    acrylic extensions w French almond

got acrylic extensions with French and a basic pedicure with gel for $117 which is the deal of the century around here if u ask me. Cute spot clean and pretty good service and quality! Prices aren't posted anywhere tho, but def more reasonable prices than some other places around the kingstowne Springfield area

Clean and bright. 8 pedicure and 7 manicure stations.

Very clean and new equipment. Prices are reasonable and there is an ATM onsite. I like the staff. There's 7 manicure stations and 8 pedicure spa chairs with built in massage. They use a. We plastic liner each time looks like a little folded up rain hat that they open up and put in the foot tub. The pedicure at wears gloves and mask for the current situation and everyone else is required to wear a mask as well. You can go next door to European Wax and one more down for Massage Envy. There's a Wegman's in the same complex, BBQ and other businesses. Nice location.

1 star or less! First time I came I needed an eye brow wax, I was taken back by some lady. (Name?, couldn't tell ya) for a terrible wax job. I had eye brows coming in but leaving with nothing! I addressed my concerns with the manager as the rest of the techs started at me and she gave me a $10 cash refund and told me to pencil it in after I denied a refund via gift card. Additionally one of the wax rooms was being used by a staff member laying on it watching a movie, how totally unprofessional with Customers near. Save your brows and go to an expert.

I've been here probably a dozen times in the last year, and my regular nail tech is Susan. If you're going to go, ask for her. She's methodical, my nails always look good, and I've never been cut or nicked. Definitely recommend. Update: March 2019. Still coming to see Susan for my nails, still a happy customer!

I had Susan. I received a deluxe pedicure and eyebrow waxing. Literally fell asleep in my chair. Will come back again!

My Nail Lady Susan Kim is the best! She is very accommodating to what colors and design I would like on my nails! She's very professional and never cuts corner on working on my nails!

Kim is great. Have been going to her for about 16+plus years. She always takes her time and makes sure you get what you want. Got my daughter taken care of before she goes back to college.

I'll let the picture speak for itself. This acrylic set was done on a quiet Thursday morning, and I thought I explained what I wanted clearly (guess not). Rushed, uneven, and sloppy. I can't believe they had the audacity to charge $50+ for this tragic mess!

Made an appointment (around 10 a.m.) a few hours before going in and Went there again. Still as clean and good as last time. No complaints about professionalism or anything else. Good amount of parking available for the time I went.

    My perfect nails!

I love Kim! She's been my nail tech for years now and I wouldn't go to anyone else. I am very picky with my nails and art and she's amazing. She's a perfectionist and meticulous. She always takes amazing care of me and does a great job every time. My nails also last FOREVER. I'm a hairstylist and I am so rough on my nails but they last until the 3-4 weeks I come for my appointment. No other nail girl has been able to have my nails last that long. I definitely recommend Kim and will never go to anyone else!

Another flawless gel manicure! They never disappoint.

I consider myself quite picky when it comes to nails and this place has yet to disappoint. I must say I'm shocked to read so many negative reviews. This became my go-to nail salon as it is conveniently located outside of Belvoir. I have received service from different techs and have no complaints. The staff is accommodating and pleasant. I've stopped by many times during my lunch break and even when rushed, they've done a great job. Also, they actually care about the health of your nails. If you haven't noticed, they use a ph balanced base before completing the gel manicures. Like most places, avoid Friday afternoons as they get really busy. Nobody likes a rushed pedicure!

I hardly ever paint my nails and hardly ever go to salons but was actually thinking maybe I should make this a regular thing. This place is welcoming, my teens are getting older and maybe we should start going to nail salons instead of parks. It feels nice to have your feet pampered. I selected a spa pedicure ($47), my teens were to get a basic ($35). I shared this when we called. I shared this when we were in the chairs and they showed the menu of prices. However when we went to pay the total ended up being around $300. When I asked why it was crazy extra they said for the teens they charged French tip fees on top of a basic pedicure and have to use gel for French tips making it $25 extra. Fine they did ask for French tips and it does say extra but it doesn't say French tips must also use gel so really it's $25 extra. I was irritated but whatever it was my daughter's birthday. My feet feel nice. Fast forward my sister who does get her nails and toes done regularly says something about my toenails. Remember when I wrote I hardly get my nails done at salons. I also didn't know the dry machine is for gel to cure until later on. I definitely didn't ask for gel polish!

