As a stay at home mom it irked me the way I was looked at when I walked in. Sure I had an oversized shirt and sandals but I was ordering to go. The place was super cute walking in and I think that was part of the problem. My stroller and I didn't aesthetically fit in. When I arrived I was automatically handed a to-go menu. (RUUDE). What if I was trying to dine in??? Anyway food was alright. I will give them the satisfaction over their chicken being SUPER huge. Very filling. 3/10 due to employees attitude.

Good little lunch spot with a great lunch special menu. Fast friendly service. They are directly next door to HEB, so there is plenty of parking available.

I came by here today for the first time, and it was a hole in the wall ramen restaurant. Our serve was very attentive, which was greatly appreciated. We got spicy ramen which was very delicious , i loved the green onions. And as an appetizer we got the jalapeño poppers, which had a mouth water taste with a good spice.

Lion King Roll

This is my favorite sushi place . Amazing food and great service . Been coming here for over 2years now and constantly good. Worth the 40min drive for us.

We are regulars at this place and have always enjoyed the food and service--until tonight. We sat down and ordered directly from the menu, just as we always do. Our waitress wrote everything down, and we confirmed the order with her. Shortly after, another male server (who has been there for a while) came out to confirm again and asked whether we wanted sushi or sashimi. We clearly told him we wanted the rolls--which are listed on their menu as tuna roll and salmon roll. What came out was not what we ordered--twice. Instead of calmly fixing the mistake, the male server became immediately rude, loud, and visibly aggravated, as if we were the problem. There was no apology, no accountability, and the way he spoke to us was completely unprofessional--especially toward paying customers who come here often. When I finally asked for our food to be packed up so we could leave, the order still wasn't even packed correctly. Mistakes happen. We understand that. But disrespect does not. A simple, respectful conversation would have gone a long way, and we would've been more than understanding. Once the tone turned disrespectful, all respect was lost. Just because someone is a regular does not mean they are any less of a customer. If anything, it should mean the opposite. I hope this review makes management and future guests aware. If you choose to come here, just be mindful of the service--because tonight, the staff was completely out of line. And if you ever come at me or my love ones again like that I'm going to check you where you stand.

Such a great place in pearland!!! This place was recommended in Pearland eats and I'm so glad we tried it out! The prices were decent and the fish were so fresh! We got the love boat for 2 but it was more than enough for the four of us with all the other dishes we got to try. The eel dragon roll was very tasty. The special sake was definitely my favorite and probably what I'll come back for. Out waiter was very attentive and he provided great recommendations. The restaurant area itself is a little small and tight so it might not be best for large parties. Overall, Great service and great fish. :)

Pearland Roll

This place is a hidden gem! The interior is so clean and modern. The food was phenomenal, extremely fresh sushi! The ramen was very tasty with great flavors. Pricing was also very reasonable. It looks like it's a family owned business- come support! We had: Snow White roll, Pearland roll, and spicy chicken ramen

Ambiance: check! Clean, trendy, comfortable and nice. Service: good. Was seated quickly and they were attentive to our needs. Refill were given as needed, service friendly. We started with gyoza. It was cooked perfectly. Soft on the outside, crispy on one side and seasoned delicately inside. I wanted ramen due to having allergies so I ordered spicy chicken ramen. Granted I just like the broth and noodles and onions so that's what I had and it was so good. The broth was divine. My son had sashimi and loved it. He also ordered spicy pork ramen and loved it. My hubby showed up and ordered general tsao chicken lunch special. It was big pieces of chicken cooked juicy and coated in tsao sauce. Our daughter had hibachi shrimp and they were gone in a whole five minutes. We really enjoyed our meal here and will definitely be going back!

Parking is tight but usually plentiful on weekday afternoons. The sides are great. We always get the chicken karaage. The portion is huge. It's nice and crispy with juicy meat, absolutely delicious. The ramen is big and kind of expensive but that's about expected for Jinya. I like that they have new things on their menu like the curry rice balls and the limited demon slayer menu. It's a big chain but I'm glad that we have one here in Pearland!

Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 3.5/5…read moreFood:3/5 I've been wanting to try this place ever since it came to Pearland on Broadway, but unfortunately, it just didn't hit the mark. I dislike making reviews like these, but I think it's good to be honest, especially for those who haven't tried it. Our service was excellent and honestly, that was the best part of the entire experience. Upon arrival we were seated promptly on a Thursday evening. Upon arrival so many people were shouting words with the staff every minute or so (words such as "arigatou" & etc...which means "thank you" in Japanese). I am all for supporting culture and saying thank you, but it doesn't need to be shouted to the rest of the restaurant, it was disruptive to our meal so much so that we wanted to leave but stuck it out to try the food. A mistake... Each of us ordered an appetizer, the Nikuman and JINYA bun. Jinya bun was pretty good but Nikuman was bland and nothing to write home about. For entrées we got the spicy chicken Ramen and the JINYA chicken ramen. We were both disappointed with the quality of chicken in the Ramen and it only had 2 slices. It honestly tasted like we were eating a piece of old deli lunch meat...after adding seasoning and additional things that were left on the table to our Ramen it really helped to enhance the broth which made it decent to eat, but the noodles were a big disappointment. I've had my fair share of Ramen at dozens of restaurants, and this is definitely ranked on the lower end of quality, taste, and just overall enjoyment. Sadly, we won't return, but I am glad that we finally tried it so now we know.

Whenever we walked in for dinner around half the tables were full of people and service was still very fast. The interior of the restaurant is nice but nothing too standout from other Chinese restaurants. We got cream cheese puffs, house spicy wide noodle soup, a chicken dish, soup dumplings, cream baos , and a fish dish, and all of it was fairly good. My least favorite was the cheese puffs, which were incredibly hot but I didn't find much very special about either the filling nor the crunchy wrapper. My next critique is their handmade noodles. It is personal preference, but I prefer my noodles to be a lot more chewy and on the more al dente side of things, rather than the more soft noodles we got (both the wide and the original noodles). As for what I liked, it was just about everything else we got. The house noodle soup was nice and comforting, not being super heavy but still carrying good flavor (I would ask for the regular version and add in spice after tasting the broth). Both the fish and chicken dishes that we got were very interesting and I especially enjoyed the lightness of the fish dish. The soup dumplings we got were very flavorful, well balanced, and had a very bouncy yet soft wrapper texture. The cream baos, though admittedly lacking some vanilla and texture consistency across each bao, were still really good and comparable to ones you'd find in Bellaire. Overall, my experience was fairly good and I would go here again if I find myself in the Pearland area.

Family owned restaurants always have a special place in my heart as my parents were one when I was growing up. The decor isn't the most aesthetic, but what made this place special are the authentic food items they have. It is a mix of Taiwanese, Japanese, Chinese, Taiwanese, and Korean dishes. For appetizer, I ordered the Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken. It was crispy. The flavors of the Thai basils were almost nonexistent, and the flavor was not really there, compare to other places I had. The bowl of the Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup was massive. Both my palms fit on top of the bowl! It came with green onions and bok choy on top. It traditionally comes with mustard greens, but this one didn't. The flavor for this noodle soup was spectacular! It does have mild spice level. Service was lovely. Overall, I would come back here again if I ever crave authentic Asian food and don't feel like driving all the way in Bellaire. Next time I will be back to try the other cuisines that they have. Wishing them good luck and prosperity in their business!

It's Pearland so parking won't be a problem. After perusing the menu, I couldn't say no to the pizzadilla. I'll be back to that in the moment. Service (4.5/5): Pretty much what you hope for. A seamless ordering experience, the food was ready when promised, and no issues arose. One thing I like is that they go above and beyond in providing you with extra limes, and a generous heap of onions, cilantro, and veggies. Ambiance (3/5): Pretty much a standard small Mexican taco joint. Nothing to write home about. Drinks (4.5/5): I love agua frescas and they have them here with 3-4 flavors to choose from. I went with a large pepino (cucumber) agua fresca. Delicious and refreshing. Food (3/5): This is interesting. The pizzadilla sounded amazing. Think of it as a huge quesadilla of sorts, served in a pizza box You can choose your meat. Naturally, I went with the birria which is served with a generous portion of consome. All sounds good, right? Here's where things fell apart. The quesadilla had an overwhelming amount of cheese and an underwhelming amount of birria meat. This is coming from a guy who absolutely loves cheese and feels like it makes anything better. I think this is the first time in my life I'm saying otherwise. There was so much cheese that it overpowered the dish and you could barely taste the birria. Which shouldn't be the case as the meat is the star of the show. Maybe the kitchen made a mistake. Or maybe their ratio is highly off on this dish. Either way, disappointing as I thought this spot would crush it.
