behind us, and apologized to them!! After waiting a bit to get our check, I decided to go to the register. He asked me to checked the receipt and noticed a Dr. Pepper was added! Told him about it, and he said "you didn't order a Dr. Pepper?" Food was great, service was horrible! read more

We've been coming to this restaurant for many years and have always enjoyed the food and, until now, the customer service. Unfortunately, today's experience on Thanksgiving Day, was disappointing. There was a dog in a stroller inside the restaurant near the dining area. When I asked if animals were allowed, I was told they were not, but that this dog was a service animal. I understand and respect the need for legitimate service animals; however, this particular situation made me uncomfortable, as the dog was sitting in a stroller and did not appear to be actively assisting anyone. Knowing that animals may be allowed around the food area makes me uneasy, and unfortunately, I don't feel comfortable eating at this restaurant anymore. read more

Absolutely loved the interior, so let's start with that: cabin themed, cool little signs everywhere, and benches (waiting room) that looked like they were carved out of a tree. Our food was pretty good! My boyfriend got a burrito (which he really enjoyed) and I got the Breakfast Club Sandwich-- which I believe is new as of 2024. For five of my dog park friends' bdays, they decided to eat here. We were a party of 10ish. I was not sure about it at first, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had a great overall experience. Ambiance- It's more of a casual restaurant so I wore jeans, a jacket, flannel and tennis shoes. It seemed like a slower night. Service- We had one waitress for a table of about 10 and she was super efficient. Food & drink- I got their michelada with Modelo. I loved the olives in it so I asked for extra. My husband ordered a tri tip chili cheese burger with fries and I got a tri tip sandwich with a salad on the side. My husband really liked his tri tip chili cheeseburger. My tri tip sandwich was so good. The bread was very soft and buttery. The raspberry vinaigrette was so good. We will definitely return. This place is so cute! It felt like a lot of the people eating there were locals. The breaded zucchini appetizer was HUGEE!! I was not expecting that much food and it was so good. It came with a side of homemade ranch dressing which was incredible. The chili was delicious and had a little kick to it! I highly recommend trying it. Wonderful late breakfast! We were greeted as soon as we walked in, were given a table and drink orders were taken immediately. My friend wanted to add a hot chocolate (initially we just ordered waters) and we were able to ask for it quickly. Food orders were taken not too long after we received our drinks, our server was friendly and helpful. My CFS with hashbrowns and over medium eggs were amazing, my friend was happy with her huevos rancheros plate. You will have a good amount of leftovers here!! I was a regular for many years and not anymore. Food was so-so, it's been okay for a while now, server gave me the bill , but changed it after I complained about how the young man handed me the cups with his fingers in it. She didn't charge me for a refill and sauce , but all of a sudden there it was on the bill. We felt rushed and not welcomed . My parents had a gift card here and treated me after church this past Sunday. There were lots of cars in the parking lot, and as we walked in there was lots of hustle and bustle, and it took a minute for someone to acknowledge us. Once they did, they discussed amongst themselves where to seat us as they pulled menus and silverware, then the directed us to a table. So the pretty prompt seating overruled the awkwardness of walking in and no one saying anything right away. :) Someone came and took our drink orders right away, then our server Alycia came over to ask us if we had questions or could get started with anything. I showed her the yelp check in offer and she said she would go add that and then be back for the rest of our order. The yelp check in offer was an order of tempura zucchini and it was actually pretty tasty. We ordered and the food was brought out pretty quickly. My salad was huge, and the bowl of soup was way more than my parents expected. They each got either a bowl of soup with a half sandwich or the bowl of soup with a salad. For their soup they had the chili. All of the food was decent, pretty standard lunch options, and executed nicely. Our server and others were monitoring drinks throughout the visit, so we never were waiting for refills too long, but it didn't feel like copious amounts of attention either. I appreciated it. I think I appreciated the prompt and attentiveness of the staff on a busy Sunday Afternoon the most. 5 stars for service, 3 stars for food. read more

We had a family group of about 15 for breakfast recently. The waitress was incredibly efficient and fast. We all got our food quickly and correctly. Water and coffee was refilled frequently without even having to ask. Each person ordered what they wanted and everything was delicious. Normally the food is outstanding, but today the chicken salad sandwich was piss poor. Barely any chicken, tons of lettuce and a couple slices of tomato. No mayo. See photo and you will see enough lettuce to actually make a salad but no chicken or mayo. read more

This place is so cozy, the service is amazing, the food is delicious, portions are huge, and prices are reasonable! I came alone, I'm here for work and was served by Kayla. My husband, my son and I love the food here. My son is a toddler and loves their pancakes. The stuffed Chile relleno and eggs aren't too spicy and it's cheesy. The eggs Benedict is also very good. My husband loves their omelette. Their biscuits are fluffy and the gravy is pretty standard. We really only go there for breakfast. read more

When I think of breakfast right away it's a nice cup of coffee and whatever I choose to order. It doesn't take much effort to make a good cup of coffee. It was thin weak with no flavor the coffee to water ratio was off. I only put 1/3 of the creamer and the coffee turned to milk. The waitress tried to explain it's a light blend coffee and said most customers do not like it they say its weak! I have had light blend coffee, this was not it. Decided to swing by here after first going to downtown Clovis, realizing that there was a craft fair and half of the city was there. Arrived at 10 am and only had to wait 20 minutes. Our family members, 21 of us, came here on a Sunday morning to celebrate 3 birthdays. A reservation was made for patio dining in advance for our party and on arrival, hoping that our tables would be linked together were not. Each table was set apart from each other. We asked one of the servers if we could put the tables together and he stated that he wasn't able to because the waitress would not have easy access to our group.
