My favorite go-to spot for sushi & sashimi after a long day at work! Yoshi Happy Hour daily after 9pm never disappoints--fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to unwind. David always provides Great service, quick and great food! Ambiance is causal.

Sushi and wasabi were very fresh. The sake we had was sweet. Great overall service as well

Always a solid spot! Easy go to in the neighborhood, quick and delicious. They have some great deals as well! Never dined inside but as for sushi takeout, it's always been good to me. Can't say I've had a stand out dish but I can't say I've had a bad one either. Give it a shot and yelp me know.

    A bug in the water

If I could give no Stars, that's what I would give. There was a bug in my water and it just made the whole experience really horrible. They didn't offer to discount anything or even give me a free drink. Just a new water. I couldn't even eat my food after knowing the bug was in the water already.

Yoshi Sushi is a great late-night sushi spot! They offer happy hour pricing starting at 9 PM, making it an excellent value. The service was fast, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the sushi was fresh and delicious.

Love having a spot where I can get a solid chirashi don. The sashimi slices were fresh and literally melted in the mouth. The ratio of sashimi to sushi rice is also very good. Service was also on point, and my food came out with little to no wait. Plenty of parking around the restaurant, and I literally didn't have to wait for a parking spot. Definitely would go back!

Ordered sushi from here through DoorDash for delivery. There was a special for BOGO on the takoyaki. I also ordered a few nigiri pieces, a hotel California roll, and a dinosaur roll. All of the food was packaged really well and looked delicious. They provided chopsticks and soy sauce packets in the delivery bag as well. The Takoyaki was about $10-11. The nigiri was about $10 for two pieces, which I thought was on the pricey side. The cost of the rolls were more in line with other restaurants, around $15. Everything tasted very good and probably next time I'll go to the restaurant to eat.

Came in on a Thursday night with friends and stayed almost two hours enjoying the intimate ambiance, conversation and delicious fresh cuts of fish. We tried the uni shooters, had a few rolls including fried crab and a 49er roll (my fave) and it was so good! The sashimi portions were also thiccc and generous. Attentive service, ease to order in tablet, and the food came at an excellent pace! Will be back.

Got a bunch of different items. The Fired Cracker aka Crispy Rice and Takoyaki were good. The Philadelphia Roll and Skewers were not good. The roll had fish that felt older and more fishy. The skewers were not flavorful and could have at least used some salt. Seaweed salad was a big portion even if there were mixed greens underneath it. Overall a decent sushi spot but not a place I'd be itching to go back to.

This was recommended by a friend and I really liked it Menu is what you expect for a standard Bay area sushi place. The lunch special sushi are a great value for the basics. Did not try bento but it looked good. Exotic roll section was solid and diverse, lots of avocado inclusion as well which was unique Service was fast and direct. In some areas, you can see them actually making the sushi Ambiance is nice. Restaurant is well designed with chefs in the center, bar space on one side and tables on the other. Tables probably can't take over 6 people

My new favorite sushi spot! If you're a salmon lover like me they have so many good options for you!! My favorite had to be either the mango crunch roll or the salmon skin roll. Next time I will be trying that salmon lovers roll! I also really liked their garlic edamame, it was almost buttery. I also really appreciated the servers there since they provided great service. And honestly really talking to get to know you. Inside is a little small so I don't recommend coming in with a party of 6+. But overall one of my new favorite sushi spots!

    - Lots of parking available via a shared parking lot - Good for groups of all sizes (from one person to larger groups). Booths and high tables available - Good for kids as they have fish the kids can watch - Food was okay - obvious emphasis on the fusion as it was not Japanese at all - The restaurant wasn't too loud - we came at a good time when it was fairly quiet

All the other places that I have eaten for quick sushi fixes pale in comparison due to several factors - fish seems not as fresh, fish portion is small, prices are higher and not a bang for your buck. The rolls here are great and their chefs nigiri sets always hit and are on point.

Will start off with the positive:…read more For the garlic edamame and spicy tuna hand roll alone would give the place 3 stars, but too many variables that downgrade my review: Strike 1 place closes at 8pm on a Friday night so was rushed to order fast coming in at 7:30 so environment was not very welcoming being given the check as soon as my food arrived. Strike 2 only restaurant I have been to in my life when I asked for a hot water they charge. Hot tea is understandable, but charging for hot water is wild. Strike 3 was we ordered the treasure box and 3 out of the 4 sushi items were not fresh and ended up only eating the salmon and left the rest. Didn't bother taking pictures of it, but the teriyaki chicken was also burnt and not seasoned good at all and barely edible. If you want garlic edamame or hand rolls or basic rolls those options are actually better than average for the most part. I advise to stay away from sashimi options as it is below standards.