I came to Annie Salon & Day Spa on 5/20/26 after being recommended by my sister, who had wonderful…read morethings to say about their pedicures after I moved from California. To be fair, the gel pedicure absolutely met expectations. Andy did an amazing job with my pedicure -- he took care of my ingrown nails, the French tip line work was sharp and clean, and overall I felt he deserved the tip I left him because I truly needed that level of care and attention. Unfortunately, my Gel-X full set was a completely different experience. I originally requested almond French tips. Andy then suggested with my nail bed stiletto would be best. Andy did beautiful line work on 7 out of the 10 nails, but halfway through the service he ran out of the stiletto tips and used coffin tips for the remaining 3 nails, saying he would shape them to match the others. I brought up my concerns multiple times throughout the appointment because the process already seemed off to me, but he continued reassuring me that everything would look the same in the end. The problem is -- they didn't. Those 3 nails ended up bulky, wide, and visibly different from the others. I also found it odd that my nails and cuticles were not properly prepped beforehand, and the replacement tips were glued further up the nail bed instead of properly seated at the base like traditional Gel-X application. By the end of the appointment, I still voiced concern about how bulky the nails looked, but unfortunately I was actively working remotely and had urgent matters to return to, so I paid the $153 total $80 of that for my Gel-X full set including $10 tip and left hoping it just needed minor adjustments. After work, I called the salon and explained the issue. The receptionist scheduled me for a correction appointment the next morning at 10 AM and confirmed it would be free of charge. On 5/21/26, I arrived at opening time, though staff did not arrive until about 10:05 AM. Tracy and another employee inspected the nails and decided they only needed reshaping, despite me clearly explaining that the issue was not just the shape -- it was the bulkiness and placement. One employee even commented that I "should have said something yesterday," which was frustrating considering I had already voiced my concerns multiple times during the original appointment. To Tracy's credit, she did acknowledge that I had in fact spoken up. I could tell Tracy did not want to fix someone else's work, which honestly I understand. That responsibility should have fallen on management or ownership to properly resolve by having the original nail tech correct the issue. Instead, the fix felt rushed and dismissive. Tracy continued filing the nails despite me repeatedly stating they still looked uneven and off. At that point, I didn't want to argue further or create a scene, so I let her finish. Unfortunately, one nail on my left hand ended up looking even worse afterward, and the French tip line work became sloppy and uneven. This experience was disappointing because I really wanted to love this salon after hearing such positive recommendations. Their pedicure services absolutely deserve praise, and I will likely return for pedicures. However, I cannot recommend Gel-X full sets here unless you have the time and energy to closely monitor every step, repeatedly advocate for yourself, and stop the service the moment something feels wrong. I would much rather a salon simply tell me they do not have the proper supplies to complete a service correctly than improvise and still charge full price for incomplete or inconsistent work. The pedicure earned my trust, but the nails -- and especially the customer service during the correction appointment -- turned what could have been a minor mistake into an overall disappointing experience.

If you decide to work on another client, you should be the one moving. I was sitting with acetone for about 20 minutes. That is completely unacceptable, unnecessary, and unprofessional . This is after he used a drill on my dip top coat. He continued with the new customer and did not come to check my nails until I spoke up. He was beginning to put on tips for the other customer. The new nail tech asked me about five times if she could make one of my nails longer. I said no thanks, I want it how it is. A sign at the business says to talk to management rather than go to Yelp.. but the key here is that poor communication and service were evident. The business also only guarantees 7 days for dip, acrylic.. most places are two weeks. So they also are not confident in their skill and service. Also, there is a military discount but only for active duty members, not their spouses. That is so unfortunate. I'll be going to the nail salon further away from my house from now on. They support military members AND their spouses and provide a much better service. It took an hour and a half for my nails to be done.
