I appreciated the fast and nice haircut on my son (7yr old) but the attitude from the barber was not acceptable. I requested a trim around my son's hair with scissors and I told the barber not to worry about lining up my sons edges or about trimming the hair on his neck because he's scared of the clipper. The barber did not like that. He told me it's gonna look ugly in Spanish and I told him that's ok don't worry about it. He was not satisfied and as soon as he was done cutting my sons hair he said ok bye. Removed the cape so fast and just looked so upset. Didn't thank us for coming. We thanked him and gave him $2 tip. They have several different barbers to choose from. When you sign in, you can request a specific barber or put any if you are fine with any of the barbers to give you your haircut. If you're unsure of what haircut you want, they have 2 posters with dozens of different styles to choose from! I decided to go with a fade with a blend at the top. I was pleasantly surprised with how good my haircut turned out! The best part was that this quality cut was only $20 as of the start of August 2024. You can feel how interested they are in their clients, as they always were smiling and talking with others. Just got the worst haircut I've had in years I've come to the spot times and always have been somewhat satisfied even though they don't do trim beards and don't seem know how to blend them either I went very last minute and only three barbers were there. I got the lady on the far left side do not recommend her haircut was rushed didn't get anything, asked for, and decided just to leave before she made it even worse felt bad so I paid for the haircut but now I need to get it fixed somewhere else. Came in for a cut for me and my son. The ladies here are extremely friendly and skilled. Monica's comb over fade on my son was immaculate. She was even able to knock my mid fade out of the park. My husband goes to this place and usually asked for "Maru".... According to him she does a great job so I brought my son. I made the mistake of signing in and not putting a name of a barber. He ended up getting his hair cut by the only guy in the shop. I made sure to tell him my son has pictures the next day so to please be careful. He ended butchering his hair. I guess asking for a gentlemens cut on a child means using clippers to the side of his head all the way up to the crown with no fade. He rushed through the hair cut, im assuming he had an appointment. I still paid the guy and I'm steaming over it. Can't fix this cut unless I shave his head. Im beyond irritated and angry. I don't recommend the guy... won't be coming back here not even again even though the hubby said this wouldn't of happened had Maru been doing the cut. read more

Marta did an awesome job on my haircut/cleanup for a very reasonable price!! Compared to all the other salons that wanted to overcharge me! Marta took time and made sure everything was clean and evened out. I did not have to wait!! Right when I walked in, I was called into the barber seat! There was No waitt! Say wahhh! The ladies working here are very quick and seem respectful and Nice. I'm scared to write this review since it might cause all you hairy big foots out there to go to the shop and I'd have to wait an hour to get my haircut ahah. Been coming to this haircut spot to get my hair cut by Monica for over 10 years. It's in a strip mall and there is a ton of parking. This place is cash only and the prices are honestly phenomenal-- a men's cut is $10. I've lived on both coasts and I currently live in Koreatown-- this place has the best prices for the best cuts. If only I could I give a No Star Rating. My haircut was a joke. (attended by the short guy) I asked for a Combover with a Taper you know, EVERYONE KNOWS THAT. I asked for a 2 with a 0 on bottom. He straight just gave me a "1" All around and a "0" on the bottom which was SO BAD I had to get my haircut again. I can't believe I PAID for that. I am but I'm not happy with this place that I have gone to 4 time being this my 4th time. There prices went up $2. So it was $12 which is fine & the women did a good job which is the happy part. Part I not happy with is she told me $12 and as I was getting out $12 she said,"NO wait minute, u have long hair & women is $14 so $14" I told her I'm usually charged $10 when I come & she said"prices went up". I said "I know which is fine so I should only be changed the mens price which is $12". She then said,"FINE" The women who did my hair pretty much spent the same amount of time and did the same amount of cutting as the guy next to me got done & she wanted to charge me the women's price which is $14? Not right So because of this I rated them a 4. I will be returning & only because they are the only place I have found near me that is inexpensive for what I want & they do a good job. If next time I go in they wanna charge me $14 again I won't be returning because there's no reason why I should be charged women's price when they do the same amount of cutting and spend the same amount of time as they do on men especially when every other time I come in I go in just to get my sides shaved and no trim and that only takes 5 minutes & not much shaving read more

2nd time here getting a hair cut but had two different experiences. The first time was good as the lady communicated well and took her time to ask questions and confirm length when cutting. She shampooed my hair and was careful to keep it dry, and recommended using scissors to cut my hair due to the style. As the second one, it was a different story as the lady gave me attitude when she shampooed my hair. She soaked the back of my collared shirt, then she insisted on cutting my hair with clippers than the scissors. I was firm about the usage of scissors as I don't want to cut too short with clippers. Anyway, when she started to cut the top part with the scissors, she had me turned away from the mirror and didn't confirm the length. I did ask about it but she kept on going. When she completed it, she finally showed the result. It was descent but it was completed too quick and felt like she wanted to rush me out of there. At the end of it, I did tip as it was a descent haircut; however, the attitude and manner that she conducted herself will make this visit my last for this place. read more

I've literally been coming to this place since Elementary School. All the ladies are super nice. The prices are also very reasonable compared to other places. For men it's on a walk-in basis. For women I think you might need to make an appointment. If you're running late I recommend you get there at least 30 minutes before closing time because they lock the door to make sure no one comes in so they can go home on time. read more
